Omg I absolutely love this place. I just moved here from Houston in January and one of my best friends came to visit last month and brought me here because she comes to visit this studio Everytime she's in Austin. I am so glad she brought me because I love coming here. The ambiance is amazing. The instructors are so great and wonderful and the classes they have are outstanding. I love that they have a little elixir and cacao spot inside. I haven't tried any yet but I will. They have a great deal too with unlimited classes where you can visits their surrounding interconnected studios and I haven't tried any tried one of the others as well and love that one too. The service is good, although I've noticed a lack of consistency in the way Cacao is prepared which has been frustrating. The ambiance is so special. I had the divine pleasure of visiting this unique secret of atx this past Sunday, with my pup and a friend. We met here to check out the various health pieces of this meditative space, and have a tranquil environment for getting some work done on a passionate project. It turned out to be so much more than just that! In addition to being extremely peaceful and grounding, it offers a realm of various spots to enjoy the outdoors. Equipped with a big playground for kids, it has a huge outdoor space with different focus areas, including a holistic center, a Synergy space, Arcoíris space, a Tranquility space, and overall a huge meditation lounge. They also have a fantastic kava bar! I tried a kava drink on ice that was delightful, served like a mocha (yum!) and put me in a very grounding mood. Additionally, they also have a vegan or vegetarian restaurant that's served cafeteria style, located at the very back of the entire venue. You pay $25 for your meal, and you get whatever the staff is putting together and out at that time for everyone, using whatever their current food supplies are. My meal consisted of vegetarian tacos, split pea soup, black beans, beets, and a greens salad. As well as hibiscus tea on tap! It was a comforting and soothing meal. It's a very dog-friendly space, so of course i brought my pup, and he had a wonderful time exploring the big space and playing with all the kids in the playground. Lastly, i'll just inform that they offer health and wellness classes weekly, along with hosting unique events. 5/5 recommend this exceptional healing space for coffee/lunch dates, meeting for collaborative work projects, enjoying the beautiful outdoors that atx has to offer, and focusing on maintenance and growth in your personal healing & recovery journey. read more

I have been consuming Third Eye Elixirs for the past three years and have had amazing results. It began with taking Golden Elixir or Golden Milk to remedy inflammation in my knees and feet. By simply having a golden milk drink before bed I not only slept better but my inflammation that would make walking extremely painful at times diminished significantly in weeks. I recommend this for anyone with sleep problems or joint inflammation. I was then struck with diverticulitus and was hospitalized for six days while in France, I remained in France for two more months due to work and the felt discomfort in my colon the entire time. As many say, this affliction is extremely difficult to recover from. When returning to Austin I begin my recovery with Neil recommending I take a small portion of Silighai daily, the uncomfortable sensations that were in my colon from the attack healed in a month and I feel no negative symptoms. I talk to so many with this affliction telling me it never completely heals. Neil seems to give me excellent advice in supplements for my health. Neil later challenged me to stop my daily coffee consumption and replace it with Cacao. I drank Cacao but not as a regular morning drink. Since doing so I feel a new level of vibrancy and have a consistent steady level of energy. Totally amazing how Third Eye products have changed my life. Humble gem hiding amidst the Casa de Luz shire. Outside, it's a relatively small, clean, well-ornamented practice studio. On the inside is something unique: access to the vast body of yogic traditions. Classes are interactive, engaging, and experiential, with the support and nurture of a Satsang community. I love Agnete's popular breath and sound class on Thursday nights and look forward to exploring others, as they all appear to combine elements of raja yoga: movement, pranayama, sound/chakra, concentration, and, if lucky, a moment of heavenly commune. I wish sessions were less expensive -- all yoga classes, everywhere -- and more available to those who can't afford and could most benefit. It's like paying to go to church -- doesn't sit well. Unlike studios that charge for "meditation classes," 3rd Eye classes are experiential healing and more, so I feel it's a fair trade, high-value investment in self-care. Kristikka did a great job teaching the class, and afterwards, I spent some time in the lounge. What an awesome place. Ashley served me my Cacao, and it was delicious. She spent a few minutes talking with mand telling me all about the Lounge, the village, and some of the many different activities and events that are offered. She was friendly, warm and welcoming. This place is amazing! The minute I walk in, I feel at peace. It's for people who are experienced meditators and on their awakening journey. It's also for people who are just beginning their meditation & healing journey. I lead a Wednesday evening meditation & healing circle here and it has been so wonderful to be a part of this community. I find that most people, when walking into 3rd Eye for the first time, feel as if they are walking into a comforting, nurturing, home-like space. This place is the opposite of pretentious, very open, accepting and beautiful! It is crystal gridded, has all sorts of offerings (massage chairs, sauna, hanging yoga swings, etc), and is just very intentionally set up. Such a warm & welcoming space with the community to match. I stopped in here just to see what it was all about & Neil so generously offered my friend & I to try one of their cacao tonics - which was such a pleasant surprise & an amazing treat. I'm not even sure I have the words to describe the deliciousness of the tonic. The only other time I've had such nourishing, delicious tasting cacao was when a friend brought some back from her travels in Peru.. their tonic version tastes & feels truly authentic, rich & I love that it includes of a handful of other supportive ingredients, which seem to have been chosen with much intention. It feels so good in the body & I feel rather confident that it is sourced with pure intentions, as well (sourced from Ecuador, cultivated by communities of the Amazon). Neil came to a yoga event I attended at Shine On in San Marcos and provided us with some cacao tonic. I don't drink "health" beverages of any sort, but I really enjoyed his cacao creation. I am a fan of caffeine and tryptophan, and the drink definitely gave that pleasant buzz one would expect those two chemicals to provide. My favorite thing was the sweetness of the beverage; it doesn't have any added sugar/concentrated sweeteners like honey, but it still has the perfect amount of super subtle sweetness. I would recommend it based on the taste. I feel like the caffeine/tryptophan high makes people feel very social and this tonic would be a good social drinking substitution for alcohol. read more
