I normally get pedicure here and everyone i had done pedicure with were amazing! I brought all of my cousins here and all them loved it and now we all go get our nails done here. I also just got my lashes done here and still get compliments. Definitely recommend! read more

I started going to Eterna Spa almost a year ago when my daughter referred me, while preparing for my older daughter's wedding. We were asked to use Sophia since I was having Acrylic nails and manicure, I went with her but noticed that she was very rough in handling my nails, I mentioned to her that I should feel very relaxed like while having a pedicure or manicure not feeling uptight or sore but she ignored my plea. She finally finished, the outcome was okay but I felt my total experience could have been better. I tried her again the second time to take off my acrylic and put in a new one, I felt so much pain in how she was literally forcing the Acrylic off my already tender nails at that point I decided never to go to her again or use gel on my real nails based on my painful experience with Sophia. read more

Still happy with my eyebrows, just wish the henna lasted longer. One of the techs is trying to convince me to just get them tattooed, but alas, ya girl just ain't brave enough to get forever done to her face! Hats off to all the ladies who are. For now I will keep spending $25 a week to have Hannah do them. Side note, parking at this mall continues to annoy the heck out of me! I drove around for close to 10 minutes looking for a space today. read more

I needed to get waxed before spring break and I was looking up lots of places and I learned that waxing is really expensive... This place had pretty good prices and I got an amazing wax all over. My arms feel so soft, and when I got my eyebrows done, it wasn't too thin or uneven or anything. Annie is absolutely the best! She's so nice and she did a great job. She was so considerate of what I thought and never moved on to another spot until we both knew it was good. Can't wait to go back again for summer or before another spring break! read more

I've been coming here for 3 years to Eterna and I'm very happy with the services here. I totally recommend eterna day spa and my technician Annie is the best. I just did my nails and I'm super happy. read more

This review is long overdue because I didn't want it to get crowded here. I have had my lashes done here for the last year and I would not trust anyone else to do them. Lucie and Ken are both amazing. My lashes get so many compliments because they look like natural lashes. It's a little pricier then most but spending a little bit more money for lashes that last is worth it . Appointments are easy to make and they are very accommodating with last minute walking in. read more

I walked in with my friend yeste, Ivory greeted us with a big welcoming smile. Then Anne-Caro took care of me. She is amazing, great smile and told me some problems with my feet and made me relax and enjoy the manicure and pedicure. She took her time which i loved, most people just rush over and within a couple of minutes its done which sucks. I will definitely tell my friends about this place and about Caro. Its a clean place and they close late. They take care of their clients very well. Keep it up guys. Just ask for Caro she does wonders read more

After having a bad experience with them due to the online scheduling app around 6 months ago, the owner of the spa reached out to me and asked me to come back and give them another try. Didn't want to at that time but to my surprise, she still kept my contact info and reached out to me recently and asked if I would come back & give their eyelash extension service another go for free! I thought what could I lose so I took her up on her offer and they got me into an appt. Very pleased with my new full set of eyelashes: they are very natural looking and compared to other places, the technician was able to get me done in an hour and it doesn't itch or bother my eyes. Very grateful with them for reaching out to me months after my bad experience and also giving me some great lashes! Will be going back! read more

I was treated like a Queen from the moment I walked in. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I had my eyelashes done for the first time by Lucie. Can we say life changing? She is AMAZING! I can't stop looking at myself. My lashes are perfect. Michelle did my brows and they are perfection as well. Don't hesitate! You won't be disappointed! read more

