BUT if you have just a few people in your group this is the place to go. They were very accommodating. She allowed us to sit in the massage chairs talking for an extra 30 minutes after we paid while they kept working on other clients manicures. Nobody's time should be wasted or taken advantage of. As a first-time customer, I won't be returning mainly because the front desk lady couldn't explain why no one had come to update me that Sydney was running behind with another client. I didn't expect Sydney to come tell me herself, because she was already running behind. Sydney has the best personality, and she was very gentle during my pedi. Thank you again, Sydney! It makes it so much easier to see how a color will actually look. My nails turned out gorgeous thanks to George and Teresa. My only real frustration is the booking process. You can only make appointments over the phone, and while I was able to schedule once via messaging, my later messages there were never responded to. It's a small thing, but it does make it less accessible or convenient to book for people with accessibility limitations, and that's the only thing that has stopped me from returning.
