Ordered an 8" Mykonos for lunch. Perfect taste & texture! Suitable amount of toppings, great flavor!

Love that we can easily order wings (all flats here) to go. We ask for the buffalo sauce on the side. Service is fast and love the fact we can get all flats. Also ordered a pie this time with pepperoni and mushroom. Can also ask for plates to go as well.

Stopped by while on a road trip out to upstate NY. Great pies, great service. They have minimal seating inside and outside there's some patio tables but probably more of a takeout spot. We got the Lahaina and it was fantastic!

What a late night gem in Ithaca outside of the collegetown area. They make good pizza that you can customize in any which way that you want. The pizzas are truly stellar, maybe not what you would expect in a sit down NYC pizza place or Napoli, but still this blows any chain pizza out of the water. They must be using the water from Ithaca Falls. Truly if you need a pizza come stop by, they're fast, they're fun, and they're nice.

Decided to check this place out on a whim as they are participating in Ithaca Loves Teachers Week! We ordered a 14" Mykonos Pie, which has feta, spinach, nicely caramelized onions, and tzatziki as toppings. Very generous with the toppings! We really enjoyed the pizza even after reheating it, as we didn't get to it until about thirty minutes after I picked it up. The service was quick and friendly both on the phone when ordering and in-person. Convenient location in a not-too-congested area. Will be back next time I'm getting pizza in Ithaca!

The food here was incredible and the service was great! The employee named Matt was so helpful and so kind. They have tons of options for types of pizzas and they have lots of other vegan options too. I told Matt I was vegan and he gave me this really good recommendation for the Berkely, which is like their veggie-lover pizza. He was even able to take olives off on top of my vegan requests. There was a small mix up with the order but everything came out hot, delicious, and quickly. The place is a bit small inside but there is definitely places to sit if it is not too busy. Everything tasted fresh and delicious and they have a ton of non-vegan options as well. Overall, I am definitely getting pizza from here again and I was really greatful for how accomodating and helpful the service was.

One of the best pizzas I've had since I moved to the area. The menu has so many options and I was able to try the sauce on the Juarez before ordering which was so delicious. They have gluten free options and I love the 8" personal pizza option too. I'll definitely be going back soon!

Out working storm & ran across this local pizza spot. Very welcoming place with great service & food. Truly made us feel at home in this place. Took care of me and my lineman like a true professional. Nice place to grab in town if in the area .

The pizza crust is nice and pillowy but still has a great chew! The service was relatively quick, but it was unfortunate that they got one of our orders wrong! We originay wanted the Vallarta but they gave us the Fiesol instead :( Funny bc my favorite of the four was between the Fiesol and the Jackson! I think I was attracted to Fiesol because it was the only one among the pies we ordered that had a tomato based pizza sauce! The rest were creamy and white! I think I preferred the simpler pizzas more than the complex ones! Though my friends raved about the Savannah, I unfortunately couldn't join in with them on how good it was because I didn't enjoy the taste of gorgonzola! It was a little too funky for me so, it took away from the beautiful tangy/sweet peaches and the prosciutto that was on the pizza! I would get the gorgonzola removed next time! Maybe then, I will become a fan of the Savannah as much as my friends!

This is a unique little pizza spot; and good change up from the cookie cutter franchises. They have a wide variety of options besides just pizza as well (see menu). I'm a big fan of char broiled oysters ever since I tried them in New Orleans-never had it on pizza- and here it is: they have a pizza called "New Orleans". Love the doe, Love the quality of ingredients. Love the service; (fast and friendly). I left a lil' tip, and when I tried to buy a ginger beer afterwards, they told me, "on the house". Good business. I'll be back...

After coming back to Ithaca for the first time in 5+ years and finding most of my favorite places gone, or their quality diminished, I was suspicious to see a place with so many 5 star reviews on yelp. With a sense of desperation, we rolled the dice and ordered dinner from Eta Pie. This proved to be 100% the right call. In addition to being one of the most reasonably priced meals we have had so far, it was also by far the best! We got a eggplant and ricotta pizza and added fresh arugula and pesto to it. So so good. I cannot describe how much better this meal was that what we had so far on this trip. The flavor combos were great, the quality of the ingredients too. I know pizza is hard to totally mess up, but it is also hard to perfect, and I think they did an incredible job. I highly recommend their pineapple jalapeño topping. We got it on the side not knowing how could it would be. I could eat it on anything. Pizza, sandwich, crackers. Service was good to. It was ready just before the time predicted when I placed my order. Hope these guys stay here a long time, I look forward to having it again on my next Ithaca trip. Also, their XL pizza was legit big and still reasonably priced. I am 100% serious that this delicious filling dinner cost less than our very disappointing breakfast at a former fav.

The Juarez pizza (featuring roasted pineapple habanero -- didn't even know that was a thing) is quite possibly the best takeout pizza I've had yet, with cheese pulls that went on for days. If you're planning on eating in, there are a few bar seats inside, and two picnic tables outside. The staff are friendly and service is great. My only other regret is not putting escargot on a pizza, which is a standard (not premium) topping.

