Our party of 5 went to Eurasia in Naples, Fl for dinner last night (Friday). The restaurant was packed with people having a good time. We had a reservation at 6:45 and our table was waiting for us upon arrival. Our waiter was fantastic. He was funny, helpful and very organized. He kept checking on us throughout dinner. The restaurant has Italian dishes, steaks, seafood and Vietnamese dishes. A house salad and a choice of a baked potato or pasta comes with an entree. I had the veal piccata, which was excellent. The other woman in our party had lightly breaded and pan seared grouper, which she said was excellent. The 3 men in our party had steak. Two had steak au poive and one had steak Eurasia. The two who had steak au poive said their steaks were excellent. My husband, who had the steak Eurasia, which was a fillet, said it was just ok. He's had much better filets. Eurasia has a bar and a good wine selection. We were too full for dessert. I would definitely return to Eurasia. My husband said he would return and have the steak au poive next time. Our dinner for 5, including one alcoholic beverage each, was $244, including tip. read more

On Tuesday February 4 I had a reservation at 645 pm for a party of 6. We were seated promptly. We ordered a drink and waited twenty minutes for the drinks to arrive we then order our meal and then waited one hour and forty minutes for the meal to arrive. Worst experience ever . Came in saw that it was busy which I was fine with and was told I could not place a to go order. Strange I know , told the hostess I will see if the bar has any room , which they did . Bartender was excellent had my glass of red wine which was alright but not the best . As I'm drinking my red glass I see someone place a to go order even though I WAS told I could not do that smh. But you know what I didn't mind it but as I go to pay for my wine the hostess comes to the bar and tells the bartender no to go orders I already told her this . And I told the hostess I wasn't going to place one I was just paying my tab to leave then she walked away . Bartender was just as confused as me . Eurasia offers Italian and Vietnamese menus. It would be a restaurant to go to if everyone could not agree what to eat. It is located in an obscure little shopping center which will hamper their business. The food was good but nothing was outstanding. read more

We stopped by on Saturday at 4:30 because my son wanted some Pho. The restaurant was completely empty (not a single customer). They said they were open and took us to the farthest table in the back exactly in front of the kitchen door, bathroom door and next to the bar. It was hot, loud and smelly in that spot all at the same time. When we asked to be placed on ANY other table (there were more than 20 tables in the place all unoccupied) were were told that all tables were reserved. When we persisted we were flatly denied and offered absolutely no reason why would they not sit us anywhere other than the absolute worst table in the empty establishment. They did not appear to be interested at all in retaining our business. We opted not to dine there and we will never go there again. We will also advise all our friends to avoid the place. There are plenty of restaurants in town that care about their customers. This one does not. read more

January 2018. Doesn't deserve 1 star. Ordered a steak medium rare and was as hard as a hockey puck. My side should have been angel hair pasta or think pasta and they gave me zitty's. The bartender was sweating so much, sweat fell off his nose into the drinks. GROOOSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. Vietnamese and Italian!? Not really a fusion restaurant - simple two separate menus in one place. I had the Italian - a special of a trio of parmigiana - Chicken, Veal and Eggplant. Of the 3 the chicken was the best executed - moist and tender - veal just ok and the breading overpowered the eggplant. I cannot understand some of the prior reviews. I can only attribute some of the poorer reviews to a lack of sophistication in dining out. The peanut sauce is excellent. The summer rolls to die for. The Pho soup is unbelieveable. One can also have a decent wine with dinner. The prices are resonable, and the service is outstanding. The ambiance is okay (could improve). Are you kidding me? This place is tucked away in a nondescript strip mall with blacked out windows, but don't let that deter you. This is one of the best restaurants I have found in the area. It is a combination of upscale Italian and interesting Vietnamese fusion. I had veal osso bucco that was to die for. The bar is welcome and the bartender is great. Made reservations and asked not to be placed next to the kitchen. Arrived and was seated next to the kitchen. Hostess was upset that we didn't want the table. She told us we were at the bottom of the list and had to wait. Finally got a seat and had to wait for a menu and drink order. Jack who was next to us didn't like the fact that we like Hillary Clinton ...so he resorted to calling us names...we are so dejected and saddened by this experience we will never go back to this haven of red neck bigots. We, a proud gay married couple who do not wear the sign "gay" on our foreheads, were enjoying our meal at the bar with the very attentive Colin as our bartender and waiter. We were subject to having to listen to the gentlemen next to us spew how Hillary Clinton should be in jail. We mentioned that we like Hillary - hoping he would tone it down. "Jack" immediately resorted to calling us cock suckers, so we confronted him calling us this derogatory name. What an unexpected surprise dining here yesterday evening on a whim. My friend and I had a lovely dinner. Half of the menu offers Vietnamese influenced dishes and the other half offers Italian influenced dishes. Very flavorful, good portion and presentation. It was busy and I see why! We didn't have a reservation but the hostesses promptly seated us at a nice table. Our server Josh (I think) was friendly, professional, and efficient. All around a great experience. First off we had poor service, this makes the rest of the meal suffer. The spring rolls were very good and large. Veal parm was ok, tasted deep fried, the pasta with it was full of water and tasteless. They have good servers we just didn't get one of them. Talking to the manager? She said come in and say you don't want this server.....lol. Well I would hope ALL your servers were good or you would replace them. I won't be back. The crowd seemed to be locals who knew that in spite of its strip mall location, it was a great neighborhood restaurant. The cuisine was quite eclectic due to the couple who own it--he from Italy and she from Vietnam. We had the braciole and wow was it amazing. Another favorite hidden gem in Naples. Some friends who rent in Lely brought us there and it was a treat. Truly diverse menu with lots of tasty options. Would like to see more of our favorite servers when we arrive in large parties. We have been to this restaurant several times over the past 3 years. A few weeks ago when we went the experience was awful. We had a reservation for 4 people on a Saturday night. When we arrived we ran into 2 friends of ours who had never been there before and did not have a reservation. They were told the wait would be about 15 minutes. We were seated and ordered drinks and they were seated at a table next to us a few minutes later. We ordered about the same time, the only difference was that we ordered an appetizer and then dinner. They got their dinners and were finished before we ever got our dinners. The second issue was when we asked to buy our friends a drink, the drink was never offered until the server was questioned about it. He got very defensive and went to their table and offered the drink when they were ready to leave. The manager/owner was extremely rude and blamed the delay on our server... saying that it was his fault because he forgot to put the dinner orders in after the appetizers. We were told that if we didn't like it we do not have to come back. Believe me, we will NEVER go back! Anyone who treats paying customers that way should not be in business. read more
