Tiff is amazing!!! I came in a bit worried because I had never gotten them done before, my wedding was in a week and my mom got them done (elsewhere) and hated them. I was also concerned that my one hooded eye would exacerbate the unevenness of my eyes. I expressed my concerns to Tiff and she gave me her full confidence that she knew what she was doing. She explained that she can give one eye one shape of eyelash and the other eye a more hooked-shaped eyelash to counter the hooded eye. It worked great! I asked for natural and it really looked natural. My own mother and sister almost didn't notice. Not because they didn't look fantastic but because it looked so natural. She lets you take a look in the mirror so you can see the progress and if you like it or not. She even did my bottom lashes to make it pop even more. My girlfriends were pretty amazed that she can do the bottom, too. A few days later I noticed one eye shedding lashes and it started to look uneven. So, I asked to see her before she left for her trip and she managed to squeeze me in. She was able to figure out the problem (too heavy of lashes on the hooded eye). And she didn't even charge me!! She said it was her fault for putting too heavy of lashes but still, that was very nice of her. Tiffany is the biggest sweetheart. Tiff is a star! I saw her ad in Craigslist for eyelash extensions. At first I was skeptical about how much she was charging for such a service because I know eyelash extensions can go well into hundreds of dollars. But, I figured I mind as well try, if I get the heebie jeebies, at least I can leave without fear. Leading up to my appointment, I kept in contact with Tiff to ease my anxiety and get a feel for who she was as well. The day of my appointment came, when I arrived at the spa, I was greeted immediately by Tiff. She was warm and welcoming and quick to answer all my questions. The room she worked out of was clean, relaxing, and cozy. All her tools and what she would be using for the extensions were all sterilized and her work area was organized. Before starting, I let tiff know that my outer corner lashes would curl naturally while the rest would fall flat and straight in no time regardless of what mascara, curler, and whatever else I've ever tried I used. She quickly got to work, and was unafraid to consult with me the whole time I laid on table. My lashes because of the curl were difficult to work with, but Tiff was persistent in making my extensions loom amazing. When she was done I was so pleased to see the results!! They were exactly what I was looking for and she really gave me the lashes I should have been born with! I keep in constant contact with Tiff anytime I have questions about my lashes or about upcoming appointments I have scheduled with her. She is always quick to respond and has the friendliest demeanor. She has also recently added eyebrow extensions and eyebrow henna to her service list and you know I'm about to jump on that!!! If you want someone who will make sure every one of your lashes is done do NOT go to her. She missed almost 40 of my lashes just on one eye even when I went in for a fill. I asked her to fix it and she told me to not go to her anymore and try to look for "problems" with her work. I then asked for a refund which she also wouldn't give to me. She was nice at first but when it came down to you having a problem with her work or being dissatisfied she was very rude. It looks like I still need a fill. I never write yelp reviews but DON'T GO TO HER. Edit: First of all, I got them done on Tuesday and messaged her Wednesday night. Nothing happened to my lashes to where almost 40 lashes on one eye would fall out. They are fully grown not fine lashes she did not put anything on. I took a video to show her. She refused to fix it or refund me. The first girl fixed my lashes as soon as she could and only missed a few not nearly as much as she did. I haven't met someone with this horrible of customer service in a long time. She told me the work she did on me was good. Update for 10/11/2015: Went back for a 2-week fill. Tiff noted that my eyelash loss was about average despite the fact that I'm heavily active 5 days a week with long distance running or intense cardio like Zumba or Turbo Kickboxing. My eyelashes didn't hold up so well on my right eye but Tiff assured me that like our other body parts, we have bigger/smaller/more/less on different sides of our eyes in terms of natural lashes. She suggested, showed, and even offered a contoured eye mask to use while sleeping since I mentioned a concern that I might be rubbing my eyes in my sleep. I'm going to be looking for my own eye mask in the next week. This appointment went faster (since it was a fill) and since I went with the natural look, cost a very reasonable $40. I was in and out within 40 minutes this