If you're a beer drinker, just know they don't have draft beer since there is such limited space (~10 seat bar) but they do offer bottled and canned beers. The food was the star of the show. The vodka sauce was sweet, rich, and absolutely delicious. The chicken Parmesan was incredibly tender and lightly breaded. I paired it with a side of pasta tossed in their rosé sauce instead of traditional red or garlic sauce, and it was honestly dreamy (hint of spice and salt, just to die for!). Every bite was fantastic. The bread service was to die for. I am now trying to understand how a garlic olive oil dipping sauce can be so good. Truly something I will always be ordering! The only downside was the wait for food. It took about 75 minutes after ordering for our meals to arrive. That said, they've only been open six days, the restaurant was absolutely packed, and our food came out piping hot and clearly made fresh. Given how new they are, it's completely understandable, and it definitely didn't ruin the experience. Overall, Bella Vita knocked it out of the park.
