I was nervous about the purchase as I still paid a considerable amount of money for a returned GE stove. A week before Christmas (7 months later) on a Friday I had an issue with a burner. By Monday Anail had a tech onsite to conduct a minor repair (dislodged component in the knob). The same day after the repair (Murphy's law), I had another unrelated issue with the stove not receiving gas after a self clean. I called Anail and he again had a tech onsite the next day diagnosing a fault in the pressure reducing valve. The tech taught me how to repair the problem if it happened again as it is not uncommon for a diagram to stick. A few hours later Anail called me to confirm that I was happy with the repair and informed me that he proactively ordered a new pressure reducing valve for replacement to ensure no future problems occur. I am absolutely happy with Appliance Outlet standing behind their service, product and brand.

You get the same computer voice telling you to hang on, because all service persons are busy with other calls. Here's the kicker: they tell you that if you want a call back, to press 2. I have done this 14 times. You never get a call back! And then, after about minute, you get a very rude computer voice telling you that, "In order to save your time and their's, they are going to disconnect the call. Call back later." What?? I have waited for hours on line with other companies. How dare they hang up on me during normal business hours! If I'm willing to wait, I should be able to! I have walked into their show rooms. Latest was dealing with my dishwasher which was under warranty. After 5 attempted to fix, warranty decided to give me a store credit. To my dismay, it was a warranty that worked on depreciation, which meant I only got half of my money back. Apparantely there are 2 different kind of warranty, which was never explained or offered at time of purchase. Called customer service 3+ time but no call back. Finally Store Manager did call back. Did not give me a chance to explain my situation, did not listen nor did he care. Was very quick to get me off the phone. I did purchase a new dishwasher cause of the store credit but I will never ever by anything from the Brick again. This technician conducted a completely negligent review. Despite visible charring, compromised internal components, and exposed electrical wiring sticking out of the unit, the technician claimed the appliance "looks good." It was abundantly clear that his only priority was collecting his service call fee, showing an absolute disregard for safety, liability, and professional ethics. I have provided numerous photographic records and video evidence clearly demonstrating that this appliance is a total loss and a severe fire hazard. It is deeply concerning that Allstate is choosing to accept the word of a negligent third-party contractor over indisputable photographic proof.
