I would definitely recommend Moxie Salon and Kelsie!

The other bridesmaids hair was also just a bun for $100. The makeup was $80 and turned out splotchy and didn't match my tone. This was supposed to be a traditional style of makeup. Then, the wedding party was an hour late to the wedding because Moxie only accepts Venmo, cash or check, but 3 out of 4 people couldn't get Venmo to work, even though we were all able to transfer with Venmo between us. They were supposed to have a card reader with them, but they "forgot". They need more experienced stylists to charge that much and update their technology to improve convenience of paying.

I had been going to a different nail salon in Leland, but due to traffic, I decided to give Gentle…read moreNails another try. I hadn't been there in several years. I was in for quite a surprise. My first trip there consisted of simple, standard offerings from a sweet older couple. The salon has changed drastically! They offer just about anything you want! They have every kind of nail, 3-D, designs, art, it's awesome. I was in the mood for pampering so I chose the $45.00 pedicure. I was not disappointed. I got a long, wonderful massage and a paraffin dip for my feet. Honestly the softest my feet have ever been post pedicure. I also got a set of crystal nails. The tips themselves have glitter and stars. I love them! The best part is, it didn't take forever, the nail salon I was going to would have taken 3 hours for a pedi and nails. This was just over an hour. I was thrilled with the results, too. Best part? They offer customer loyalty cards, so many punches and you get a free service. Awesome, right? They also give you a full size Bath and Body works lotion if you spend 60 dollars (which I did that day). However, I went in for a fill and it was less than 20 before tip. They are very friendly too, which is important.

Excellent. Being…read morefrom Northeastern region (CT, NJ, NYC) we know what a real SPA pedicure is & this place does too. FINALLY found a place in the area that gets it. Clean & open space. Nice pedicure massage chairs. Great selection of polish types, gel colors and options. Constable manicure big chairs. Not tiny slippery stools. Hand washing station too and a restroom. Ambient music and videos playing. Parking is a big lot shared with Harris teeter grocery store so it's busy but you'll find parking. Very convenient location to everything. Wax of brows and lip experience was perfect. Excellent shaping and attention to the detail. Patient and nice staff. My assigned tech was fantastic and I'm almost afraid to put her name out there for the fact I may find it difficult to secure her but now that I've put forward a regular cadence of appointments (lol) I'll share that JASMINE is one of the, if not the, best techs I've found in Wilmington. I found my place. Thank you to my fellow yelp reviewers for sharing their recommendation and thoughts.

However, I waited long enough for the water to get cold. No problem, I know they're busy. My nail tech was funny and personable. I had my polish removed and cuticles (and some skin) trimmed. Then some leg scrub and lotion, then a hot towel. Then proceeded to paint my nails. Unfortunately, he didn't paint the ends of the nails. And I didn't notice until I was ready to leave. So I painted them myself. When I went to pay, I was shocked to be charged $35. Online their prices stated $18 for a basic pedicure. So I was pretty disappointed. The salon was extremely pretty and comfortable. But next time I'll check the prices before I get any service done.
