What was discussed beforehand and what was actually delivered were two very different things. The cleanup was incomplete, debris was left behind, and the overall job looked rushed and careless. Some cuts were uneven and unprofessional, and there was little attention to detail. Communication throughout the process was poor. Questions were brushed off, and concerns were not addressed in a timely or professional manner. When you hire a company like this, you expect expertise and pride in their work -- unfortunately, that was not the case here. I regret choosing this company and would strongly encourage others to get multiple quotes and clearly outline expectations before hiring them.

A rather tall brooch ended up hoisted by my picket fence which save the day from getting roof damage to the neighbors garage roof top. Boy was I lucky! Katherine came in at a great rate. A quick phone call and I could tell that she had plenty of equipment, assistance to call upon, and know-how to get the job done. She even has the proper workers compensation for her assistants. This gave me a level of security that even higher priced bids could not produce could not produce from me. I think I asked pretty good questions including if she had any training on chainsaws. I mean, think about it. You're inviting someone to come work on your property with a chainsaw! This is serious stuff. I feel like she really handled herself well and have a very picky tenant who appeared to be super pleased with the work. I asked if I can keep the word for firewood and she neatly stacked it by the side of the house. Katherine was honest and professional. She knew that the tree stump was going to take some work to get it cut down to the size that was necessary for the dump. She knows where to take it and she priced it right without having to upgrade from the original bid. It was not a problem at all. I highly, highly recommend Katherine and her team to get the job done. Take a look at these pictures on her yelp and you'll see that she's not afraid to get down to business with heavy equipment that should be handled by trained operators. Katherine and John showed up at the designated time, and even called prior due to another job. Professional and positive that they could remove the entire stump.. Due to our landscape area, it will be a little challenging with getting the machine to the stump.. I'm glad they came out! I have plans to put a preformed pond liner where the stump is .. but may have to rethink..if it gets too costly to remove...

Everyone had masks as necessary and were very respectful of not only our property but the neighbors' properties as well. Doug and his team worked EXTREMELY fast and safely on this way too unseasonably hot day. They took down three 30' plus trees and limbed 2 others while also doing one dump run!
