When I mentioned that I had gotten over Covid about 2 weeks ago, Hazel who isn't a medical doctor, told me that I really don't have any natural immunity and that I still needed a vaccine to be seen. Now correct me if I am wrong... Isn't the #1 oath of every doctor, is to, "do no harm"? Well denying a patient for this seems pretty harmful. Additionally, When someone says it isn't political, actually means that it is. Thank you for opening my eyes to your decision to discriminate against your long term patients and I will make it a point to let those we know far and wide where you stand... so that one day there isn't a completely new reason why you won't be able to see them either.

Dr. Nguyen has done several aesthetics treatments for me -- PDO threadlift, PRP Vampire Facelift, microneedling, acne scar treatments, injectables, lip filler, and smooth threads. I have been thrilled with the dramatic improvement of my skin tone, texture, and vibrant glow. I'm especially happy with the improvement of undereye bags and wrinkles. People tell me my skin is glowing and looks great and that I look at least 10 years younger than my 54 years. I feel like I'm aging backwards and that is a wonderful feeling! My before pictures are from September 2020 and the after photos are from July 2021. I did all of these treatments over that time and saw results right away, but it continued to get better gradually over time. So if you can be patient, your results will get even better and you will be amazed. Dr. Nguyen has also helped me with bioidentical hormone therapy to balance my thyroid and female hormones, which really makes a big impact on my quality of life going into menopause. It's wonderful to no longer have hypothyroid symptoms and not have any of the common menopause symptoms and enjoy better sleep. The hormone therapy helps with anti-aging too. She has also helped me with weight loss and peptide therapy, which is also improving my health and quality of life in a big way. I feel so grateful to have found a doctor that can help me with so many areas of health, wellness, anti-aging and be able to improve my appearance in such a major way. I love that all her regenerative treatments are minimally invasive and work with the body's natural healing ability to achieve dramatic results that look natural with very little down time. I'm grateful that these options are available that are so much less expensive than surgery with nowhere near the pain or downtime of surgery. I really appreciate that Dr. Nguyen is always attending seminars and trainings to learn about the latest methods, treatments, and products to stay progressive in her field. The field of anti-aging medicine and regenerative medicine is rapidly evolving and advancing so it's important to stay on the cutting edge of new innovations. I also appreciate that Dr. Nguyen really listens to my issues and concerns and explains everything in an accessible way. I believe her pricing is very reasonable, especially for such a high quality of service. I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen to both men and women who want to improve their quality of life and enjoy anti-aging support.

Patients can benefit from the care areas of regenerative medicine and aesthetics, sexual rejuvenation, hair restoration and early detection testing. I also got the highly recommended "P-shot" for higher sexual performance. It is early after treatments and I have seen some helpful improvement in my sexual performance. In my opinion this is the top "regenerative therapy" clinic in Austin and this compassionate, enthusiastic, talented team at ART comes highly recommended for anyone interested in improving their health, wellness or sexual performance (which becomes important as we age)! I give Dr. Nguyen and her focused team an A+ rating for all the amazing things they do for scores of patients at their top-of-the-line health clinic!!

My bank was not able to do it and now she's holding me responsible for Zelle prohibiting her from using the app for her business. I believe it was only temporary and she's literally stealing my money by refusing to give it back. I contacted others in the retreat and they were reimbursed. This is wrong and a total act of blatantly stealing my money. There are numerous complaints about her and her place of business. She is not a doctor. Her bank said out right she could pay me back anytime that she has complete access to her funds. She's dishonest and is no more than a thief by refusing to reimburse the balance of $3450 owed to me.

If you haven't heard about ozone therapy, you're not alone. I have been working hard to lose weight and was told that ozone would help. It's pretty easy - you sit in an old skool sweatbox (yep, the one where just your head sticks out) and the temperature is set at 105F or a maximum of 108F. Once inside (clothing off..) a generator creates ozone which is absorbed into the skin through sweat. It's amazing to see the toxin that is released through the process. And the calories burned. Since my teens, I have suffered from seasonal allergies. They've only gotten worse as I've gotten older. The last few years have been horrible. My "attacks" would put me in bed due to my violent symptoms--complete with with chills and uncontrollable, constant sneezing. My allergies were broadening--things I had never before been allergic to we're now bothering me. I was miserable. With children to care for, I realized I had to get help. I couldn't be spending one or two days in bed every month just from allergies. And so, after much research, I decided to go ahead and make an appointment with Noel. His 'bedside manner' professional and friendly. He values the family and understands the dynamics of having children in the office. He charges exactly what his website states. I've never once felt pressured into returning or like he was after my money. On the contrary, Noel always seems very sincere in his desire to know his patients and truly help them heal the root issues. My FIRST month I saw an 80% improvement in my allergies. (I believe my response was unusually fast.) Over the holidays I was shocked to be allergy free--especially when we visited family members with house pets. That was usually a huge trigger for me that would force me to lie on the couch the whole visit. After about 3 months, I get I was 95% healed of all my allergic symptoms! I've seen healing in other areas as well, things I hadn't expected or even addressed with him. I'd explain, but I'm already waxing long! Since then, I have taken all my children to Noel. With his help, I have seen UTI's heal in less than 24 hours, stubborn fevers disappear, and even toddler mood swings return to normal! My husband, I prior skeptic, is now ready to book his own appointment. He cannot ignore the 'miracles' he's consistently seen as a result of Noel's care. All said, if you're on the fence, go ahead and make an appointment. And be patient. Homeopathy is slow and gentle in its approach. But it's so powerful and incredible!

