    Terrible place they don't worry about the health of your child just of you vaccinate or not. They are very pushy and rude

    They are ok until your child is actually sick and needs them. Then, sorry, no appointments available for days. Try urgent care.

    Visited this Dr Kordesch a while back for our child who was ill. Waited in the Dr's office for more…read morethan 30 minutes before she came in and we introduced ourselves. Twice during our appointment she left in the middle to "take care of other things" without any explanation or apology, each time was for about 10 minutes and when she returned she had to re-login to the computer and start back at square one. When she finally got around to examining our child, she did a completely inadequate job - listened to heart & lungs, looked in nose and glance in mouth. I had to remind her to check in the child's ears and the throat. Went away from the appointment feeling like it was a total waste, thankfully our child returned to health again. Unfortunately, the Dr. wrote the wrong things down in the exam and we were billed for $300 DOLLARS above and beyond what she actually did for us. We called and explained that this did not happen, and were told to contest in writing, which we did. Heard back 9 months later and after much back and forth and further contesting (another 6 months), were forced to pay the bill or be sent to collections. We had already paid for the legitimate "regular" cost of the appointment. We are FURIOUS that we were treated so poorly at our exam and that she forgot entirely about what she even did for our child and that we are out so much money because she made a mistake the whole system is corrupt.

    I took my son to see Dr. Kordesch this morning to get a refill for a medication that he has used…read moreregularly since he was 7 years old. This medication is the ONLY medication, for his condition, that has worked successfully and in a timely manner, for the LAST ELEVEN YEARS! Dr. Kordesch told me that I didn't make sense because there is NO WAY that this medication worked any better for his condition than a less expensive medication she was wanting to prescribe. I told her, as his mother, I have tried this medication and to no avail, it did not work. Dr. Kordesch laughed at me and told me that I just did not make sense at all. She refused to get me the form I needed for the insurance for this medication because of HER idea that the other medication, that I have tried and DID NOT work, was better (and cheaper for the insurance company, mind you). She had no concern for my sons condition, only the cost of the medication to the insurance company, which she reminded me of several times. I immediately walked out in tears and removed my children from her care. I honestly don't know that I will ever step foot in that clinic again. I definitely will not be consulting Dr. (that term is used ever so lightly here) Kordesch EVER again!

    Since my previous review, we are still trying to figure out the best thing to deal with the long…read moreterm problem that I have-sadly, my doctor had to leave out of state, but the new doctor and I will be trying to figure out a long term solution. The solution did knock out the problem...but hot flashes are a no-go! So back to the drawing board. I have no bad feelings toward them at all. We have ruled out the bladder, female insides (ultrasound), other hormone issues (either normal or negative), so it's not something that can be easily fixed. I suspect that there's some sort of internal miscommunication between brain and body that can't easily be fixed, based on how my symptoms act when my symptoms were acting. Sometimes, there is no cure.

First visit, he was patient and listened well. since I…read morehad lost considerable amount of weight and was experiencing dizziness, I questioned my blood pressure medicine. Did I still need it? He said we can do a lessor strength. He wanted me on a statin, which was expected. I told him I tried a statin before and experience muscle pain. Again he mentioned a lower dose. I agreed to trying a lower dose. I left feeling satisfied that my concerns were addressed. By the time I got home the pharmacy had my prescriptions ready. After standing in line for 20 mins it was my turn. Two prescriptions, no cost. All positive energy hmming along. I get home and open the pharmacy bag and retrieve my two prescriptions. They were both the exact same prescriptions, same strength I had previously! i send him a message expressing my disappointment. I had also brought with me to the appointment two months of daily bp readings that he never looked at. In his reply, he defended the prescriptions he wrote and acted like his opinion shouldn't be challenged. Shortly after that I found a new doctor. A young female who listened to me.

I used to have Dr. Jill Chaplin as my doctor. She retired and they referred me to Kelly Son while I was with Jill. She got me on Ozempic because of my weight and I have severe back issues. We thought that if I got some of the weight off, it would help assist with my back issues. I ended up losing about 40 pounds with Ozempic. Yes it helped some with the back pain then at that time I was using a special payment assistance program from nova to assist in the Ozempic so I wasn't paying anything then 2026 hit and they no longer cover that program. I'm not sure I understand but I did have D in my insurance and nothing was said now they won't approve it because I have D so that does not make any sense to me. Plus they're not covering that program anymore. We're mark comes in is that he has bent over backwards call after call to nova and to me trying to get things figured out I can't tell you how much time he has put into just my insurance and Ozempic plan. I know that there are hundreds of patients out there, he made me feel like I was the only patient he had. I feel like Mark should get some kind of recognition for this outstanding job he has done.     If I could give zero stars I would. This is the absolute WORST place I have ever dealt with for…read morecare. I waited over an HOUR AND A HALF past my appointment time to be seen for my FIRST appointment with a new primary doctor after over a year of not having one. I was stuck on waiting lists and unable to get my medications. They didn't even greet me when they walked me back. The doctor didn't ask or seem to care about anything besides refilling my ADHD medication. I waited an hour and a half for a 10 minute appointment. Then they sent the wrong instructions to the pharmacy and the pharmacy couldn't refill my medication. I tried calling this office but you can't even leave them a voicemail and they're closed on weekends. During the week expect to sit on hold for at LEAST 20 minutes. They never respond through the patient portal either. The lack of communication and care is extremely frustrating. I'm leaving this review now because once again the pharmacy cannot refill a different medication for me that I urgently need because they have sent MULTIPLE requests for a refill (it should be on auto refill so I'm not sure what the issue is) and have gotten ZERO response from these people. I can't even refill it through their portal. So here I am a day before I need my medication and unable to get ahold of anyone here and unsure as to why they have not responded to the pharmacy. I will be switching providers as soon as I am able to because this place genuinely SUCKS. Would not recommend to anyone.
