Our BMW's warranty ended and we don't want to buy a new one until the next generation 330e hybrid is available in 2020. We were due for service and there was really no reason to take it to the stealer dealer. I have known Noah York for a few years and he has done me a few favors so it was time for me to become his customer. I didn't make an appointment and I really should have. But, he got the car into the service area fairly quickly. They changed the oil and filter, did the other required services, and inspected everything for problems. They found none. Not happy at all with this shop, First of all they tried to sell me a $10,000 plus service for my Ferrari when it was not needed at all, all I needed was seals for the oil Leak, Second of all my battery tender showed up missing and I had to buy a new One after they did the service, I can't prove they took it, A battery tender does not grow wings and fly off, My service advisor was not very attentive at all, I had to call Ferrari and get the parts myself So I could get my car done in a timely manner, I kept getting told they were busy and would call when they had a chance for my parts, I question this shops integrity. I went to EU Tech here in Sacramento I went to them to replace my alternator on Maserati GT I had it replaced May of last year with a one year warranty almost immediately after having the alternator replaced which cost me $1,850 I started having problems with the battery draining again I took it to O'reilly and it failed diodes I contacted Noel at EU he had me bring it in and checked it out and said everything is checking out fine in which it wasn't I went back and forth with this guy for months with this issue and now that warranty has expired he don't want to fix my car by replacing the alternator please stay from this place they are a rip off read more

BMW X5 3.5D, would not start cranked over but no start and was throwing codes. I had recently worked on it myself and it just went from bad to worse and I could not figure the problem out. I finally gave up decided it was going to take someone that knew much more than me to figure it out. I had it towed over to EU Tech and braced for the worse figured it would take a few days I would probably be out a $ thousand or 2 to get it fixed whatever it was. I am used to dealerships that cost a fortune swap parts until they find a fix. Nope, not with EU tech they put in on the computer found the problem fixed it in short order with no parts needed and charged me $320. No one that drives a BMW can complain about a $320 repair bill. Great group of people there that were very friendly but who made a pretty substantial error when I brought my 1982 911sc in for a major oil leak. They examined the car and diagnosed the problem to be in the engine and quoted me at $20,000 to tear the engine apart and find the problem. I opted to wait, moved to Monterey and brought it to a Porsche specialized shop which fixed the problem by replacing the oil cooler for about $2,000. read more

I've had a known issue with my classic mini copper for close to 10 years where the car would not start on the first attempt at times. Given the age of the car (1973) not to many people were willing to work on it.
