I initially couldn't get a Classic lash fill appt. with the gal I was seeing before so I made an appt. w/ Lash Rebel SD, thinking I'd go right back to my other gal. Nope, never went back to her errr again. Jaz is AWESOME! She seriously saved my natural eyelashes, which were being weighed down by extensions that were wayyy too heavy and thicke for my thin ladies. So much so, that my own lashes were growing out twisted and I didn't even know! I decided to get lash extensions done by Jazlyn after a two-year COVID hiatus, and went in for a volume full set and a subsequent fill. Jazlyn's work is second to none -- she understands the assignment every time and executes what I ask for to a T, and I am very picky about my lashes. The lash fans she creates are pristine, and more importantly, some that my natural lashes can handle. She is also extremely thorough with her work and works quickly. On both occasions, I walked out of her studio (which is super nicely decorated, for the record) feeling like a bad bitch, and I've gotten compliments from strangers on my lashes. The only gripe that I have regarding her work is the retention -- the lashes fell out quickly, many of which were not attached to a natural lash, and I found myself needing fills every week and a half or so compared to the two or two-and-a-half weeks I used to go in for pre-pandemic. Also, as much as I know that Jazlyn is not responsible for this/couldn't have known, the lash cleanser she recommended was not compatible with my sensitive eyes at all and I experienced a lot of skin peeling around my eyelids. Overall, Jazlyn is an extremely solid lash artist who produces stunning work, and this review could have been easily been a five-star one if she (maybe?) switched up her glue. I moved recently and can unfortunately no longer be a client of hers for the time being, but I would recommend her to anyone in the San Diego area. read more

I'm very very picky and I've never had an experience where I didn't love my lashes. I always want mega volume and Jaz gets it right every time. She knows when to go lighter and knows when your lashes can be fuller. She cares about your health of your lashes and wants to make you look amazing. The minute I lay on her table Im literally sleeping because her touch is so light. She literally has the magic touch. Her timing, efficiency, cleanliness, and sweet personality are top notch. I should note, I workout and train almost everyday and my lashes take quite a beating. She always makes sure I'm cleaning them with proper care. The area where Jazlyn works is cute, prices are comparable to other places I looked into. I am newer to SD so was looking for a person out here that was available before Halloween. When she finished my lashes they looked nice HOWEVER by the next morning I noticed a bunch of lashes all over the place. I told her and she was willing to touch up the lashes. I told her I was available a couple days later for the touch up but I was so tired of seeing lashes falling out by the time the appointment came up I just wanted the rest of them out.
