Ok if that is the case they should have told me when they rolled them up to take them to their shop or they should have returned them to me when they dropped off the rug. I asked them to replace them but they wouldn't. I'm a 69 woman with hard wood floors and I am afraid of falling. Second, I let them know there was still a spot on the rug, sent them a photo and he said he would have them return with a spotter. However when i asked him to replace the grippers, too, he refused and said he wouldn't send the guy back either. In the course of the conversation he called me "sweetie" which is rude and patronizing. I told him I've used his company before and my friend currently has expensive rugs there currently. I feel that I need to let her know of my experience. He said I was threatening him. No, this is called a review and telling my friend is a courtesy to my friend. What a shame to have been treated in such a manner. I will not be using their services again.
