Wearing underwear is still very uncomfortable. That's the short story. Here is the long story. UpOn walking into the salon it was very dirty. I used the restroom before my Brazilian and there wasn't any toilet paper. Luckily there were toilet seat covers. I walked into the room and undressed and got on the table. She began to talk about that she had been six for two days with an awful cough. I asked her if she had been tested for COVID and she told me she had not. She didn't wear a mask the entire time. When she removed the wax she used multiple pulls to remove the strip instead of one straight pull. I believe this is what has led to my ingrown hairs. She also applied the wax several times in the same spot. I believe this is what led to the skin removal. When I asked her the normal price of the wax she said $65, but the coconut oil I put on is another $50. Honestly just awful. I tried to contact Groupon to get my money back and they said they could not. I purchased 3. I will not go in for the other 2. Perhaps she's great at hair, but not waxing.

I'm pretty minimal when it comes to makeup and associated lash services with lash extensions and once I learned of lash lifts, I was intrigued. It's basically a perm for your lashes. Justine talks you through it and also chats with you during the process to calm any nerves - don't worry it's not scary but it IS your eyes and of course they're sensitive. Weeks later and my lashes are still just as lovely. I can't wait to go back. Justine is a gem and you can trust her with your beloved lashes.

Gabrielle did a fantastic job for my facial. She prepped the room to be warm but not hot and asked questions to customize the facial.