Not the best bread I've ever had but pretty good. Also got the patatas bravas which for me was my favorite dish. Super flavorful. We got two dishes the Spring cavatelli and the moosewood burger. The burger was really good but the pasta is where I could see why some people threw around the word bland. I don't want to say it was bad, it just was very light and didn't have a rich flavor like most pasta dishes. We got the matcha panna cotta to go which was also pretty good. Overall I think it just depends on the dish you get but I was fully expecting straight up bland food based on other reviews but that wasn't the case. The cavatelli could use a little work though. We also tried the thai curry, burrata, peach salad. The peaches were not ripe, but the crunch was a nice textural component. Burrata and curry were fine. I wish the curry was spicier. I liked the thin ribbons of cucumber in the burrata dish though. Maybe I am being too harsh... I had rather high expectations coming into Moosewood, and the food wasn't bad per se, but nothing really wowed me. I would eat here again, but I wouldn't seek it out.

I haven't been in Collegetown for months and months due to COVID-19, but I've been trying to support restaurants and employees in Ithaca by ordering takeout and delivery... so Pronto seemed like a fun option to try. I ordered two pizzas - a White Mushroom Pizza (thin crust with added sausage), and a Cilantro Corn Pizza (which I *thought* I only noted to say "minimal jalapenos" in terms of customization... but apparently, I checked a box on the ordering system to say "No Corn & Jalapeños", which was my mistake... and I had to double-check my receipt to see what the issue was, because I was originally taken aback when opening the pizza box... but no, that issue was on me). I also ordered a Blackberry Goat Cheese Salad with added sunflower seeds and golden raisins (and ciabatta bread)... dressing on the side. Originally, my order was scheduled to be delivered at 12:19pm... but it actually was delivered ~40 minutes later at 1pm, and the pizza definitely seemed like it had been sitting around for a while or something, as both pizzas were very, very cold. The presentation for the white mushroom pizza wasn't great, as it came with just giant globs of ricotta on top and just generally didn't look great (it looked VERY dry, and had honestly little to no flavor at all)... I expected something much more thoughtfully put together. The cilantro and corn pizza itself isn't one I can really review, considering I messed up ordering that one. Both pizzas were smaller than expected. All in all, this was a fairly "meh" experience. I'm not holding my ordering mishap against Pronto, but the white mushroom pizza was pretty lacking (in flavor and presentation), delivery took longer than expected, and my food arrived very cold. I still want to order and support local around the Rochester / Ithaca / Syracuse areas... but with so many other restaurants deserving support, I don't expect to order from Pronto again in the near future.

With few sub…read moreshops in Ithaca and vastly different qualities, I decided to try DiBella's to avoid the only other open shops like Subway. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience! Coming in 20 minutes to closing (sorry about that again!), I was still met with friendly staff who helped me navigate the menu. I ordered two "$9.99 5" mini meals" which were actually great! I wanted to eat something light but filling for dinner, and this meal deal was perfect! The portion was just right. Additionally, the subs are super affordable and customizable without stupid upcharges. I ordered a veggie sub which was really delicious! I also have heard that their meat options are tasty! Do I think it lives up to their self-proclaimed slogan of "being the best sub sandwich you've ever had?" Not exactly. But I can say that the subs are pretty good and maybe the best SERVICE I've ever had at a sub shop, especially in Ithaca. This place is better than Subway, Jimmy John's, Firehouse Subs, and Panera. I genuinely enjoyed my meal and I'm sure the non-veg options are super delicious. Additionally, the restaurant was pretty clean and has good seating for lunch. Although I've never been here during busy times, the subs were made pretty quick! My only complaint is that the packaged pickle you can buy as a side order is very average. Not a good classic NY sour pickle, so I would avoid it and buy chips instead. Overall really happy with my food, and the friendliness I experienced from the team at DiBella's really drives me to recommend this place even more. They're also super attentive with food allergies and openly tell which ingredients may not align with your dietary restrictions. Shoutout to 2nd manager Dariyen (? Then I walked up to the counter and asked the person making the subs how long it would take. I was informed one sub was made, but the second still needed to be completed and would be ready shortly. So I sat back down and waited some more. After another 15min another employee ringing up a walk-in customer realized I was waiting a looong time since I had been sitting there for almost 40min total. That person asked me what I ordered and immediately found it waiting behind the counter! It was never moved to the pickup shelf and was completely ignored. Once I got home I submitted feedback to DiBella's via their website. I was sent a coupon code for my next visit. I waited a week then decided to use the coupon to order on my phone app. Well, the coupon code would not work no matter what I tried. I used my laptop's browser to order with the same result, "coupon code not found." I then submitted feedback again to DiBella's on their website and to this day I have not heard anything back from them. I've decided to give up on them completely and tried to delete my account via the phone app and received the error message, "Route not found." This is the most amateur operation I've ever seen. I just want to say the employees of the Ithaca location are VERY nice and have been the best part of my experience with DiBella's. It just seems like once something goes wrong, the efforts to make things right just make it worse.