I've been receiving treatments for 4 months now starting in March (basically beginning of the pandemic) and started on an acute treatment plan where I came in twice a week for a bit and then it became once a week. All I can say is that Sam is a miracle worker!! I went from being sore and constantly feeling discomfort in my hips, back, shoulders, with pain in my left arm and right leg, (I wasn't kidding when I said body was destroyed) to being able to sleep soundly through the night without waking up multiple times from pain or being uncomfortable. I LOVE coming to my appointments, they're the favorite part of my week because I know I'll be able to walk out feeling great. Sam really knows what he's doing; I was introduced to the dry needling technique -- LIFE SAVING! -- and adjusted in the same visits. He asks how you are feeling at the beginning of every appointment and addresses all of your concerns, answers every question you have, and makes you feel like you're a part of the Next Level family! Kelsey and Amy at the front desk are also super friendly and helpful, the exercises I learned for some physical therapy at home for "homework" have definitely aided in my recovery. They also work with you in scheduling and are as flexible as they can given their busy days! I'm now able to work out almost daily and am so glad that I was able to get treatment here! Let me start by saying that I've known some excellent doctors, and have had a couple of…read moreearth-shatteringly bad experiences as well. Dr. Julie Reardon has surpassed my wildest expectations of what a family physician CAN--and is willing--to do. I think that's in part because she is a phenomenal physician and person, and I suppose the Harvard education and work with Dr. Andrew Weil doesn't hurt. I'll add that all of the folks in her office are equally as competent and caring. If you are contemplating a visit to Dr. Reardon, it's because you haven't been feeling as well as you should--probably for quite some time. Your insurance-covered doctor has run some general tests that haven't shown anything all that extraordinary; and while you may greatly respect your PCP as I do, you realize that time and budget constraints limit the ability to which they can explore your issues. You may have been told that it's your impending menopause, or your weight, or that you perhaps should consider antidepressants. This is the state of medicine in our current era of managed care, and it's nobody's fault. Sometimes it just IS. Know that, if you can afford her services, "Dr. Julie" will leave no stone unturned in helping you find that road to recovery. She's not one of those "vanity doctors" who will hand you creams, diets, and vitamins to make you ageless and extra hot...although feeling better usually makes you look better! She's a serious, science-based physician with an uncanny ability to relate the typically unrelated, and see the "big picture" of your health situation. In our initial visit, she caught on to trending issues I'd never thought of before, including a potential genetic makeup that leaves me prone to certain problems with mood and energy level that are exacerbated by stress...and I've had a year of that! She ran a gamut of tests after explaining the purpose of each one, and uncovered a problem so critical it was a wonder I even had the energy to get out of bed in the morning. I am no less impressed with our follow-up discussions. She has referred to another provider for an area outside of her realm, and also recommended simple vitamin and supplement changes that will do me a world of good. At the same time, she's not that earth-crunchy guru that's going to mandate that that you live on purified air and chants...hers are moderate lifestyle changes for real people living in our everyday world. Dr. Julie doesn't take insurance, but that allows her to spend true quality time with the patients who sign on with her. I will say that, for the fees involved, I feel like it's been a very good choice for my healthcare dollars. I am finally getting some solid answers as to why I've felt HORRIBLE over just this last year, and I finally feel confident knowing someone's got my back while I take steps to get better. I think there are a lot of docs out there who dream of having a practice like Dr. Julie's--and she has made that dream a reality. When I think about how quickly Dr. Julie started "cracking the case", and all the co-pays and labs past that never quite addressed my issue, I realize that I have now SAVED time and money in the long run. What's more...I could have gotten REALLY sick were it not for Dr. Julie and her findings. She very well might have saved my future from being...well, not so bright. Thinking about calling for an appointment with Dr. Julie Reardon? I say go for it...you will NOT regret it, and you have everything to gain.

And even with that highly skilled extensive network at my fingertips, Samantha has been an invaluable addition to my sexual health resource list. Not only for her vast knowledge on women's issues and sexual health, but because she truly cares on a level you simply don't find anywhere else. I use her myself, and regularly refer clients to her. In my experience (and that of my clients I've sent to her) she never fails to take all the time you need to discuss every issue & concern you're having, with in depth, next level knowledge on potential causes, treatments, and outcomes. Like I said, I have the best obgyns in Austin and the best primary care physician in town, yet over the past 3 months Samantha was able to help diagnose and treat two separate issues I was having that neither of my doctors could completely figure out! She also has an extensive menu of services for improving/maximizing sexual function, much of which most other medical professionals don't even know about. As for the previous reviewer's low rating and out-of-context comment, since this person admits to never meeting Ms. Thiry in the first place I'm not sure how her opinion applies or carries any weight at all. Samantha is a very open, warm person by nature, and I personally found that getting to know her and her background contributed even more to my comfort level and confidence in her work.
