I absolutely love their Carmel Mountain location, but I hate their Point Loma location. I've never had issues at Carmel Mountain, but I constantly have issues in Point Loma. I've repeatedly had issues with their website, allowing you to book on days that they are not open and their website hours on Google saying they're open even when they're not. I've contacted them multiple times about this, but the issue has never been resolved. I'll be honest this was one of the only places I have ever trusted to do my eyebrows and I had a great experience a handful of times I've been to Carmel Mountain. But they really need to get new management for the point Loma location. I know it is new, but that is not an excuse for how it is currently running. I've also heard other reviews from friends of mine saying that they will show up on time for their appointment and the staff is not there and has been up to 30 minutes late for their appointment. I hope to continue to be a customer because I do love the Carmel Valley location, but I really hope they can step it up in point Loma. Overall, I have a bad taste in my mouth from the poor experiences in PL.

I do not enjoy writing poor reviews, and believe in giving businesses a second chance, I am very disappointed in my experience here. I could not keep these lashes on to save my life. I do not wear eye makeup (unless it's a special occasion), do not use eye makeup remover, or products that are oil based. I followed the directions of not getting them wet for 48 hours, not sleeping on my face, touching or rubbing my eyes. I contacted Angie and she told me to come back and she would fix them. My appointment was at 4pm on a Thursday and there was no parking in front or back of the building, so I had to park 2 blocks away in a residential neighborhood and walk so I arrived 7 minutes late. She seemed very annoyed and quickly filled my lashes being quite rough removing some and pulling some of the hairs out. At the end of the appointment I told her my left lash was bothering me she told he didn't have time to fix it, she was over the scheduled appt time. Are you kidding me, that's why I was there in the first place? Within hours of the fill a bunch of lashes were falling out. They were on my face and desk. I text her pictures, I was told that only happens if you wet your lashes or are pulling them- instead of trying to see if there was a problem they just assumed it was my fault. For how much she charges I will go somewhere else. read more

Having been curious about lash extensions and never being able to master placing strip lashes before, I decided to indulge! I am so beyond happy with them! They look amazing (can't stop staring in the mirror) and best of all, it doesn't feel like I have lashes on and they are so easy to maintain and take care of! This is a huge deal for me because I tend to not want to fuss with things and I am always on the go. I've also cut down time on getting ready because I don't need to wear eyeliner or mascara. Angie is the best in the business. I have been fortunate enough to work with Angie as well as get my lashes done by her and I have seen her work ethic and attention to detail in everything she does. My lashes look amazing and they stay healthy after many visits unlike a lot of places which are not as careful and can do a lot of damage to your lashes. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my lashes. Not only is Angie a great lash artist she also has a great personality. She is warm and kind and will immediately put you at ease and answer all your questions. Amazing service each time I go ! Angie is detail oriented and will make your lashes compliment your face . And the lashes stay on ! Ive gotten on roller coasters at six flags worried that i was going to loose lashes from the fast rides but no they stayed on! I couldn't recommend Voguish Lash enough!! The studio space is super cute with great vibes. It's always my favorite day of the week when it's time for my lash fill. My lashes last 3 weeks and i walk out feeling incredible. I have been to other lash stylists and I have never gotten more compliments on my lashes than I do now that I go to Voguish.
