A solid place to Dry Clean clothes. I drop off professional clothes here. They periodically give coupons which is a plus. 25% to 30% coupons is a good deal! They do charge more based on Name Brand to ensure that the piece is cleaned with care. read more

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is actually pretty decent. Lots of parking spots for you to choose from. Take your pick. The spots are pretty wide too. Staff: The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. I came here to get my trench coat dry cleaned, and they did an amazing job for a reasonable price. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum. read more

This was my first time using Esteem Cleaners. I was able to have 2 suits cleaned quickly.

The staff are pompous at esteem cleaners, condescending greeting. I'm used to this from Armenian culture but not Mexican. The lady looked at me as if my shirt wouldn't be enough business or worth the work. I kindly said I'd take my business somewhere else, she smiled like that was favourable. I'd not recommend this place, the business approach was notably disrespectful. read more

1. This shop is charging clothes by brands and fabric. For some clothes, the price is gonna be double or even triple than the standard price they posted in their store. 2. Their compensation policy is cattish compared with their expensive charge - they only will compensate the cloth they think the brand is real, and their judgment is gonna be the final decision, no excuses. 3. They don't like to give you an estimate if your clothes that need to wash are too much. They will say that they are expensive and for belt on coat they will charge extra. I've got 15 coats needs to be wash and I asked three time to get an estimate from them. read more

Esteem Cleaners is my go-to place for dry-cleaning and alterations. They do great work and are fairly priced. They have your items ready in a timely manner, sometimes even faster than the pick up date. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I have been a longtime client and will continue to do so. Let me say that this was my first time using a dry cleaning service and I was pretty excited. I brought in my beloved silk comforter I had loved dearly over the years to get a deep clean because my dog decided to trek mud all over it. I will admit service was very quick and I received my comforter in three days with the mud all gone, but the moment I held it in my hands I knew it was ruined. My once soft and plush comforter had shrunken into a lumpy mess with all of the silk inside lumped together.. It was heart breaking.. I know that it's JUST a blanket but it is a sentimental item that I have used for years. I TRUSTED Esteem Cleaners to take care of my possessions, not destroy them. I called the number listed on the website to try to speak to someone about the damages but due to their policy, I needed to leave my number for them to call me back. It's been 5 days, I have yet to hear from them. TLDR: If you want to ruin your favorite things, bring them here. read more

Pretty hard these days to find a 'dry cleaning' business that will pickup AND deliver your clothes @ no extra expense. Added bonus of alterations is cool plus the longer hours helps those with odd hours thru out the week. Thank you read more

I wanted to give this place a try since it was close to home. I brought 6 pairs of women's pants with me. The lady took a look and coldly told me that because there was cat hair on them she would need to charge me extra. Well only one pair black wool pants had dog (not cat) hair on the front side of the pants. I asked her how much they charge for pants, she said normally it was $9.00+ per pair but she had to charge more because it would take her a long time to deal with the dog hair. She started searching on the computer and I just told her never mind and took my pants back. Three blocks away another cleaner charged $5.00 per pair and did not even mention anything about the dog hair. I don't mind paying for good service. But I did not need to be scolded for my "dirty" clothes when I took them for CLEANING, especially when I was just bing my normal courteous self the whole time. read more

Love love love this place, the owners and the workers. Very accommodating and meet their deadlines if not exceed their promise date and time. I went to this location because a friend referred me. I Work long days and and wanted to find a fluff and fold close to my house. I didn't expect them to have the reaction like they did. My friend is middle eastern and so am I however my husband is African American.. I asked him to take the laundry in and he ask how much is is going to be a pound. The lady at counter told my husband it's $5.56 PER ITEM.. which sounded CAZY, after which I went in and talked to the counter clerk in Armenian all of a sudden the price was $4.56 a pound. She kept putting me off to check the computer to make sure the price was correct, and she kept insisting that she was working at this location for 23 years. I wasn't understanding what the issue was about the price and why it was different depending on what color is. She ended up helping a WHITE customer and ignoring me. Long story short we took our business else where. This place is racist like 1940, don't even bother going here unless you speak Armenian. Such a sad situations considering there are so many mixed kids and this is what you are teaching them. Not a nice place at all read more

I was torn about what grade I wanted to give this place. Let me explain, they have an excellent tracking system, and their alterations are decent. They're work is good, to the point where they replaced buttons without asking; so amazing on that point. Let me be clear though, this place is a little pricier than other places. Having said that, they do an excellent job and have great service. My only reason for not giving them four stars is the price. One could make the argument that the quality of their work makes up for it, but I've been tailor shopping and found similar quality for less price. I guess it's up to the consumer on this one. I can only say good things about this place and each client must formulate their own opinion based on their budget and convenience. If you're in a pinch, they can definitely get your clothes done on time, but it will cost you. That's the trade-off. read more

