Came here after my yoga class and it was such a good idea! The place is super cozy and I loved the decor. They have different options, hot or cold, coffee or tea, but their specialty is definitely their cacao drinks. As a chocolate lover, I had to try one. The service was great too. The girl who helped me was so sweet and explained that since cacao is naturally more bitter, I could choose how sweet I wanted my drink. I originally went with a 5/10, but after trying it, I asked her to bring it up to a 7/10 and it was PERFECT! So creamy and delicious. Such a cute little spot to relax after a workout or just hang out. I'll definitely be back to try more of their cacao drinks! read more

I really enjoyed the space and the energy that exists here. I am wildly disappointed with the interactions I've had with some of the individuals that are a part of the space. I would say that they are using people and they don't really provide a service but try to manipulate you. I went in for a cord cutting ceremony, and the individual that did everything was named Kevin and decided to say that I was a reptilian and warned my date to avoid reptilian energy. I want to add more context because I really believe it's important. I came in with a very open heart trying to find help to let go of some past hurt Kevin and his wife Lola initially felt kind. With my date, he was open, giving and exceptionally nice. I had my reading, and when he asked me how I felt I told him that he had his energy closed off to me. He then reacted by basically calling me a demon and a reptilian. As me and my date were leaving, he warned him to be wary of reptilian energy and to look it up. This entire experience was absolutely horrible and it put me into a spiral because when I asked Kevin what he saw he refused to tell me and I think truly is that he was afraid that I saw through him because he's a fraud. People typically don't cast stones in this space without offering help or a handout. I questioned multiple times what he saw in me and he shut it down and would not do it then decided to go point to his side that says we won't continue unless we want to. I am highly disappointed because I literally went in for help on letting go of some things and instead I was made to look like a demon and I just don't even understand how somebody that says. They're a part of holistic healing could ever do this to someone. Definitely make sure that you grab some of the drinks and food there. It's fantastic, but I would highly encourage people to not visit Kevin or Lola unless you're willing to experience what truly felt like a very hateful judgmental experience. I do not ever anticipate going back into the space purely because of this experience and I will continue on my journey without their guidance. I just cannot believe that I was basically called a demon. I think that they are frauds that are trying to prey on susceptible people and they're hopeful that people will continue to come back to them for cleansing. I went to the bathroom and cried because I felt hopeless. So no thanks bad luck and no blessings for them. Don't give people hopelessness without a hand when they are truly reaching their hand out to you. Wildly negative energy. On top of everything, my date mentioned coming in for a previous experience and they did not remember any of the details and they mis gendered. they played it off that my dates Friend was a man, but she is female. My date was kind and did not bring it up, but they tried to play it off as they remembered everything and had to call someone to get things translated. I've only been here once, and am returning as a guest, astonished how lush and beautiful the surroundings are - conducive to meditation, journaling, higher thoughts moving towards hope. A friend was kind enough to show me around, and I'm looking forward to experiencing more on a return. I love consideration of "third eye chakra," located in the center of the forehead and traditionally associated with intuition, imagination, and inner wisdom - also anatomically aligned with our prefrontal cortex, the part of our brains responsible for decision-making and emotional regulation. This space feels peaceful, bringing thoughtful consideration of all of the connections within and between us. On the lighter side, "cacao" makes me think of an old Portlandia episode that cracks me up, aside from my delight in any form of chocolate. Such a sweet little spot! We loved our Goddess Feels drink and the blueberry coconut ice pops dipped in chocolate and macadamia nuts. Everything felt like such a nourishing treat. The space is so cute and has a really relaxed, communal feel with social seating. There's such a peaceful energy here that makes you want to slow down and stay awhile. The person working was also incredibly sweet and genuine. You could really feel the warmth and positive energy they brought to the space. I just moved here from Houston in January and one of my best friends came to visit last month and brought me here because she comes to visit this studio Everytime she's in Austin. I am so glad she brought me because I love coming here. The ambiance is amazing. The instructors