My friend and I love to play "Guess how much this costs" Patrick would look up the prices of the items we were intrigued by. The retail prices were tens to hundreds of dollars less than we guessed. At the time of purchase, we were told that if we were not comfortable, we could switch the mattress within four months with no issue. After about a month, I realized the mattress simply was not the right fit for me. The bed itself isn't necessarily bad -- it's just not comfortable for my needs, and I wanted to take advantage of the switch program as promised. Unfortunately, this is where the experience became extremely frustrating. We were informed that a switch fee must be processed through Synchrony Bank, and we have been completely unable to access our account due to "verification" requirements. We have submitted all requested documentation, yet it has now been over three weeks with no resolution. During this time, we have called daily, only to be told repeatedly to "wait another week." Mattress Firm employees have been polite, but they have not been able to assist, leaving us stuck in the middle with no clear answers. At this point, what was supposed to be a straightforward comfort guarantee has turned into a stressful and exhausting experience. We are concerned that this delay may push us beyond the four-month window, which feels unfair and unsettling. We have been patient and respectful throughout this process, but the lack of communication and progress has been extremely disappointing. We do want to escalate the situation at this point. Waiting almost over two months is a bit ridiculous. As far as improvements go, they need to tell the client that there's a chance that these things may happen down the line not oh yeah it's a smooth transition. You can just come in and switch. I found this place on Yelp and although there's not a lot of review I decided to come here anyway. At first I couldn't find the place because the store name is different. This is a warehouse and there is a parking lot next to it. Once you walk in the owner will greet you and take you upstairs for the showroom. Since I couldn't find the place I called him and he came down to find me instead. The showroom is bigger than most places I've been to but the light is a bit dim so you might not see the true color of furnitures. I found this coffee table at the back of the room and it was lower than $100! Other places I've been to were trying to sell me $399 or $450 coffee tables which is outrageous! The cons to this coffee table is that there is one missing screw and the glass wasn't attached to the table. The guy told us that we can buy glue from Home Depot and we did. So it's a small diy project at home. I didn't mind because I didn't want to spend too much on a coffee table. We also bought a tv stand from them but I'll have to wait until end of July for delivery. It was under $300 and it's also free delivery. I spent $35 more for assembly at my place. Hopefully the tv stand is similar to the catalog! This furniture store is near my office in El Monte and it's been around for a long time. I have bought some furnitures there long time ago and the experiences have always been great! The owners - Jason and Susan are super nice and extremely helpful! Since I don't see everything I like in the show room, I showed Jason pictures of what's my style (modern and minimalist), he quickly found the ones I like in the catalog. Their price is great and they work with me on the delivery schedule! On the day of the delivery, his two workers were so efficient, friendly and courteous. They assembled my furnitures quickly and leave no mess! I am very impressed with the quality of these furnitures and I don't think you need to go anywhere else to shop around. I like their no pressure and willing to help attitude! I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely go back there again !

I paid $2,500-$3,000 for a king-size mattress. Delivery was delayed, and when it finally arrived, the delivery team dumped it at my doorstep and left--in the rain. No installation. No warning. No accountability. I live in a small condominium. The mattress was meant for a second-floor bedroom but instead blocked my entire entrance. Customer support told me they'd "send help in a couple of days," as if this was somehow acceptable. With no alternative, my wife, teenage son, and I tried to move it ourselves--impossible. I ended up paying local workers out of pocket to haul and install it. When I complained, one of their representatives laughed on the call, then dismissed my claim entirely. This company takes your money and disappears when problems arise. Recently seeing them associated with the Olympics is disturbing--elite athletes deserve far better than a brand that shows this level of negligence and disrespect. Do not trust the reviews. I was greeted by a sales associate named Calvin, and things quickly went downhill from there. I told Calvin I was interested in a queen-size mattress. Instead of asking follow-up questions about my sleep habits, comfort preferences, or even showing me a single product, Calvin hit me with exactly one question: "Do you fall asleep fast?" I replied that yes, I tend to fall asleep quickly -- but I'm not getting quality sleep, which is why I was interested in Sleep Number in the first place. Calvin's response? "My recommendation is going to IKEA." I'm not joking. That was his actual response. IKEA. As in, "you're in the wrong store, go to a furniture warehouse with meatballs and hope for the best." This wasn't a lighthearted joke, this was Calvin's actual, dismissive "professional recommendation" for someone actively looking to buy a premium mattress. Needless to say, I walked right out. I'm not sure what business Calvin thinks he's in, but clearly it's not helping people sleep better or, you know, sell mattresses. We asked what the difference was between the models and he didn't bother explaining and didn't show us the sample in the corner (which we later found ourselves). Instead he tried to convince us to purchase a size way bigger than what we had told him we were looking for. Then when he discovered we weren't in a rush to buy a mattress (basically not a quick sale) he immediately dismissed us and went to happily greet the next group who just walked in. So unbelievably rude. Ended up trashing the business card we were given because I don't plan on ever coming back here in the future to even look. I get salesman need to sell but at least try to be personable and sincere. At the very least have some tact. Pricing - Also it's honestly very expensive for a mattress but the service made me want to buy even less. The mattress employee at Macy's was so much nicer and way more informative.