I badly needed a summer pedicure and a new manicure after my nails were destroyed by a very bad powder dip job at another salon. I checked Yelp, and found this place. I called, as I was taking both my daughter (mini mani pedi), and my son (toenails clipped) as well. I wasn't going to take them to Red Door as I was so upset when they put their "No Children" policy up. I also didn't want to pay as much as I would at a day spa like Woodhouse (my current favorite), and I wanted to make sure that they were clean and wouldn't clip their cuticles as another salon did with my daughter, even after I asked them not too, and cut her. Aside from how horrible I felt, I never heard the end from our pediatrician! Granted, Wheaton is definitely not the most convenient location for me, but I'm willing to drive a little for quality. Linda, did my nails. She was very friendly, helpful, patient, and did a great job, I will definitely be back to see her! The lady who did my daughter's nails was okay, but tried to overcharge. My son liked the guy who did his toenails. He seemed quiet but kind. My son said he did a good job. Granted, he's only had his toenails done once before. He basically had an expensive foot bath and toenail clipping with a little leg massage as I won't allow any pumice exfoliating or cuticle trimming, and h-e double hockey sticks would freeze over before he allowed anyone to put nail polish on him! The salon was clean, I like that they have both male and female technicians, and I would definitely go back for Linda and the guy who did my son's toenails. read more

Got a gel mani and pedi ($55 in total without tip). Tiera was my technician. She was awesome! She's super sweet, she took her time and did a great job. Great attention to detail. read more

Sophia was great, she gave me a great pedi, gel mani and exceeded my expectations on my semi Brazilian! I'll definitively be back.

Great place to be! Always go here, they did my eyebrows... cannot be more happy with it. I truly recommend this place if you think about eye lash extensions or eyebrows microblading! This is the pmacr to be. They take a costumer personality serious and listen tonyour needs. Love this place! read more

Self Care Friday is what I call it! Typically I steer clear of nail salons at the mall but Eterna Day Spa is a little oasis in the "dessert" know as Wheaton Mall. The staff is friendly but Sophia is the best! She's fast and efficient and her polish LASTS! My gel manicure is typically good for 3 weeks! I highly recommend Eterna Day Spa! I'll keep coming back! read more

I love this place. Hannah is a perfectionist and is the best manicurist I ever had. She takes her time and really cares about the quality of your nails. She even stayed late to make sure everything on my Halloween nail design was perfect. She picked out the color and design when I was having trouble fingering out what I wanted. She's also so much fun to talk to! Everyone is so nice and welcoming here! read more

Everyone there is very nice, the location is great, and the app makes scheduling very easy. The prices are very reasonable, and they offer a good student discount. I am very happy with the manicures, pedicures, waxing, and facials I've gotten at Eterna. I've had a manicure/pedicure with Linda as well as a manicure/pedicure, eyebrow wax, and facial with Aramesh. They are both wonderful! My only suggestion is that it would be nice if the website had more details about the differences between different types of manicures/pedicures as well as descriptions of the different types of facials. read more

Had a great first time visit at Eterna today. Was able to schedule my appointment through Yelp very quickly and the we're able to get me an appointment the same day. Kathy was my technician and was very attentive and gave me exactly what I asked for. The 10% student discount was also a welcomed bonus. Will absolutely be returning! read more

Eterna Day Spa was very clean with positive energy. I made my appointment with Sophia who took excellent care of me. She is always very professional and knowledgeable of Eterna Day Spa services. I got pedicure, wax, and acrylic gel nails done. Now I get non stop compliments on my nails and toes! Thank you Sophia! read more

Sophie was AMAZING! I just loved her attention to detail and the care she took with my hands and toes. I will definitely return!

Love Eterna. The place is nice and clean and they always greet me with a smile. They also have a great selection of gel colors. I have been going to Hannah for about a year and she always gives me good advice on life and nail colors :-) My nails are always done well because Hannah takes her time. The spot is very popular for lashes and although I do not get them done, I always watch the process on others. Customers seem happy and come back for touch ups all the time. Do yourself a favor and visit Eterna! read more

