As part of my defensible space work, I asked Ryan to provided an estimate for taking out a large/tall white fir tree, several smaller trees, and limbing a tree with dead branches. He was very responsive via email and phone. The estimate was a little higher than my budget, and Ryan worked with me so we could get the work done in line with my budget. I also asked them to chip the trees and leave the chips on my property. On the day of the job, Ryan's crew arrived at my home on time and explained what they would be doing. They asked me a few questions, and then work began. A handful of hours later, everything was done according to what we scoped. And the wood chips were left exactly where I specified. I am very happy with their work!

My three nephews stacked the wood, but there appeared to be a lot of small scraps (two big garbage cans of those scraps) after the wood was stacked. Once the scraps were collected there was a tremendous amount of sawdust, chips and other debris on the ground. Previously when I ordered firewood, the debris was minor and I just swept it off the driveway. It was way too much to sweep off the driveway. We collected 24 garbage bags of debris. Now, I have to deal with 24 bags of trash. As we were bagging debris were found some wood hidden in the vast amount of debris.

This is just a quick note to tell you how THRILLED I am with the closet system installation job…read morethat Rafael Alamilla did today!  Not only was he courteous, friendly, and prompt (early, even!), but his workmanship and attention to detail were exemplary.  My closet is now so much more useful and practical.  I mean, really, who needs 10 feet of hanging rod in a vacation condo?  Not even me, let alone short-term vacationers. Rafael was even able to recycle a couple of 16-inch pieces of the old hanging rod and overhead shelf to make good use of some dead space at one end of the new unit.  This closet upgrade has allowed me to take out a large dresser that made the bedroom over-crowded, while adding more useful storage space - open shelves for shoes and clothes, several drawers, and still three hanging bars. Thank you for your prompt service, and also for Rafael and his excellent work.  I'll be sure to use Reliable Services again! Sincerely yours, Nancy Lemmon
