Bea takes care to consider everyone's injuries, aches, and pains and provide modifications appropriately. · The class provides an oasis of calm in the work day and work week. Bea works hard and cares very much. She keeps the class appropriate for the corporate context, incorporating a nice destressifying mindfulness practice without going too far into woo-woo land. My coworkers and I tend to leave class feeling like we had a good workout and accessed a place of mental clarity. For me, it helps me be a more considerate colleague, avoid physical pain from long stretches at the computer, and maintain mental clarity and focus. I highly recommend Bea's classes to habitual computer users, expectant mamas, and anyone who is seeking that sweet combination of physical stretchiness and mental balance.

I also lost a lot of weight (45 lbs.) and she is part of the support system I used to do this. She is open minded and very "panoramic" in how she approaches problems and sees issues for what they are right in front of her rather than relying on any formulaic, rigid approach. I also appreciate that she has the right balance--she is neither too "heebie jeebie" (too New Age-y) but she is not like a military Army sergeant either. She is honest and forthright in her approach and very accepting of where you are. One of the absolute best coaches/personal trainers I've ever worked with and I have worked with several over the years...which is why I still check in with her on a regular basis.

I've been attending his public Restorative classes at Yoga Yoga for a few years and have always loved the way he integrates sound. Recently I've been suffering from tendinitis in my shoulder and wrist and he suggested that I try out a private session. It was wonderful from the very start. He welcomed me and talked me through what to expect, while asking about my medical history. The session itself took place in this incredible sanctuary of a room filled with high vibration instruments - medicine bowls, chimes, gongs, and more. I laid on a gently heated massage table while he placed bowls on my body and enveloped me in a sound bath. After the session we had yogi tea. I am so grateful that Everitt offers this experience and highly recommend that you try it to alleviate pain, stress and for overall well-being.
