I always go for a hybrid set, D curl and I *ask* for long length (I'm comfortable at 15 mm) and this was without a doubt the best set I've received. Because it was my first time at HD Lash, I showed pictures for reference with the same eye shape as mine, and she made the picture come to life, but even better! I found Darlene (HD Lash) on Facebook. I checked out the website and sent her a message via FB Messenger. She asked questions in regards to having lash extensions previously and she sent a link to make an appointment. I received an appointment reminder via email and text a few days before my appointment. I also received clear instructions about cleaning your lashes before your appointment and directions to her place. The parking was convenient. FYI - Horton Plaza does charge $8 an hour and $2 for every 15 minutes. If you are planning on a full set of lashes, the appointment will take 2.5 hours. A refill of lashes is usually 90 minutes. The street parking will accommodate the refill appointment. I went in for a Full Volume Classic but left with a Full Hybrid. I loved my lashes. The environment was very soothing. She had great relaxing music. I definitely fell asleep a few times during my appointment. Darlene also gives you clear instructions to take care of your new lashes and follows up as well.