My friends complain that I only give 5 star reviews so here's a solid 2 star review. I went here a few years ago to dry clean some sweaters. They came back clean. The price was quite a bit higher than other places and the vibe was worse than, say, the husband and wife place in the strip mall in Hastings Ranch. That's all fine, I'd just choose to not return. But somewhere along the line I gave them my email address. They started sending me promotional emails. Nobody needs promotional emails from a dry cleaner. This is what's wrong with the modern internet. But, again, fine, I'll just unsubscribe and be double sure never to return. But the unsubscribe option apparently doesn't work so great. I've unsubscribed 5 or 6 times over the years. It usually works for a few months and then I see an ad from Esteem Cleaners in my inbox. At this point I really dislike the company. I'm just leaving this review in the hopes that the product owner sees this and knocks it off with the marketing. That's it. Like I say, my sweaters came back clean. read more

Stopped here because it's close to home. I had a pair of pants that needed a new zipper, a leg hemed and cleaned. The turn around for the pants was just a couple of days. Not bad. Work was good. Employees are nice and helpful. Having said that, now the bad part. They are way over priced. Should have heeded a previous yelp review. They charged me $35.00 for the above. Way to expensive for the work. And they don't provide a price on the receipt. Apparently you have to ask. I'll take my business elsewhere for probably half the price. read more

8/27/2011 Follow-up: My friend picked up the pants and they didn't give the refund as agreed on the phone. I called to ask about this situation and a worker said that they "didn't expect the pants to be picked up so soon" and "the refund wasn't ready." She asked if my friend could drive back there to pick up the refund. I said this was inconvenient and asked that the refund be mailed. She said she didn't know if they could do that, but would ask. *** 8/26/2011 One of the worst kinds of service I've ever had. This cleaner was out of the way from where we live/work, but we decided to give it a shot since it offers wet cleaning. When we finally had time to pick up all the clothes, we found that a pair of suit pants were missing. After driving 25 miles back home, and an hour after leaving the drycleaner, I called right away and a worker said that she would look for the missing pants. The pants were found the next day. Problem is, we had very little time to go back there to pick up the pants, especially since we were about to move. The store manager gave us $25 credit for the next service, but we wouldn't be able to use it. We asked for a refund. There were many ***unreturned calls*** -- I had to call back several times just to get a message through -- and then back and forth. Finally, today, I talked with a worker who argued with me about the refund. She could have saved the trouble and given me a refund, which would have cost LESS than the credit the manager offered for "next time." A refund of $6.95 for the pants only will be given, but the refund was given out of spite. In addition to that, a worker, Nelly, explained that the cleaner cleans clothes, not keep up with customers' lives. Well, that may just about sum up Esteem Cleaners's attitude towards how they offer service as a business. Now that we've moved, I have to ask a friend to pick up the pants and have them mailed to me. The cost of shipping will probably be paid by the refund. All in all, this drycleaner business blows. read more

First, I am so very sorry for the plain truth, since it will hurt. Second, I tried to ignore the fact that you lost 5 items from a single visit on a previous visit. I have not had a problem since, however now that you lost 1 item again, I know you do not deserve any business from me or my family or friends ever again. When you do not lose "dry clean only articles of clothing" you produce great work. Ont the opposite end of the spectrum: *** You do not try to fix the problem, you automatically blame the customer. ***You ignore the fact that your employees have made an error. ***You do not care that you lose a customer and care even less that they will warn others of this fact. ***You do not know how to accept responsibility for your actions; specifically, you never once made any attempt to correct the situation or fix the flaw in your system. I am saddened by your business practices that include ignoring the problem followed by denial. You have lost a customer and I promise to contact all of my friends and family to never return to your establishment again. I will not only deter them and steer them clear from your irresponsible practice, but I will also go out of my way to share my unfortunate experiences with everyone I know to prevent them from going through the unnecessary anguish I endured. Shame on me for forgiving you the first time. Double the shame on me and triple the blame on me for giving you a second chance to make it right. You, your business and employees do not deserve the business of hard working Americans. I do not wish any harm or bad on you, I simply want others to know you do not care about your customers. I've never been a fan of dry cleaners. No offense to dry cleaners, but they're just plain expensive. The cost for cleaning a sweater can exceed the purchase price in the first year of use. Is that outrageous or am I taking crazy pills? That's like charging $2000 for a car wash. However since I must go, after all the labels on my wife's clothes demand it. I come here. Price wise, it's on par with most. I used to live in Sherman Oaks area and compared to dry cleaning prices in that area, this place is a steal. They have good friendly service and have always done a great job on our clothes. Plus they have a nice little self-service coffee bar with a coffee pod machine. For those of you who drop off on the way to work, this is a nice way to start your morning commute. read more

