Over priced . They said they will give me 20% off for completing a survey and they claim. I got it but did I? Nope. I found this out as I looked at the receipt and did the math myself . Not only did they lie to my face, they false advertised ! read more

My fiance and I were getting ready for engagement photos. He had dropped off his suit at a dry cleaner close to home on a Thursday night for a Sunday photoshoot. We were promised the suit will be ready Friday night / Saturday at the latest. He called the owner on Thursday to confirm that we would get the suit ready in time. We went to pick up the suit on Sunday morning before the photo shoot. When we got there, the employees there said the suit was not ready. Since I had a photoshoot, I had no choice but to take the suit which was not pressed. The employees told me they didn't have anyone available to press the suit on Sunday, even though they told me it would be ready by Saturday at the latest. The employees were rude, and gave us a mere 10% discount. Price: It was very expensive for just a suit. It came out to be about $18. I had a terrible experience, it was too expensive, the employees were rude, and I am never coming back. With no choice, we took our photos with my wrinkled suit. read more

I love this cleaner. They do a great job! They even will pick up and deliver for your business for free. It is also a very convenient location. Great service and timely delivery. The price is not the cheapest, but the quality is there. read more

I've used Esteem off and on over the years and I must say that the service and quality of work has always been top notch. The seamstress also does excellent work. Last week, I needed a pair of slacks pressed only and requested if I could pick it up in a couple of hours. The counter person said that If I waited a few minutes they'll do it right away. Really? I don't do much dry cleaning so I tend to bring only the stuff that requires extra care and items that needed pressing. Recently they are doing a lot of street construction and It's a pain getting in and out of the place, but a little inconvenience considering how accommodating they are is well worth it. read more

This place is the BEST at handling my nice clothing. You get what you pay for. There's no funky smells in my clothes, they just feel fresher. They also send emails when order is ready. I can get a fresh cup of coffee from their Keurig machine read more

I don't generally type up Yelp reviews unless I really have to. They don't post their prices for services anywhere, and they don't really want to tell you how much it costs for their services by just telling you that the price will be on the receipt when you pick it up. (That should have been a red flag to begin with but i was wondering how much could it possibly cost, it's just dry cleaning shirts and pants. I should have asked as well instead of just leaving. Well, to dry clean 2 shirts and a pair of pants came out to $27.45....how on earth does dry cleaning come out to $9.15 a piece of clothing...needless to say I won't be back...If you wear clothing that requires you to consistently go to dry cleaning, I'd find a cheaper spot, like the other reviews also state... read more

This cleaners is amazing. They actually care about your garments. They called me twice to make sure they could treat my clothes a certain way instead of just giving up on them. Will definitely be back! read more

I am very impressed with their service and professionalism. My clothes are thoroughly cleaned and pressed. Never a button missing. I am also amazed at the technology that Esteem cleaners use. They are so efficient and friendly. read more

Over price and changed me $18.00 for a cotton white dress, and that is included 30% discounted they offered me. Never gone back to this place again! read more

I had an emergency with my vest where I lost a button. I showed up and Conrad took care of me like no one else would. Every other cleaner said it would take 3-4 hours to sew the button, they did it in 15 min. Super nice people, definitely recommend coming here. read more

This place is overpriced and they charge different amounts for the same clothing in a different fabric. What?! Never going there again. When I questioned them about the difference the girl gave me attitude and a man I assume was the manager or possibly the owner ignored me. Horrible customer service and not the place to take your dry cleaning ever. read more

I've been looking for a cleaners near me that does a good job in both cleaning and pressing. I've tried quite a number and this is the one I like best. I really hate having shirts and blouses come back with creased pressed in around the arms, shoulders and collars, which is what you get most places. Esteem does a good job, much better than most. Yes, it is expensive. read more

Great service, nice helpful staff and they do a wonderful job cleaning pretty much everything! We have had men and women's clothing, bedding, dining cloths and other household things - all done well. And, they are honest. We have had a few experiences where they said it was "so easy" to get a stain out that they didn't charge us! GREAT customer service - worth the drive if it's not in your neighborhood and their pick up and delivery service is stellar and dependable. read more

I will never come here again, and that's exactly what I told the lady in the front. Lol, first of all it says drive through cleaners, but when I went to drop off my clothes the lady was staring at me from inside instead of coming out. My baby was sleeping in the car so I thought it would be convenient to come here since I wouldn't have to get out. When I went in she's said "yes, we are DT, but that's ok" like what does that even mean? Anyways, I dropped off 5 designer pieces of clothing and asked her how much it would be she said approximately 4$ a piece. I came back 2 days later to a 65$ bill. She claimed she "didn't see" it was designer and they "use a different technique " for designer clothes. (which is a lie, she did see it was designer) She also said, "you didn't pay 20$ for these when you bought them" I didn't know it was her business how much I paid for my clothing, and I was responsible for paying her an outrageous amount for DC because I had purchased designer clothes. FYI, they were not any special material ex. Leather or tweed etc. Anyways I'm able to afford 65 dollars, but I don't like being ripped off. This was outrageous. It was not the first time I have taken these items to a dry clean, but it was definitely the first time I have paid such a stupid amount. They didn't have any special stains either, it was just a routine cleaning. Anyways, I didn't argue and simply told her I don't appreciate what she did and I will simply no longer come back here. read more

