I first took my 2018 Mercedes in earlier this year. I have been here twice now and the staff is AMAZING. The dealership charges you an astronomical amount of money just to drive into their garage without even touching your vehicle. So far I have been very satisfied and they just took a lot at my battery and EIS for FREE. A way better option than the dealership. read more

I will never return to Eurofix, or recommend for any kind of work. I have been waiting for a door handle since October 2022. I was never updated on where it was, the only update is when I would call. It's funny how I ordered the same handle from BMW and have received already within 2 weeks. My locks on my doors would not open...I asked if they could temporarily unlock the doors so I could take my wife along in a nice car. I brought it in waited for over 90 minutes and I was told it would have to run diagnostics. I was frustrated and researched it and fixed it myself...all it needed was to have a fuse replaced...in fact, it was fuse 14&15...Eurofix couldn't fix that?...I was not using my car since November because the only door that would unlock was driver door with key. So disappointed. I have 3 bmw's and thought I found a reliable place for service. What a letdown :( read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in for a diagnosis on a suspension noise that my car is making out of one of the wheels...simply just wanting to know where the noise is coming from... I drove 30 mins, came in and waited for another 40 mins just for them to tell me they won't work on the car because there is previous frame damage..... frame damage that has nothing to do with the noise I'm hearing... and they "refuse" to work on it because it's unsafe for their technicians...?? What kinda lollipop sunflower car shop is this?? Two issues completely unrelated, and I've wasted my time waiting, only to be told you don't even want to work on the car? Because it's unsafe for who exactly??? On top of that, the woman up front is TELING MY BUSINESS TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHILE IM WAITING TO GET MY KEYS... how much more unprofessional can you be?!? No way would I use this business again! Be careful, they will take your money ($200) before they diagnose your car. I took my car in with backup information from another garage, who did not charge me anything. The honest garage went through the entire air conditioning system, tested everything. All checked out. freon, hoses, no leaks. They admitted I should go somewhere that specializes in car air-conditioning. Boy did I make a mistake going to Eurofix of Franklin. I presented all the documentation from the honest garage, the Eurofix manager even made copies of their paperwork. In the meantime I mentioned, it might be the ambient temperature sensor. Of course i was dismissed and they wanted to sell me a complete new air conditioning system for $1500. I was smart enough to not get taken for another $1500 and took it to another garage who replaced the ambient temperature sensor. Works great now! Be careful where you take your car especially to Eurofix of Franklin. Lesson learned...don't get taken like I did. read more

Can't honor their word and will rip you off! Did great work and diagnosed my car correctly the first time. Spoke with Tanner several times through the process and was told my car needed a "boost diagnostic" for 330$ which would be credited towards my repair bill if they did the work. After diagnostic the car was found to need a solenoid and was gonna cost 1171$ after tax. Repairs were made and had great communication throughout until I was met at the door with a repair bill for over 1500$. Only to be told by another very unprofessional individual at the front desk that I wasn't actually being charged for diagnostic fee it just says diagnostic fee for "pay-roll reasons" as he laughed and apologized for the "miscommunication" read more

Disappointing experiencing at the Franklin location. A few small items - when considered together - caused me to doubt the quality of work being done. - Work expected to be done same day turned into two full days with timeline expectations being reset twice. I had to call twice to get updates. - When I picked up the car there was a noticeable lack of quality assurance. A piece that should have been reinstalled was left in the trunk and the passenger car seat - that didn't need to be moved for any of the work being done - was left in the fully reclined position. Any cursory check after work had been completed would have caught these items. read more

Wanted to love them as I am a huge German car fan transplanted from WA looking for a new shop I can trust for my 3 German cars but poor first experience. I will state that everyone I interacted with was very friendly and great to talk to. Much appreciated! I took my car in because it was turning over but not firing and having recently replaced the battery I was not sure what it was. A week plus later, I get a message to approve a $250 smoke test to further diagnose. Ok, approve. Then I get a call, $5700 for a new air intake and the tech states he is not sure if that will fix the problem but after they will recheck. Not confidence inspiring so I decline almost $6k of work then pick it up pay the $250 I owe and take it to VW who tested the battery determined it had in fact already failed and because it was so new was covered fully under warranty and fixed the problem. Shouldn't you rule out the most common causes of a no start first? I am obviously not a mechanic, but almost spending 6k for what was ultimately a bad battery seems a bit extreme. Bummed I paid $250 for a smoke test but glad I didn't pay $5k plus for a new intake. People were great but not sure if they have too much work that they do not spend time sorting the issues or what. Took our Volvo XC 60 in for diagnosis, noise in driver front wheel, suspension. We were informed by service tech that our tie rods were worn out and needed replacement. I approved repairs that amounted to $850. Picked up the car, the noise continued. When I called Eurofix, they informed me that the tie rod repair was their first step and I could return for further diagnostics and repairs. It was apparent to me at that point how they work, I chose not to return. I decided to self diagnose, and immediately saw an issue with the caliper on the wheel, the bottom bolt was gone, and when brakes were applied, the caliper would flop up and hit the dust shield behind the rotor, which was bent, and very obviously the issue. I called the shop twice, I did get one return call, but never heard from them after my second attempt. I repaired the car for the cost of the bolt. My read....poor diagnostics, inexperienced technicians, and a slant towards upselling rather than honesty. It's unfortunate, they had an opportunity to secure a lot of the local Volvo repair when Darrell Waltrip closed. They blew it. read more

