After the person leading the class killed a roach that was headed for my purse should have made me run for the hills. Just don't expect a clean ac'd facility like it use to be on Mesa. Also Imwas disappointed in the wellness class that was for 30 min. I could lean much more from a book. It was really a joke. She was nice but nice didn't cut it.

We ate outback and then spent our evening in the private front area with fire place lounging... forgetting about the rest of the world. Quiet. Safe. No people. No worries! Such a zenned our space! Jenny of course is fabulous and has the best heart and energy ever- ensuring we had everything we needed and gave us a tour of the property! Want to get away????? It's portable, I can do it if I'm being driven in a car, sitting on a plane, on a bus, or anywhere there's a chair. Contrary to what some seem to think, TM is not effortful. It's incredibly easy, and it always leaves me refreshed, as though my batteries have literally been recharged. "Recharging our batteries" is an overused phrase, but it's very, very accurate for TM. In the middle of a long work day, the 20 minutes of TM that I usually do at the end of my lunch break keep me focused, productive, even cheerful at work for the rest of my day. It really does wonders for me as a stress relieving tool. So it's always been easy for me to keep it up---never feels like effort, or something I have to squeeze in. Because it feels so good, I make it a priority, like drinking water or eating.

I got some tea and then listen to this girl talk about karma for 10 minutes. Apparently they do diff rent talks on diff rent basic Buddhist stuff. After the talk, we were free to ask question. (The talk was really clear, so I didn't have any questions) After that we did a guided meditation which was really nice. We talked some more after it all and the whole thing last about 45 mins. The meditation room was really nice. They had cool Buddhist stuff in it and a nice library. Definitely going back again.

I arrived to this beautiful place I began to feel a lot of peace and tranquility, every time I began to connect more and more with the Energy of the place. The most beautiful thing was when I was discovering where I would spend the night. When we arrived at the cabin with my partner it would be glamping Cabin 3 I fell in love with the sight and sound of Nature. We began to explore the place and I met a great character receiving us with a smile full of love and we introduced ourselves with Ricardo the owner and founder of the whole place. I was very impressed by everything he told us about how he was building that beautiful place, every detail has a magical touch of Ricardo. We went up to the deck on the third floor of one of the cabins and watched the whole place in a 360 view. It was incredible. Ricardo invited us to the cabin where he lives and we were in the sauna where we could talk about many experiences and anecdotes. It was a very fun night. We also enjoyed the Energy of the Pyramid that he designed and built with his own hands. Everything It's perfect inside pyramid. It was incredible because the pyramid is aligned with the Strings of the other pyramids to the other side of the world. It was a magical moment to be able to find a person with such as knowledge as Ricardo. Ricardo created the place to connect with ourselves and with the purpose of learning Yoga that has been a fundamental basis in his life because thanks to yoga and meditation Ricardo retains his great energy to continue building and moving forward with everything in other place like Guatemala. I also learned from him, that everything you want in this life if you want it is possible. Ricardo has been one of the people who go through your life and leaves you a mark of inspiration to live in love and tranquility and most importantly to find ourselves. I took the 6:30pm hot yoga class and then the 8pm candlelight yin. Both were wonderful and I feel amazing leaving. I sweated, stretched, breathed, and relaxed. All the good things. I needed it! My body feels so much better right now. Thanks WGY for having a clean space with friendly staff :) and welcoming me to practice as a guest in the studio. Hopefully I can squeeze in another class before heading back to Arizona! Fingers crossed.

This meditation has that kind of positive effect on my psyche. Lately with the virus going around, classes via Zoom have been extremely helpful. Thank goodness they are there.