My friend and I made an appointment a few days ahead of time for 2 manicures and eyebrows. We got there and there was a wait, but the employees kept checking in and apologizing. It turns out there was a staffing issue that came up last minute. My friend ended up being taken a while after the appointment, and they upgraded her regular manicure to gel, and covered the cost. They also lowered my cost by a bit (I waited a bit less). They had me download a handy app for $5 off my visit, and I will be using it the future to book appointments. Great spot in Wheaton Mall, right by JC penny. Very professional and excellent service. read more

Lucie did a fantastic job on microblading my eyebrows. It was my first experience and it was better than I expected. I had thin, sparse brows; but now they are thick and dark. She explained the process and then gave me follow up care instructions. I highly recommend Lucie! read more

Went to get my lash extensions for the very first time. I made an appointment and was able to come earlier because they weren't busy. Lucy did my lashes and they look awesome! She was so nice and understanding of my requests. It was also very relaxing I fell asleep a couple of times. I got the mink full set for $96 and will definitely be back for fill ins. read more

My friend and I came in at 6:30 on a Sunday, in a rush, after going to a different nail salon that wasn't open as late as Yelp said it was. We were worried that they wouldn't let us get our gel manis since they close at 7, but Lee, who was my technician, very kindly told us that she could squeeze us in. Total lifesaver! Hannah was my friend's technician. They both stayed a little late to make sure our nails were perfect. :) We definitely will be back due to the great service and friendliness of the staff! read more

Linda was amazing & so sweet! Had fun talking to her! A little bit expensive but totally worth it especially on a self care day!!

This place is absolutely fantastic!!! I come religiously every single week to get pedicures and my lashes done! Lucie, Ken and shay are phenomenal and I get compliments every single day on how great my lashes look, even from total strangers at events and have sent a ton of friends to them! They are under new management which is very promising! Shae (I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) reached out to me about my prior experiences and asked how things can be improved. It's good to know she's bringing about changes and really cares about the customers. I will definitely consider getting my lashes done with her once she takes clients. Her background and training make me more comfortable with coming back. Thank you for reaching out to me! read more

Edit: I previously posted a one-star review on how I had an uncomfortable experience with one of the nail techs (Annie) aggressively commenting and making me feel anxious about my sweaty hands, as I was born with a condition that causes that. As soon as I came from the nail salon I posted a review on here explaining the experience. The owner, Seyi, immediately responded on here and sympathized with me. She called my phone and immediately went to the store in Wheaton to discuss the situation with Annie and to explain to her that her behavior was unacceptable. She followed up with me and her words were very comforting. She ensured that I received a refund and that if I ever come back, that she would personally allow me to be on the other side with another nail tech who is more understanding of my condition. :) All I can say is that after this experience, it is so amazing and refreshing to see a successful business owner that is so compassionate about her customers concerns. She made the best out of this experience and I truly appreciate the genuine efforts. read more

I loved my experience at this spa. It was my first time getting acrylics ever and I would say they did an amazing job. My friends and I all came in with multiple questions and we all got all of the answers we were looking for . The service was super fast and did my nails exactly like I wanted them. Also the fact that these were very inexpensive but great quality was a great plus. I don't usually get my nails done because of sports but next time i get them done I will definitely be coming back to Eterna spa. read more

Eterna Day Spa provides outstanding services. Hannah is my girl and she has been my Nail Stylist for over 5 Years. She is very patient and listens to what I want specifically. I also get the lashes and Lucy really makes me look beautiful. When leaving Eterna Day Spa, I am very relaxed after being pampered after my services. So, if you live in the neighborhood or just passing through Wheaton Plaza Mall, come on in try a mani/pedi at Eterna Day Spa. read more

I have been coming to Eterna Day Spa for the past year now and I always leave the feeling beautiful as ever. I mainly come here to get eyelash extensions but I've also taken my family here to get their nails done. Lucy does an excellent job with my lashes. She knows what length compliments my face. She even sends reminders of when it's time to refill my lashes. The customer service is wonderful, from the moment you are greeted at the door to when you leave the salon. I highly recommend Eterna Day Spa without a doubt. read more
