And she dismissed me, and I asked if I could order the chai, and she was very cold and short with me, and when she brand the chai out it was all watered down, with no milk and hardly tasted like chai at all. This was very personal for Nina to treat us this way because she wasn't happy that I requested a to go order and it was obvious by the way she acted towards me. I even asked how they made the chai, because I was a little skeptical of how watered down it was and how there was no milk. I got a short "oh it's just the same process as always." And then I asked "okay so where do you get the chai from?" And she said "it's just a tea ." Sarcastically. I was so looking forward to purchasing the chai from here this morning and Nina ruined that.
