The increasing levels of fire activity and insurance cancellations convinced it was time to fast track this project. It only took about 24 hours to get Kevin out to do a quote, which we thought was reasonable. They are busy, so it took a bit to get on their schedule but the crew of guys doing the removal was super efficient and caring. I am so grateful to Todd, Nick and the entire team. I had to get several very tall fir trees removed for be in compliance with 'defensible space' for our STR permit. Every tree service company is SO busy right now. Nick came out personally to help carefully remove the trees which were tightly sandwiched between our home and the neighbors. They did a thorough job and cleaned the area up perfectly. The whole team was also very nice. They actually made it out to our job site within just a couple of weeks from their estimate. I used Timberwolf to trim the 2 large pines on my property to increase fire safety and reduce the stress from heavy snow and wind. My initial phone call was returned in minutes, the estimator came out 2 days later and gave me a very fair price. The crew who did the work was extremely professional and friendly throughout the process, cleaning up as they went and allowed me to cut plenty of usable wood from the limbs they brought down. They "sculpted" my trees just as I had envisioned and when they left the yard and driveway where they used the chipper all looked better than when they arrived. I had previously watched them remove about 8 large trees from my neighbors home over a 2 day period, without a hitch, that were very close to the house and electrical wires. They were working at our neighbors doing the entire defensible space work and we asked for an estimate to take down one very large tree near our deck and one tree surrounded by incoming wires. We had some dead trees that needed clearing. Timberwolfe was working at a house next door and another 2 doors down. They were kind enough to come over, quote and squeeze us in with the crews that were working already on our street. Additionally, I asked for the pine shreddings , for our landscape, to help with holding in water and keeping erosion down. They delivered a bunch that we spread around, no problem. These guys were great! From quote to completing the work, they were responsive, professional, reasonable and tidy. I had 16 huge lodge poll pines removed so it was a large project. They showed up on time, were careful throughout the tree removal and cleaned up after themselves each day. They even took the time to remove a couple of bird houses that were on the removed trees so that we could reposition them elsewhere.
