I always start with a very small salad and the feijoada, a fancy name for beans, rice, and ribs. Tonight we were served tri-tip, rib-eye, sirloin, and lamb. Small bites add up until you have to stop. Because it was New Year's Eve, they also added a dessert table. I don't get dessert that often, but the flan here is top-notch. All the food servers were dressed in gaucho pants, boots, and shirts, adding to the experience. The ambiance is in theme with the food.

The weather was beautiful and we could see the fountains from our seat. Beno was our attentive and knowledgeable server. I ordered club soda with lemon and David had a large IPA. We started by going to the salad bar which has an extensive array of hot and cold items. There was Ceviche's as well as Chicken Alfredo. Mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon and Brazilian Stew. I tasted a little bit of everything and returned to our table where the parade of grilled meats and pineapple started to come. Lamb, steak, sausages, chicken and our favorite grilled pineapple with brown sugar. Then to top it off we ordered coffee and flan. I was serenaded by the servers who sang happy birthday in Portuguese! This was a wonderful end to my birthday week. We redeemed the $1 certificate when you buy one dinner. The flan was also complimentary. What a treat, great food , great service and lots of birthday wishes!

We ordered the meat lovers patellar, and although they said it feeds 4, we knew we would have left overs to share the next night. There was plenty more for tomorrow. Blended seasons for the varied meats were impressive. Can't wait to go back to try their other dishes. Too many choices to go only once. As I watched other dishes come out from the kitchen, presentation was impeccable and looked top notch. Look at that dessert Run don't walk.

Our waitress was kind and serviceable--nothing over-the-top, but attentive enough. The first appetizer out was the salad. We requested no onions, and it came out exactly as requested. There wasn't any salt on the table, just oil and vinegar, which I was actually okay with since it helped me keep my salt intake down. For our main dishes, we ordered the chaufa with gluten-free soy sauce, again requesting no onions. Everything came out correctly. The only issue was that it was a bit cold, as if it had been sitting out longer than it should have. We mentioned it, they took it back, reheated it, and it was fine afterward--no real issue there. I ordered the beef short rib, medium well. Unfortunately, it came out closer to medium rare in my opinion. a bit disappointing, but ok. Overall, the food was okay, service was good, and the ambiance was nice. Since the place was packed, it's clear that a lot of people enjoy it. Was this the best food I've ever had? No. But was it bad? Not at all. It is a little on the pricey side, but that's to be expected for this type of restaurant. I'd consider it a solid place and would definitely give it another try to order something different next time. I wasn't overly wowed, but it was a good, reliable dining experience and worth a second visit.

We came here for an early dinner and we were glad we did! The ambiance is casual, colorful and very cute. This is not an up scale restaurant and more like Brazilian country style. The artifacts form Brazil are all over the place with painting on the wall. They look straight out Brazil. There is a little music stage corner near the entrance. Our original intension is sample their Sirlion Picanha and Moqueca Fish Stew with shrimp. Our waitress, Anna, answered our questions on menu with a wonderful smile. We quickly realized this is too much food and to switch to Skewer of Meats or Espeto de Churrasco with two appetizers, Coxinha and Cod Croquettes or Bolinhos de bacalhau We started off with a Caipiritas or a Caipirinha with a small Corona beer. It has a little tart, and refreshing taste with a little hint of sweetness. Next, we shared the Coxinha with chicken filling. This is a popular Brazilian street food snack. The Cod Croquettes is a traditional Portuguese dish with a mixture of potatoes, codfish, eggs, onion and a little nutmeg. They crunchy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside! The Skewer came standing on a heavy wooden base. It has steak of sirloin Picanha, succulent smoked sausage and chicken wrapped in bacon. The meats were all delicious. We were so full that we skip dessert completely! No flan or passionfruit mousse tonight. The price is reasonable, a good place to try out Brazilian cuisine!

The service was just as disappointing , we waited about 15 minutes. The server took another couples order that came in 5 minutes after we were seated, before she even greeting us then said she would be right back and made us wait an additional 5 minutes. She even had a rude stuck up attitude throughout the visit, (they charge you 18-20% tip service fee to your bill automatically) so I assumed that's also another reason they give awful service. The alcoholic drinks were disgusting and a waste of money. They also brought out incorrect items and responded with even more attitude when the mistakes were mentioned. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and had undertones of racial bias.. Although I'm Hispanic, I look white and all of the friends I came with were not hispanic, and the way we were treated from other guests in the restaurant were noticeably different and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience came across as unfriendly, disrespectful, discriminatory and disappointing, this was our first and last visit here and I will tell everybody I know locally to avoid this place at all cost due to the experience we had!

Today is Friday and its menu feature Feijoada (Brazilian Bean stew soup), Lasanha de frango (Chicken lasagna) and Baby back ribs. Sausage, Steak with onion and Grilled Chicken with onion and other dishes are available as well. Good variety and selections. We got in early at 11:30 but by 11:45 customers are starting coming in. A good crowd for lunch! We sampled Feijoada, Lasagna, baby back ribs and various salad items. Feijoada is a savory black bean stew with meats like pork, beef and sausage. Wife has her Feijoada over white rice but I preferred my over Farofa. This is a hearty and flavorful dish. The Chicken lasagna is fine and ribs is meaty and flavorful. The fresh pineapple from the salad bar is fresh and sweet! I tried a Brazilian Cherry Soda. Next time I'll try other drinks available. All salads are freshly prepared. To top off our lunch, we have one chocolate brigadeiro and a coconut one. Brigadeiro with condensed milk and tastes like chocolate fudge melting in your mouth. She loves the coconut and I love the chocolate one! The staff and owner are very friendly. I told them this is our first time and they took the time to explain the setup. This is a hidden gem in Fort Myers. Words like Moqueca de peixe (Fish stew) and Dobradinha (tripe) make my mouth watering! Definitely will be back for more!