Like many others, I feel as though they have inflated the price of their services for the groupon customers. I called prior to dropping off my dry cleaning to verify the cost of having a king sized down comforter cleaned, I was quoted $38+change over the phone. When I picked it up, they had charged me $45+change for the comforter. I told the lady that I had been quoted a different price on the phone and she steadfast denied it. I wasn't asking her to adjust the price, I had already paid. However, acknowledgment and an apology would have been the appropriate response. On top of that, when I took out the comforter to put the duvet cover on I noticed there were several lint balls of a different color on it and there was a stain missed. High prices and uncleaned items, I think not. read more

This place is ridiculously expensive. I don't use dry cleaners regularly, but have always found that most places have set prices for certain types of garments (pants, coats, dresses, etc). This place seems to have random prices for each individual piece of clothing. We had a groupon which is why we went here in the first place. It almost seems that they have inflated their prices (what they charged us) to cover any loss to them, from the groupon. The prices for my coats were all different (one was $15.91, and one was $16.15, still trying to decipher the receipt for the 3rd price). The coats are similar in style and both are wool, so why the seemingly random prices? The most suspicious part is what they charged for my friend's two dresses. Both are the same dress, just different colors. She was charged two different prices for each dress. See what I mean??? It's almost like they have adjusted/inflated their prices to make up for the groupon. Dry cleaning will always cost you more than doing your own laundry but this place seems extreme. Save your money and go somewhere else! read more

The location on Wilson use to be own by Someone else. The previous owners were very kind, polite and professional. Not to mention they had decent prices. The new owners aren't so kind and the prices are more expensive. I received a coupon for dry cleaning so I decided to go back to the place I'm familiar with. When I went to pick up my items I noticed it was more expensive than what I was previously paying. Good thing I had a coupon. When I presented the coupon the lady attending me said "why didn't you mention you had a coupon when you dropped the items off. I already created the ticket and receipt." I told her I wasn't aware I had to present to coupon prior to paying. In most cases you give your coupon when you pay, not before. She seemed annoyed and made me feel terrible I was using the coupon. I didn't appreciate her customer service. I told all my friends and family about the service. None of us will be returning there again. As new owners to a new location they should be trying to win their customers over, not turn them away. read more

My local dry cleaner retired and we decided to give this business a try. Twice, they had employees not wearing masks. I find this irresponsible of any business. Ruined a wedding dress? Yikes! Refused to take responsibility? Double yikes! We couldn't afford an expensive new wedding dress, so my fiancee took a week off work and scoured L.A.'s used & vintage shops. She found a nice dress for $50 in need of some cleaning. After much research, we drove across town & took it to Esteem, as they claim to specialize in wedding dresses. After paying $31 for cleaning, we found that they'd ruined the dress-- with a month to go before the wedding! They acknowledged that their work resulted in the damage of the dress, and they acknowledged that they had not properly communicated with us about the possible damage. All we asked for was a refund of the cleaning fee & reimbursement for the modest cost of the dress. We were willing to absorb the cost of the time spent shopping, as well as the cost of a new (and more expensive) dress. They gave us the runaround for over a week, and ultimately refused to do the right thing, offering only partial payment, even on the modest costs involved. We understand that sometimes stuff happens & clothes get ruined. (Though maybe you shouldn't claim to specialize in wedding dresses if you can't handle them.) The issue here is really one of COMMUNICATION and ACCOUNTABILITY. They failed miserably on both scores. read more

They did a great job, but they're really expensive. You pay for the quality, efficiency and long hours.

Very accommodating. Picked up our carpet within 24 hours and did a beautiful job. I'd highly recommend.

I came across this cleaner on my home and it was convenient. I dropped off 6 piece of women's garment. 5 cotton shirts and 1 linen pants. They took my laundry and printed the receipt without any pricing on it which I thought was odd because anywhere else I've been has your total on it and you pay when you pick it up. The service and tracking system is good . They send you an email when your dry clean is ready for pick up. However, the price wasn't worth it. It was extremely expensive! I went to pick it up and it cost me $60 ! Each shirt was $8 to $10 and the pants was $13 ! Anywhere else I would have paid half because it wasn't silk or specialized material that needed special dry cleaning. They also said they'd give me 15% off for first time customer... they didn't. Too EXPENSIVE. I won't be coming back. read more