We live in Glendale and started doing business when the owner was in Glendale. He sold and a couple of years later I found out that he opened in Pasadena. They pick up and deliver. Most expensive cleaners in town. Dropped of a cotton button down shirt for laundry. Blouse and romper. Wouldn't tell me the price before cleaning then sent me an email that it would be $45.00. Complained to Ray, the manager, who told me "they do what they do" If I want my clothes, I'll have to pay the prices they decided we're appropriate. Set their own prices. 10 times More expensive than my cleaners in Brentwood or Bev Hills read more

I used my Groupon because they said they have a pick up service, however on your first order you need to go there.Besides that it seems like they dont take care of your clothes, I just didnt like they way they feel and look after the dry cleaning and I have used many dry cleaners. read more

They did a wonderful job in cleaning my teddy bears. The bears look newer than the first day that I got them. The stains came out and left the fur extra soft. I will definitely come back and get them clean again in the future. My old dry cleaning place never left my bears looking like this. It's worth the extra few bucks to come here to make the Bears look like new again. read more

HATED IT! I went three times and called once with each and every single person telling me something different. Needless to say I ended up giving them way more of my money than I originally intended. Way over rated. On the customer end, it was horrible. On the price end, horrible. Dry cleaning wasn't too poorly priced but Fluff and Fold is highway robbery. I will never go there again. Ever. read more

The girl helping me both when I dropped off and picked up was extremely helpful and very nice. This was my first time using esteem cleaners and I felt very comfortable leaving a few higher end items with them, a feeling that is really hard to find. I will definitely use them again even though its a little out of the way living in alhambra, the drive is worth having the piece of mind of knowing my items are being cared for properly. read more

Wonderful staff. Always helpful and courteous. Have had alterations done a few times and they did a nice job. A tad pricey, but the cleaning is always top notch. Highly recommend. read more

They were great! I went to a place next door to my house but they told me that my clothes would not be done until about 3 days later. I wasn't pleased about that because my boyfriend needed his work shirt. I left the clothes there and left and as I drove I passed another cleaners place and it said "2 hours" on it. So I drove back and got my clothes and dropped them off here. Told her my situation and the girl told me they will be ready the next day. I would've liked it to be done the same day then I would have given 5 stars but next day was still better then waiting 3. read more

Amazing Customer service and greets me with a smile!! Good job!!! I appreciate all they do and my clothes is always amazing job well done!!!

This is one of very few places in the area that'll do dry cleaning in 24 hours, and they do a really great job. The clothes come out beautiful and the customer service is great. Jessie in particular is incredibly accommodating and kind. Highly recommended! read more

I usually go to dry cleaners in Pasadena. This one is a bit of a drive for me but completely worth it. The people working there were very polite and helpful. I dropped off my items at 830am and was told that it'd be ready 530pm the following day. I received and email saying my stuff was ready to go only a few hours later! That was very convenient for me, since I'd be in the area again. I will be coming back! They are also very good on pricing about $40 less than what I would've paid elsewhere. Great work for a low price! read more

Was in the area and needed some Cubavera shirts dry cleaned. Awesome job! Thanks

I have used Esteem Cleaners for years and I've taken some really random things in for them to clean. They've always done a great job. But NOTHING was as bad as my pair of brand new, $120 white shorts that I wore once and spilled red wine ALL OVER. The girl literally gasped when I showed her. I wish I had taken a picture. They cleaned the shorts perfectly and looked as good as new. I wish I could give them 6 stars....... read more

My experience was superb. The staff was courteous and efficient. The job was completed earlier than promised, and an email message let me know that. First visit ...great customer service and efficient. Received my clothes sooner than expected.

I found these cleaners thru Groupon and they were AMAZING! I brought them 15 vintage little girl dresses that were mine when I was a baby and they all had horrible stains on them. I am astounded how they were able to get 30 year old stains out of these adorable dresses. They're customer service was fantastic and they even offer fresh coffee (Kurig machine) when you come in! Seriously first class vendor in my book! read more

Way over priced. They charge according to what brand the clothes are. Are you kidding me!

Stay away from here. They made me come back an hour later to pick up a shirt that they hadn't washed on time. They claimed that it had stains, it was a brand new shirt! When I came back after wasting more gas, they still tried to charge me for the shirt. Crazy! Stay away if you need something right away. They gave me a 40% off and it was still expensive. Not worth it, look elsewhere read more

I have been doing business with Esteem cleaners for about 15 years and find them to be reliable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about cleaning clothes.
