Of course, this happened after hours when most places weren't answering. I called Prickly Pear and Cory actually came out that night, stayed late to figure out what was going on, and then came back first thing this morning after getting the part needed to finish the repair. He went above and beyond to get our AC back up and running, especially on such short notice. Really appreciate the quick response, honesty, and hard work. I would definitely recommend Cory and Prickly Pear Plumbing & Air to anyone who needs HVAC work!

10/10 recommend!!! I…read morecannot recommend Spean's Landscaping enough! They completely transformed both our front and back yard and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, this company was absolutely incredible to work with! After reaching out, the owner came to our home to discuss what we envisioned for the yard. Once I shared our ideas, he offered his expert input to make the design even better. We talked through the plan and he promptly provided a detailed quote with a clear timeline. Once approved, they were able to start the very next day. I couldn't believe it! The turnaround time alone was impressive -- but what really blew us away was the execution. In just 5 days, they completely transformed our yard -- and I mean transformed. What started as a weed-filled, giant uneven dirt pit is now the backyard of our dreams! They removed tons of weeds, leveled the entire yard, installed turf, pavers, plants, irrigation, plant lighting, bistro lights, built a beautiful fireplace pad, and even distributed 30 tons of rock - all from scratch. Just look at the before and afters... WOW! Their pricing was very fair (actually the best of the quotes we received), their communication was excellent, and the quality of work speaks for itself. Every single day the owner met with me to review progress and discuss the plan for the next day. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and could always reach them by phone with questions. The customer service was truly top-tier. They work incredibly efficiently without sacrificing quality -- which is rare. We were so pleased with everything that we've now signed up for monthly maintenance to keep the yard looking beautiful. If you want a landscaping team that works incredibly fast, communicates clearly, and delivers high-quality results without cutting corners, this is the company to call. Look no further. We are beyond satisfied and would absolutely recommend them!

We met with Steve @ Sunspot Pool & Irrigation (who has been the caretaker of the pool through the previous owner) and he was so informative about our pool! We hired him to continue servicing the pool. We have had some slight issues with the pool that made us nervous, but Steve has gone above and beyond holding our hands as we continue to navigate through pool ownership. We have called and texted Steve and each time he has been so patient and gracious with us. What a perfect partner he has been for us with regards to our pool. He is super friendly, very detail oriented, and greatly knowledgeable about pools. It's such a comfort knowing that he takes the time to actually get to know our pool and that he cares as much about it as we do! We love seeing him every week as he comes into the yard to do his "thing" to insure our pool is as beautiful and healthy as it was the day we moved in! Thank you, Steve!