time around. What's really cool about Tiff is her willingness to seek further professional certification. She was letting me know that she'll soon be acquiring expertise in micro blading eyebrow tattoo procedures. Something to consider for the future. I had a great experience with Tiff today! It was my first time getting lash extensions and she patiently answered every question I had (and I had many!) I especially liked her "bedside" manner. She chatted with me as long as I continued to make conversation but when I stopped talking to relax, so did she. She frequently checked to make sure I was doing ok (lying awake with your eyes closed for a long time is harder than it sounds!) and was very attentive. She shares the space she works out of with Jade from Wax Appeal who is equally as awesome at what she does! The building is in a residential area but do not let this deter you. It is well kept, her work area is clean and neat, and reserved parking is right outside the front door. As a low maintenance woman who rarely wears makeup, I asked for natural looking extensions. I wanted to be able to tell that I had them on, without feeling like my vision was affected or that I looked like snuffleupagus. Tiff delivered, and I was pleasantly surprised by the result. My lashes look great, as if I put on mascara and curled them, without actually having to do that. If I wasn't such a tomboy, I'd be hooked! read more

This is a very late review but it's because she traumatized me, ruined my lashes and glued on some horrible, hard, ugly eyelashes. I wanted color lashes and the lady I went too didn't have any. I told her I want color before I came. When I got there she didn't have enough color lashes to do mines so from the pictures I said just do what you can. She removed my ole lashes and it's like she ripped them off or something because my lashes were so damaged. she put on a new set after and I don't know what she did, god I wish I had taken pictures. The color lashes were so hard that when I closed my eyes it poked my eyelid. It wasn't even done nicely like a cat eye. She could tell how ugly it was cause she didn't charge me for the new set, just for the removal from the others. She ruined my lashes and I had to waste more money to go to someone else. I have gone to three separate eyelash extension places/people before I found Tiff. And I've not gone to anyone else since (it's been like a year). She gives me the best lash extensions by far! And without complaint. The other places I've gone to have either used too much glue, or too little glue and/or took like way too long. People notice my lashes because they're nice and dramatic (that's the way I ask Tiff to make mine), but they still look REALLY natural. Everywhere I go, even if I'm due for a refill, I still get compliments. In fact, I went to California earlier this year for a make-up tradeshow (lots of beauticians, make-up artists everywhere) and I kept getting compliments. One woman that complimented me is a lash technician herself, so right away she noticed Tiff's good work. Her question to me was "how long did she take to apply them?" And that seems to be the key question because even quality work has a time standard. Tiff takes an average of an hour to 90 minutes. Anything quicker and I can guarantee that the technician is just loading it on with clumps of glue, which might look impressive at first, but will be super itchy and uncomfortable within a week. I experienced that before Tiff. I once contemplated moving to another state, and my biggest dilemma was how/where would I get my lashes done?! I would NOT want to have to search for another lash technician again, so needless to say I didn't move to another state. Anyhow, I've referred my mom, my aunty, my niece, and other relatives to Tiff to get their lashes done because all of them really like my lashes! read more

Her quality of work is superb for the prices she charge. Honestly, I was skeptical at first to give her a try. I don't know what type of glue Tiff uses, but there's something about the quality in products and methods she uses. I got a full set from her the first time, and my lashes stayed on for days. This was through water, exercise, running errands, being constantly on the go, .... my usual daily routines. I lost about 3 lashes in the first week, and most of the lashes began falling out towards the ending of the 2nd week/beginning of 3rd week... which is totally normal and at same time very unexpected (in a very good way). Bottom line is, I truly got my money's worth in the value of service I received. Quality aside... customer service is top notch as well. Tiff is easily reachable via text or call. She's accommodating to what type of styles you want, and offers many recommendations based of your face shape, eye shape, etc. She really does a thorough analysis!
