Richard was at our house on Saturday morning at 8 am. With an approaching storm, we had a small window of time to get the house water tight. Richard went above and beyond to remove the massive tree from our house with the excavator that he brought in. He spent several hours on the roof making repairs so that water cannot get into the house. He did not just put a tarp over the holes. We appreciate the attention to detail he provided. Safety is clearly of utmost importance to this company as evidenced by the safety harnesses and ropes used while Richard was on our roof. At 7:45am they were assessing the multiple trees that needed removal and limbing, making their game plan, and hard at work by 8:15 after discussing with me. Everyone had masks as necessary and were very respectful of not only our property but the neighbors' properties as well.
