The EFT class was exactly what I needed, the instructor was excellent! Then headed over for some cacao afterwards. The ceremonial cacao is high quality, definitely recommend.

I had the divine pleasure of visiting this unique secret of atx this past Sunday, with my pup and a friend. We met here to check out the various health pieces of this meditative space, and have a tranquil environment for getting some work done on a passionate project. It turned out to be so much more than just that! In addition to being extremely peaceful and grounding, it offers a realm of various spots to enjoy the outdoors. Equipped with a big playground for kids, it has a huge outdoor space with different focus areas, including a holistic center, a Synergy space, Arcoíris space, a Tranquility space, and overall a huge meditation lounge. They also have a fantastic kava bar! I tried a kava drink on ice that was delightful, served like a mocha (yum!) and put me in a very grounding mood. Additionally, they also have a vegan or vegetarian restaurant that's served cafeteria style, located at the very back of the entire venue. You pay $25 for your meal, and you get whatever the staff is putting together and out at that time for everyone, using whatever their current food supplies are. My meal consisted of vegetarian tacos, split pea soup, black beans, beets, and a greens salad. As well as hibiscus tea on tap! It was a comforting and soothing meal. It's a very dog-friendly space, so of course i brought my pup, and he had a wonderful time exploring the big space and playing with all the kids in the playground. Lastly, i'll just inform that they offer health and wellness classes weekly, along with hosting unique events. 5/5 recommend this exceptional healing space for coffee/lunch dates, meeting for collaborative work projects, enjoying the beautiful outdoors that atx has to offer, and focusing on maintenance and growth in your personal healing & recovery journey.

Love the ambiance, drinks, and yoga classes offered at the third eye cacao. The baristas are great. Definitely one of my favorites spaces to hang out. Among my favorites drinks are the divine cherry smoothie, cacao soft serve, and the auric bloom.

Most magical treasure I happened upon for a breath work class and have brought all my friends back with me many times! I love everything about this place from the amazing Goddess Feels Cacao Elixir to the beautiful scenery to the amazing classes to the kind people who make it run so smoothly. It's a true gem. I'm headed there in a few minutes for my favorite Sunday class with JJ.

3rd Eye Lounge & Elixir Bar is health in community. An invitational experience into true self, health, and spiritual connection. I took a friend there and they considered it a gold mine for well being. And I agree. Arriving in the welcoming doors of 3rd eye is arriving into a cosmic metaphorical hug for the mind, body heart and spirit. I am so grateful for the owner Neil and the many friends who co-create the wonderful place it is today. With online options you can welcome the 3rd eye experience in your home and allow the healing in all areas of your life, hopefully for the rest of your life Thanks for bringing dreams into reality Much love

The cacao sold here is straight from the jungles of South and Central America and is as unprocessed as it gets.

There was only one savory bite that I was kinda not liking (like a mouthful of cold butter) but the rest were amazing. Get there early and walk around the property. It was beautifully decorated with a real honey bee hive conservation project. Valet is $15 after validation and there's no time limit so stay and enjoy the property. We walked around the property before the team party and we chose to walk around downtown afterwards the tea party afterwards. Such an upgrade from the old Four Seasons location. We are planning on coming back for the summer tea (the tea themes change based on season)

Great service and it was very nice that they indicated with a dark stamp on our bill that the gratuity was included given we were a large party. I often don't notice when it is added in and double tip by accident. Cocktails are great and the food is pretty good as well, though pricey of course, because it is the Four Seasons, after all. I treated my pup to the Sirloin, Mashed Potato and Veggie Dinner and she just loved it. The patio is dog friendly.

Lent is a 40-day period of spiritual preparation for Easter, beginning on Ash Wednesday (symbolizing the need for repentance) and ending before Easter. Its main goals are reflection, repentance, and renewal. After observing Lent, our treat was brunch at Ciclo (Four Seasons Hotel). Ciclo hosted Easter Brunch and an Easter Egg hunt including the hotel's lake-level ballroom. The celebration included live music and lawn activities for hotel and brunch guests. The brunch included a cold buffet, hot buffet, carving station, benedict station, and dessert buffet. You also could order customized omelets from your table. Ciclo's brunch features gluten-free and vegetarian choices. OMG...the Four Season's Hotel and Ciclo restaurant looked as though a lush bright flowered garden had been quietly grown there. Flowers spilled over every surface from the hotel's entrance to the Ciclo restaurant out onto the patio. The floral arrangements were stunning. They also served as a beautiful backdrop for photos. In addition, we ran into ole friends at brunch, which was a pleasant surprise. The standout for us was the lamb chops (one of my favorites) and callosal-sized shrimp. The sweet potatoes and ham were memorable as well with perfectly spiced sweet potatoes. All desserts were good today, however, the Oreo cheesecake and sugar cookies were the highlights. Our server was so attentive and pleasant. Also, Abribal, the restaurant manager, came over to inquire about dining experience. Such excellent service... Dining a Ciclo today was superb! It was fantastic end to our Lenton season.

Outstanding service provided by the staff. Denis was our tables primary attendant. He is super. He provides impeccable customer service which makes your experience even better. I'm calling it premium surf and turf. Great night with friends and dinner. Ciclo did not disappoint. Well done.

They're in an open gravel lot with plenty of parking and some wooden picnic tables where you can sit and eat. I had the chocolate jasmine flavor and the lychee raspberry as half scoops in a size medium (the minimum size where you can get half scoops). The chocolate was honestly a little weird with the jasmine in my opinion (I would have preferred regular vanilla jasmine, but was interesting to try). That said, the lychee raspberry is a knock out of the park -- absolutely LOVED it! It's the perfect combo of sweet from the lychee with just a bit of tang from the raspberry, and the chunks of lychee in it are absolutely delicious. It was like $8 including tax for the medium so it's not cheap, but it's a good sized cup. They also sell larger sizes (like by the pint I think), and chocolate with interesting flavors that is award-winning, so lots to try! The lady working there seemed hot/tired that day, but she was nice. The ambiance outside is also nice, as long as it's not too hot, since those picnic tables can end up being directly in the sun depending on the time of day and it is HOT. There is a tree there though that sometimes provides shade.

I placed a pick up order online for gelato and was surprised to find a food truck when we arrived. The flavors we chose were mango sticky rice, matcha, black sesame cookies and cream, and lychee rose. We were given insulated bags for the gelato which was great since it was pretty melty by the time we were able to get it into the freezer. Although they were all good, my personal favorite was the lychee rose followed by the mango sticky rice. I liked the lychee pieces in the lychee rose gelato. The matcha had a good depth to the flavor but didn't stand out as much as the other flavors. Will be back to try more the next time we're in Austin!