Dishonest and disreputable. I went in for a scheduled appointment on March 3, 2022, and asked for an oil change, coolant flush and new wiper blades for my Mercedes. The female receptionist scribbled an illegible quote on a piece of notebook paper and tried to pressure me into also changing the sparkplugs for $700 and fixing an "emergency" oil leak for $1,500. I declined both of those services. After waiting for four hours for my car, I was presented with a bill for three services I did not authorize (brake flush, cabin air filter and air filter) at a cost of $458. I called the manager and he promised to look into and never returned my call. Beware of this business. read more

Eurofix literally saved us from replacing our engine. A shop a little ways down the road on Columbia Ave. in Franklin told us that our timing chains were about to go out and it wasn't worth fixing so we should replace the engine. I didn't want to spend $3,000, so I took it to Eurofix for a second opinion and they said we just needed to have an oil change and switch to a little thicker oil. Our car is running just fine now and the noise it was making has stopped! Instead of spending $3,000 I spent $80 on an oil change and that was it! read more

Eurofix fixed a Kermit (my VW bug) emergency this weekend. Friday night, he went through a drive through. His window went down....but then never came back up. Blast. Saturday morning, I called them around 8:30 and got a 9:30 appointment. I waited in their rather cozy waiting room (nice couches, drinks, snacks, tv, magazines, wifi) for about a half hour before they told me what they thought was wrong and what it would cost to fix. After realizing that the part that was broken was the same one that was installed by another Eurofix location, and keeping in line with their three year warranty, my repair was free! They ordered the part and kept Kermit in their garage (which was awesome, because I do not have a garage, and he had no window). The part came in Monday afternoon and he was all ready to be picked up by 10 am on Tuesday. They were so friendly and knowledgeable, and best of all, Kermit is as good as new! I might even give him a carwash this weekend so he can feel extra pretty. read more

They performed thorough inspections and gave honest opinions without ever being pushy or rushed. When they found another issue that they felt was beyond their capabilities, they recommended me to another business who specialized in that area for a cheaper and better replacement, instead of trying to rope me into an expensive and sub-par fix. I took my BMW for a turbo antifreeze leak and they gave me a cost of $1158dls to replace the hoses and workmanship.They told me that a little antifreeze hurts and a few days I stopped smelling and turns out that the smell never went back with and they say that I have to pay again because it is another hose of the turbo that they have to replace anti was not in the guarantee he told me that since they had repaired the leaks that was why there was new leak when they had to do a pressure test and not I think they did the original hose cost $60 dis and they want me yo pay $1300 more for a job that was their mistake for that reason I do not recommend then or be very careful read more

The mechanic was able to solder it back together! And now it starts up every time. I was elated. And the price was great. I recently purchased a car from EuroFix, I can not express how much I recommend these guys. Each car comes with a one month bumper to bumper warranty and then it has a five month power-train warranty. My car had a few problems soon after I bought it, the window regulator malfunctioned and the radio display went out, but not only did they offer to fix it for no charge, but they also gave me a free loaner while my car was being fixed. I moved here for a time from WV where I have a trusted shop work on my Volkswagen. Being new in town, I chose Eurofix as a new shop to trust with my vehicle. They were very professional and courteous. However, after doing an oil and oil filter change on my vehicle, they quoted me on some things I had asked them to inspect. Though they seemed knowledgeable, their quotes were outrageous. Wheel bearing replacement- $600 Coolant Flange- $745 For those that do not know, a wheel bearing and coolant flange both cost $30-40 each with absolute MAX 4 hours of labor. I called my hometown garage and they quoted me less than $500 for everything. I called German Performance Options and they kindly gave a quote of a reasonable $530 for both solutions. Though a shop may seem nice and professional, always get at least another quote for work. It seems that Eurofix charges A LOT for labor. And I suggest that those folks that have been using this company for years find another shop because you are getting screwed out of so much money.. read more

Take your car here if you have an overabundance of money and don't like communication. We called to schedule a 2pm appointment for our service engine soon light and were told it should take about an hour and a half to diagnose so we could wait or take the shuttle. When my wife dropped off the car she was told it could be a couple hours and the car might not be ready that evening; the shuttle stops at 4pm and they close at 6pm. My wife took the shuttle home. By 5:15pm and no call, my wife called, gave her name and reason why calling, only to be put on hold and then the call dropped (probably due to being on hold for several minutes). My wife called again at 5:45pm and left a voice message but didn't get a call back. I called the following day and talked with someone who said the car was "being checked now". They had no answer as to why we didn't get a call back. They called back, finally, and said it'd be $533 to replace the thermostat. I reluctantly approved the repair and told them of two other issues, one which they caused during the previous visit. I was told they'd diagnose those issues and get back to me. They didn't call with a diagnosis, but they did call several hours later to let me know the car would be done after 5:30. When picking up the car, I asked about the other issues I addressed earlier and of course they weren't fixed so they checked it out again. They found the bulb that was out and wanted to charge $110. I said no thanks but turns out they replaced it without asking if I wanted it replaced. Meanwhile, the issue from the previous visit still wasn't fixed. Nice people and employees but good luck if you take your car here. We've lost our patience for the place. read more

**Rip-off Alert** took my BMW into them for a simple brake job and they quoted me no less than TWICE what my personal mechanic did the job for... with OEM parts mind you... I sat patiently awaiting my quote for the rear breaks and the guy walked in spouting off that it would be $630 with parts and labor... I immediately picked up my phone (knowing what rotors, pads and the sensor cost) and called Danny at Dr. Automotive (one of my other reviewed auto shops) and he told me he could do the job including parts (aftermarket- performance parts) for less than $300. I told EuroFix to put the wheels back on - that I wasnt paying that for a simple break job and I drove it right to Danny... Just goes to show it pays to shop around...