are so great and wonderful and the classes they have are outstanding. I love that they have a little elixir and cacao spot inside. I haven't tried any yet but I will. They have a great deal too with unlimited classes where you can visits their surrounding interconnected studios and I haven't tried any tried one of the others as well and love that one too. I had the divine pleasure of visiting this unique secret of atx this past Sunday, with my pup and a friend. We met here to check out the various health pieces of this meditative space, and have a tranquil environment for getting some work done on a passionate project. It turned out to be so much more than just that! In addition to being extremely peaceful and grounding, it offers a realm of various spots to enjoy the outdoors. Equipped with a big playground for kids, it has a huge outdoor space with different focus areas, including a holistic center, a Synergy space, Arcoíris space, a Tranquility space, and overall a huge meditation lounge. They also have a fantastic kava bar! I tried a kava drink on ice that was delightful, served like a mocha (yum!) and put me in a very grounding mood. Additionally, they also have a vegan or vegetarian restaurant that's served cafeteria style, located at the very back of the entire venue. You pay $25 for your meal, and you get whatever the staff is putting together and out at that time for everyone, using whatever their current food supplies are. My meal consisted of vegetarian tacos, split pea soup, black beans, beets, and a greens salad. As well as hibiscus tea on tap! It was a comforting and soothing meal. It's a very dog-friendly space, so of course i brought my pup, and he had a wonderful time exploring the big space and playing with all the kids in the playground. Lastly, i'll just inform that they offer health and wellness classes weekly, along with hosting unique events. 5/5 recommend this exceptional healing space for coffee/lunch dates, meeting for collaborative work projects, enjoying the beautiful outdoors that atx has to offer, and focusing on maintenance and growth in your personal healing & recovery journey. read more

I have been consuming Third Eye Elixirs for the past three years and have had amazing results. It began with taking Golden Elixir or Golden Milk to remedy inflammation in my knees and feet. By simply having a golden milk drink before bed I not only slept better but my inflammation that would make walking extremely painful at times diminished significantly in weeks. I recommend this for anyone with sleep problems or joint inflammation. I was then struck with diverticulitus and was hospitalized for six days while in France, I remained in France for two more months due to work and the felt discomfort in my colon the entire time. As many say, this affliction is extremely difficult to recover from. When returning to Austin I begin my recovery with Neil recommending I take a small portion of Silighai daily, the uncomfortable sensations that were in my colon from the attack healed in a month and I feel no negative symptoms. I talk to so many with this affliction telling me it never completely heals. Neil seems to give me excellent advice in supplements for my health. Neil later challenged me to stop my daily coffee consumption and replace it with Cacao. I drank Cacao but not as a regular morning drink. Since doing so I feel a new level of vibrancy and have a consistent steady level of energy. Totally amazing how Third Eye products have changed my life. On the inside is something unique: access to the vast body of yogic traditions. Classes are interactive, engaging, and experiential, with the support and nurture of a Satsang community. I love Agnete's popular breath and sound class on Thursday nights and look forward to exploring others, as they all appear to combine elements of raja yoga: movement, pranayama, sound/chakra, concentration, and, if lucky, a moment of heavenly commune. I wish sessions were less expensive -- all yoga classes, everywhere -- and more available to those who can't afford and could most benefit. It's like paying to go to church -- doesn't sit well. Unlike studios that charge for "meditation classes," 3rd Eye classes are experiential healing and more, so I feel it's a fair trade, high-value investment in self-care. This place is amazing! The minute I walk in, I feel at peace. It's for people who are experienced meditators and on their awakening journey. It's also for people who are just beginning their meditation & healing journey. I lead a Wednesday evening meditation & healing circle here and it has been so wonderful to be a part of this community. I find that most people, when walking into 3rd Eye for the first time, feel as if they are walking into a comforting, nurturing, home-like space. This place is the opposite of pretentious, very open, accepting and beautiful! It is crystal gridded, has all sorts of offerings (massage chairs, sauna, hanging yoga swings, etc), and is just very intentionally set up. You can go there to hang out, or you can go for a specific event or class. Either way, you will likely not want to leave when it's time to leave. Haha!
