The email and text reminders were so helpful. Rescheduling online was also a breeze. The space isn't large, and kind of strangely situated in the back of an office building. Today was my fist time ever getting my eye brows done, I'm 23 years old and I've always done them myself. I was nervous going in but Sholin was so sweet! Super easy to talk to and such a nice person. She showed me how my eye brows should be shaped and gave me tips if ever I plucked them again. I love my brows! She made them look amazing. I was looking for a new place to get my eyebrows done and found this place on Yelp. Booking the appointment was pretty easy even though she was pretty booked but that's to be expected when you I booked a day before. I actually assumed it was a threading place until I got there but I'm glad it wasn't once Sholin explained what threading actually does the eyebrows. She broke everything down for me and told me what my eyebrows should look like. I got them waxed and tinted because from threading so much my ends are soooo unnoticeable. I requested cleaned up brows without any tinting or shadow because I prefer them natural and she stuck right to that.
