She listens, asks questions, reads labs, and sees the connections and clues missed by everyone else we had seen. Then she makes suggestions and recommendations that make a real difference! I've never had issues with making an appointment. I've never been hung up on either. I have been seeing her for 15 years for my kids. In March 2018, my son died at daycare from neglect and Dr.Bradshaw was there supporting our entire family every step. She called the medical examiner for me and explained to me about layers and laying down kids who are fussy without removing their jacket/layers, my son at 11 months died from neglect and cardiac arrest in a room all by himself with no One checking on him for over an hour and by then he was blue. I am currently trying medication for one of my children and they take it very slow and very serious. For anyone having issues with coparenting that sounds like more of the issue than the doctors office! We live in a world of blame now instead of taking accountability of our actions because even though we're parents, and we love our kids, the most we are not perfect! Pillar Bradshaw, and her team do not deserve any of that negativity! I believe that they do The best care in town and I will never not be a part of that community

He was so kind, personable, and had a wonderful bedside manner, so when we were leaving and making our appointment for the two week screening we decided to stick with him as our pediatrician. I agreed to trying a lower dose. I left feeling satisfied that my concerns were addressed. By the time I got home the pharmacy had my prescriptions ready. After standing in line for 20 mins it was my turn. Two prescriptions, no cost. All positive energy hmming along. I get home and open the pharmacy bag and retrieve my two prescriptions. They were both the exact same prescriptions, same strength I had previously! i send him a message expressing my disappointment. I had also brought with me to the appointment two months of daily bp readings that he never looked at. During my appointment on August 16, 2024, he told me that I had a "small heart attack," but that it was "very small" and not to worry. He then sent a cardiology referral based on that statement. Later, when I reviewed my medical chart, I found three question marks (???) next to my diagnosis with no explanation. When I requested a correction to my record and asked him to clarify what he meant, he suddenly changed the story. He denied ever mentioning a heart attack and replaced the question marks with "TIA," which has nothing to do with cardiology or the reason for the referral. This did not reflect what was actually communicated to me and only created more confusion. I've had nothing but great experiences with other doctors in this clinic, so this was shocking and disappointing. In my personal experience, Dr. Keister was careless, contradictory, and dismissive, and I would not recommend him to anyone who needs clear communication or accurate documentation. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions about their care.

I waited over an HOUR AND A HALF past my appointment time to be seen for my FIRST appointment with a new primary doctor after over a year of not having one. I was stuck on waiting lists and unable to get my medications. They didn't even greet me when they walked me back. The doctor didn't ask or seem to care about anything besides refilling my ADHD medication. I waited an hour and a half for a 10 minute appointment. Then they sent the wrong instructions to the pharmacy and the pharmacy couldn't refill my medication. I tried calling this office but you can't even leave them a voicemail and they're closed on weekends. During the week expect to sit on hold for at LEAST 20 minutes. They never respond through the patient portal either. The lack of communication and care is extremely frustrating. I'm leaving this review now because once again the pharmacy cannot refill a different medication for me that I urgently need because they have sent MULTIPLE requests for a refill (it should be on auto refill so I'm not sure what the issue is) and have gotten ZERO response from these people. I can't even refill it through their portal. So here I am a day before I need my medication and unable to get ahold of anyone here and unsure as to why they have not responded to the pharmacy. I will be switching providers as soon as I am able to because this place genuinely SUCKS. Would not recommend to anyone.

If you tey to set an emergency visit with the Doctor, good luck, Youll be able to make an apointment for that visit in 2 to3 weeks. You can tell they are only in it for a paycheck. My wife has been seeing Dr. Clark (The only "specialist" in the area) for the past 2 years for her IHD. All he does is scheduled her for an eye exam (at 300 bucks a pop)and tells her she needs to lose weight. She has tried. She tells him of new symptoms, he blows her off and doesn't even think twice about what she is telling him. He is a self obsorbed, pretentious pick who couldn't give 2 shits about his patients. Heaven help me if I see him on the street.
