Lots of good focus on the neck and shoulder aches we all get. · Accessible to beginners, intermediate, and advanced. A good solid practice that can be modified as needed. · Prenatal expertise. Bea recently had a baby herself, which made it very natural and enjoyable for me to take her yoga classes throughout my pregnancy. · Willingness to meet people where they are. Bea takes care to consider everyone's injuries, aches, and pains and provide modifications appropriately. · The class provides an oasis of calm in the work day and work week. Bea works hard and cares very much. She keeps the class appropriate for the corporate context, incorporating a nice destressifying mindfulness practice without going too far into woo-woo land. Hill Country Hot Yoga is amazing! It's by far the cleanest and best Bikram experience I've ever…read morehad! The owners are welcoming and appreciative, the pricing is great, the studio is brand new and so clean! The best of all was the infrared heat rather than a traditional heater. It was so much more comfortable with the infrared and has more benefits! I've had inflamed connective tissue in my shoulder for a month. I had several treatments: acupuncture, massage, and chiropractic visits. All helped but the Bikram session actually relieved the pain yesterday and I still feel great! I also want to mention the floor-I'm not sure what the material is but it feels really clean and unique. I highly recommend this studio!

Honestly with the chilly weather right now it is SO PERFECT to do a hot yoga session and then walk outside in the cold right after! It's almost like a mini cold plunge (but not really because cold plunges are on an extreme level). I did my session with Kirk, who is a great yoga instructor! As mentioned before I'm a beginner, and still felt that his instructions were doable for all levels and were easy to understand. I was also surprised to see that the class was not stereotypically filled with women. Instead, there were many males present, which I feel like is not common in most yoga classes and it was cool to see. With Black Swan it is affordable which is nice. It is donation based so if you recently lost your job and still want a work out this place is affordable. The lowest donation is $10, I don't think you can find that kind of sliding scale easily at other studios. I will definitely be going here again and next time my husband said he is even interested in trying it out!
