Originally I came across lash queen diva while looking for a lash make over during my pregnancy. Lash Queen Diva had a special going on in December for the signature full lash set. I was 9 months pregnant when I scheduled my first appointment. With my luck my daughter decided to come a few days before the appointment and I had to postpone it. The owner Cynn was very understanding when I let her know wouldn't be able to make it. She was also very accommodating and saved my deposit fee for the next time I was able to schedule my appointment while honoring the promotion she had going on. Since then she has been very timely and communicative with her responses. Something that I found very kind and very sweet of her/ her daughter was that after I was couple weeks postpartum and finally able have my appointment they decided to get a lovely gift for my baby and I. Instead of a new set, Cynn did a fill, however charged me for a full set. The next day most lashes were falling off. I messaged a picture to Cynn asking if I could come back to get them fixed. Unfortunately Cynn was sick and wasn't able to see me until the following week. I had an event and didn't want to have lashes falling off. Due to her being sick and not being able to see me and fix the problem for a week, I scheduled an appt with another salon. I asked Cynn if there was any chances for a refund and she refused. Even though I had pictures from one day after the service demonstrating she had not done a quality job. I ended up having to pay for 2 full sets in the same week (even though Cynn didn't do a full new set). This was quite an expense but luckily the second salon did a good job. First I want to say she is a nice lady. I told her why I was coming to her and exactly what I wanted because I had an allergic reaction. I did not want lashes in my corners but she put alot in the corners. I left her and I had to appear at a very important meeting and looked liked I was high as gas with blood shot eyes. I get home and my eyes closed shut. I told her and her only focus was getting her payment. I paid her for her services but she literally took my money knowing she did wrong and all of the things I had going on being a single mom.
