They don't post their prices for services anywhere, and they don't really want to tell you how much it costs for their services by just telling you that the price will be on the receipt when you pick it up. (That should have been a red flag to begin with but i was wondering how much could it possibly cost, it's just dry cleaning shirts and pants. I should have asked as well instead of just leaving. My fiance and I were getting ready for engagement photos. He had dropped off his suit at a dry cleaner close to home on a Thursday night for a Sunday photoshoot. We were promised the suit will be ready Friday night / Saturday at the latest. He called the owner on Thursday to confirm that we would get the suit ready in time. We went to pick up the suit on Sunday morning before the photo shoot. When we got there, the employees there said the suit was not ready. Since I had a photoshoot, I had no choice but to take the suit which was not pressed. The employees told me they didn't have anyone available to press the suit on Sunday, even though they told me it would be ready by Saturday at the latest. The employees were rude, and gave us a mere 10% discount. Price: It was very expensive for just a suit. It came out to be about $18. I had a terrible experience, it was too expensive, the employees were rude, and I am never coming back. With no choice, we took our photos with my wrinkled suit. read more

Great service, nice helpful staff and they do a wonderful job cleaning pretty much everything! We have had men and women's clothing, bedding, dining cloths and other household things - all done well. And, they are honest. We have had a few experiences where they said it was "so easy" to get a stain out that they didn't charge us! I've used Esteem off and on over the years and I must say that the service and quality of work has always been top notch. The seamstress also does excellent work. Last week, I needed a pair of slacks pressed only and requested if I could pick it up in a couple of hours. The counter person said that If I waited a few minutes they'll do it right away. Really? I don't do much dry cleaning so I tend to bring only the stuff that requires extra care and items that needed pressing. Recently they are doing a lot of street construction and It's a pain getting in and out of the place, but a little inconvenience considering how accommodating they are is well worth it. read more

I will never come here again, and that's exactly what I told the lady in the front. Lol, first of all it says drive through cleaners, but when I went to drop off my clothes the lady was staring at me from inside instead of coming out. My baby was sleeping in the car so I thought it would be convenient to come here since I wouldn't have to get out. When I went in she's said "yes, we are DT, but that's ok" like what does that even mean? Anyways, I dropped off 5 designer pieces of clothing and asked her how much it would be she said approximately 4$ a piece. I came back 2 days later to a 65$ bill. She claimed she "didn't see" it was designer and they "use a different technique " for designer clothes. (which is a lie, she did see it was designer) She also said, "you didn't pay 20$ for these when you bought them" I didn't know it was her business how much I paid for my clothing, and I was responsible for paying her an outrageous amount for DC because I had purchased designer clothes. FYI, they were not any special material ex. Leather or tweed etc. Anyways I'm able to afford 65 dollars, but I don't like being ripped off. This was outrageous. It was not the first time I have taken these items to a dry clean, but it was definitely the first time I have paid such a stupid amount. I've been looking for a cleaners near me that does a good job in both cleaning and pressing. I've tried quite a number and this is the one I like best. I really hate having shirts and blouses come back with creased pressed in around the arms, shoulders and collars, which is what you get most places. Esteem does a good job, much better than most. They did a wonderful job in cleaning my teddy bears. The bears look newer than the first day that I got them. The stains came out and left the fur extra soft. I will definitely come back and get them clean again in the future. My old dry cleaning place never left my bears looking like this. They were great! I went to a place next door to my house but they told me that my clothes would not be done until about 3 days later. I wasn't pleased about that because my boyfriend needed his work shirt. I left the clothes there and left and as I drove I passed another cleaners place and it said "2 hours" on it. So I drove back and got my clothes and dropped them off here. Told her my situation and the girl told me they will be ready the next day. I have used Esteem Cleaners for years and I've taken some really random things in for them to clean. They've always done a great job. But NOTHING was as bad as my pair of brand new, $120 white shorts that I wore once and spilled red wine ALL OVER. The girl literally gasped when I showed her. I wish I had taken a picture. I usually go to dry cleaners in Pasadena. This one is a bit of a drive for me but completely worth it. The people working there were very polite and helpful. I dropped off my items at 830am and was told that it'd be ready 530pm the following day. I received and email saying my stuff was ready to go only a few hours later! That was very convenient for me, since I'd be in the area again. I will be coming back! They are also very good on pricing about $40 less than what I would've paid elsewhere. I found these cleaners thru Groupon and they were AMAZING! I brought them 15 vintage little girl dresses that were mine when I was a baby and they all had horrible stains on them.
