I bought my wife an older 325i for her new daily driver. Called around and checked local reviews for a good European repair shop and found these guys. They weren't as cheap as other shops I called into but their reviews seems really good. The car had a check engine light pop on and they said bring it in anytime. I dropped it off in the morning and asked them to find out what caused the check engine light, and to see how the rest of the car looked under the hood. Was not disappointed at all. A ton of faults came up on the first scan, but Noah recommended updating the software on the cars computer, drive the car for a few days to see if anything comes back. After 3 weeks of driving, only 1 fault has come back, and it's only related to a system that is used for emissions. All the other issues are no longer coming up. I was afraid that all the other faults we're going to cause a big repair bill, but with their honest recommendation, I ended up only paying a small price for some labor. Overall I'm very impressed with Mike and Noah's honest and down to earth personalities. I have no interest taking my car somewhere else. Glad I found this shop. read more

I could not recommend a better place for your car. I took my Porsche 911 after needing an oil change and a few small repairs. A few hours later I received a text with pictures of my car and a free inspection and car wash. They didn't even charge me for a full hour worth of labor cause they were able to find it was a quick fix. Ask for Noah he will definitely make your experience a good one. read more

I took my beemer to EU-Tech for a brake job as a more reasonable alternative to the dealer and was disappointed. I was given an estimate, but ultimately charged $1k more for work that wasn't due yet. EU-Tech's charge for the primary job wasn't much cheaper than the dealer's charge. I don't expect much in the way of service, which is why EU-Tech was perceived as a cost effective alternative to the dealer, but my car wasn't ready an hour after they called me to retrieve my vehicle. I get it that they were short handed, but that's no excuse for a lack of patience and borderline rude behavior that included lecturing me, the customer, and scolding the owner's two grandsons for just being kids. I'll take my beemer to the dealer going forward. read more

This shop is perfect. I took my Porsche 964 (911) in to another shop that couldn't figure out the problem, partly due to their antiquated scanning tools. I took the car into EU Tech afterwards, and the team there was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give me multiple options and very fair pricing to fix it. Their shop is gorgeous. Total dream shop. And the people there... you can tell that Luis has been intentional building a culture of honor and accountability there. I brought my newly bought used Benz in because of a check engine light and some stuttering. I dropped my key and gave all my info to Mike, who made the process quick and painless ; by the end of the day they found a whole bunch of stuff wrong. I just bought the car and luckily have a warranty to cover it . Unfortunately I did not get my car fixed and back to me for almost 5 weeks due to the extensive repairs (and mainly the warranty people taking forever to send the parts)-- EU tech was timely and responsive with all the work on their end. Mike was very patient with me and always answered all my questions when I wanted to know where we were at during the process. He even joked and said he would send me a picture of my car if I really missed it. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for oil changes and future repairs. Came here for the first time for issues with my BMW 3-Series I thought I may be taken advantage of since I literally know nothing about cars lol. When it comes to automotive repair of course you want competent quality mechanics working on your vehicle and EU Tech certainly has knowledgeable and qualified mechanics but what I would like to draw attention to is everything else you'd dread about going to an auto mechanic. I came in with what I thought was a basic problem but it turned out my motor was seized. this meant I was stranded and would not be having EU Tech servicing my vehicle since I'm not in a position to replace my motor. They let me and my cat stay in their Lounge which had complimentary coffee and snacks for as long as I needed they were Beyond helpful they were Beyond courteous and most importantly they understood how difficult the situation I was in thinking I would be in an out and now I don't have the means to leave. And would not be having EU tech servicing my vehicle since I'm not in a position to replace my motor.
