From speaking to her I found out she has worked at some pretty reputable spas in her past. So yes I loved the service. Then I met the owner Carol who was soooo super sweet. I bought a couple of products from her. One of them did not work out so well and she was totally cool with me bringing it back. She also took the time to talk to me about the local area and other parts of long beach(thinking of moving to lbc). So yes she is very nice and professional but also very personable. It was a bitter sweet because of how educated and more aware I became of my skin literally I was so shocked when she did a skin analysis on me let me tell you she knows what's she's talking about ! And I was so shocked when she showed me my skin under that machine she stuck my head in lol. The facial was so relaxing and my face did look really clear I went in their with the goal of having my nose smooth it was covered in black heads it was so gross. She used the pure silk on me if I remember correctly and it was relaxing too lol it sucks all the dirt and blackheads out it was pretty crazy to see the water afterwards -_- I loved it and will go back soon. Best salon for Brazilian waxing! It is well worth the $60. You really do get what you pay for, there is a anesthetic spray for you to use to prep yourself before waxing and even after you're done, Carol takes the time to pluck hairs that the wax may have missed. There are other salons that are cheaper, but don't offer those things. Carol really makes sure she waxes everything, gets it done quickly, and minimizes the amount of redness your skin may get from waxing. My first wax was here and I felt comfortable, and pain and redness minimal. She even warned me before she waxed areas that were more sensitive than others & explained to me why she was using hard or soft wax and kept checking to make sure the temperature of the wax felt okay on my skin.
