Subsequently, I received several annoying reminder texts, one of which mentioned that the location had changed to inside a salon at a different address. Upon arrival, it was not a Lash Lounge as advertised but a salon that looked VERY different from the advertisement. Employees were sleeping in the waiting room. The individual who did our lashes showed up and took us to what appeared to be a storage room. During our session, a loud carpet cleaner was being operated, even banging against the door of the room. When I went to pay, I was informed that the balance was $160 ($79 x 2). I tipped $40, bringing my total to $200. A few days later, my Venmo statement showed the $40 reservation fee was also charged, making the total for services $200 ($100 each instead of $79). I reached out to Marienne twice to inquire about this charge, but received no response. I would not recommend this service due to misleading branding, location, prices, and communication. It is unclear if Lash&Body Lounge is aware that their brand is being used to promote her services.

I was then escorted to a room where the technician put on the numbing cream and the waiting time began. The cream takes about 30-45 mins to kick in. The room had a comfortable chair to sit and wait and they complimentary snacks and water. After 45 mins I was greeted by Miriam who took me to another room for the procedure. She explained the entire process and took her time to make sure I was happy with the results. The entire process from arrival to completion takes about 2 hours. He came here last night and stated the cameras don't work; After being upset because his employee told my cousin to move the pedicure chair that she was sitting at when getting her feet done to look under she did just that and the pipe broke.
