I politely asked if we could substitute different sides, and instead of a simple "yes" or "no," the owner started yelling at us across the dining room. When I told the waiter that the owner's behavior was unprofessional, the owner came over, cussed us out, and told us to leave. I tried giving the place another chance on a different day, but the moment I walked in, the owner just screamed "NO!" repeatedly until I left. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful service or basic professionalism.

There were two tables of people there when we arrived and it was fairly quiet. We ordered and sat at a table and noticed there was seating outside so we moved outside to soak up some sunshine. My husband ordered a strawberry shake and large order of fries to split and we both had the single bacon cheese burger. I had mine on a gluten free bun. The burgers came out and our mouths fell open. They were beautiful with the beef, bacon, cheese, sliced onion and tomato and special sauce. We could just get our mouths open enough for a bite. Wonder how that works with the double burger. The first bite was WOW. Now this is what a burger should taste like. And the hand cut fries were delicious also. I tased my husband's strawberry shake and that was also excellent, so much so that he felt better that they were out of chocolate...lol. The chef asked us on our way out how our food was. We would definitely come back here for these burgers, fries and shakes done just right!

This is a really bad place…read more It's dirty. Kids are "cleaning" the tables between diners with dirty towels and no attention to detail whatsoever. We watched this "cleaning" procedure happen several times; meanwhile, the area under the tables is teeming with food, napkins and assorted debris. The wall next to us was smeared with what looked like sour cream for the entirety of our visit. It's gross. But the food is worse. The chips and salsa are awful. And comes a bowl of with what I believe to be ranch dressing. I've never seen that before and don't want to see it again. The chips were so stale they could damage dental work. I asked a waiter if there were any fresh chips and he seemed surprised, took our chips and never returned with more. So I guess that answers my question. My mom ordered an appetizer sampler that just looked ridiculously awful and wouldn't be mistaken for Mexican food anywhere outside of this joint. I ordered simply - cheese enchiladas. They tasted like they came from a frozen dinner. We both only ate a few bites. When the waiter came to deliver the check, he asked how everything was and I told him honestly it was not good. He seemed surprised, then he sort of demanded to know "WHY... what is wrong?". And when I told him, he just smirked and said, "The food is not for everyone..." I don't know if he meant this particular type of bad food or he was implying that Mexican food isn't for everyone. I can assure you I've had plenty of Mexican food in Los Angeles, where I live... so that wasn't the issue. After eating almost nothing and even returning our chips (and yeah, I didn't touch the ranch dressing either), the server didn't offer any discount. This terrible meal was over $30 for two with no alcoholic drinks. Absolutely nothing about this place is good. Stay away. Stay far away.

I stopped by the hostess desk to see if we could push back the reservation. This was a busy Saturday Night and she could not have been more accommodating. She took my name and assured me it was not a problem. Thirty minutes later we returned and the hostess called me by name. We were quickly seated with Erin (remember her name) who asked if we were going to the concert that night. She made suggestions that would help with our time restriction. She was spot on with the 12oz Barrel Cut Filet. You could almost cut it with only the fork. My wife had the 8oz Filet, and she said it was maybe the best steak she's ever had. We had the mashed potatoes and mac-n-cheese as our delicious sides. After our meal, Erin suggested we come back for coffee and dessert, which we did. My wife had the creme brûlée and I had the tiramisu. Both are made in house and delicious. Well worth the price. Great food, great drinks (try the smoked old fashioned) and top notch exceptional service.

The complimentary soft bread was good but the "chips" cheapened the meal. We ordered the chop salad and Caesar salad and both were served warm. The Caesar salad was terrible. It had a strange after taste, but the flavor of the chop salad was ok. The sear on the steaks were really good and cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes were so tasty; 2nd best I've ever had! The mac & cheese was bland. Tasted like too much cream was added, which took away any taste of cheese. The chocolate cake was ok, but I don't believe it is made in house. It's reminiscent of a Malones chocolate cake. We were also served with a complimentary dessert which was a tempered chocolate cup filled with whipped cream topped with chocolate and strawberry sauce. It was pretty but not appetizing for us to eat a cup of whipped cream. Overall we enjoyed checking this restaurant off our list but will not return (we drove over 2 hours just to try this restaurant)
