Shocked this place has so many good reviews. Came in as a pregnant mom to relax and get a pedicure and was met with a rude tech and rushed service. Not paying attention to what she's doing, put the cut cuticles from the cutters back into the soaking water my feet are in and made sure to let me know all the things I need done- manicure cause my cuticles are dry, needing my eyebrows waxed (mind you my brows are laminated so I most definitely do not need them waxed). Leaving with an extremely sloppy pedicure and will never be returning. read more

Went in the first time today and unfortunately was some of the poorest service I've received at a nail salon. I had an appointment as soon as they opened, everything was very rushed and constricting to the point of discomfort. By the time the appointment ended I got to analyzing my gel X set and realized how crooked some of the nails were AND how flooded my nails were from the gel from the lack of care. They were drilling at the nails to try to shave it off but I ended up having to come back an hour later to have them do it again. No matter what it was too close to my skin, some even stuck to my skin that I had to peel off and cut at home because they wouldn't redo them. The nail tech even tried to say they weren't crooked as to not redo them and they would cut us off when we were trying to explain- I paid 450$ for bad service and bad hospitality. Such a waste of all that money and I'm still uncomfortable. I've never been treated like this at a salon before. read more

I am NEVER coming back to this salon. I was so excited to go here for the first time to try it out, and I am extremely bummed on how unprofessional this service was. First of all, the guy did not put a base layer of nail glue on my nails (I got gel-x), so I already was skeptical about the longevity of the nails. Then, I gave him my reference photo for my design and he kept messing it up. Usually when I go to salons, the nail tech will take a picture of my reference photo and just follow it themselves and look at it carefully in order to execute it perfectly and make it look like the reference photo. But he was putting the color on the wrong fingers, and I had to tell him to fix it in which finger to put it on. He even asked me which one is which but I told him I wanted it exactly like the photo and the exact same colors. This was also an easy design, nothing complicated, just solid color with polkadots and two nails had a French tip with polkadots. It was so frustrating having to explain how to do the whole thing to him. If he is an experienced nail tech, he should be able to look at the photo and execute it. It is extremely weird to have your client talk everything out to you and tell you how to do each step. Even after he finished one nail, he asked me, "What's next" and then he kept asking me, "What's next...what do I do next." And in my head I was just thinking, oh my gosh. It is so unprofessional to be asking a client what to do next when they specifically gave you a photo to follow. I came to the nail salon to have a relaxing experience and to have a nice new nail set, not to have to explain to someone how to put polka dots on nails. Second, whenever I asked him to fix the polkadots because he couldn't put them in a straight line, he would look super annoyed. Like it isn't my fault, he put them in a crooked line so he shouldn't be getting annoyed when it's his fault for not doing a good painting job. Then on my thumb, he completely did the dots uneven and curved with different sizes, so I asked him to fix it and again he got annoyed. but the crazy part was, afterwards he was laughing at me for just asking him to redo something. I mean, it is extremely rude to be laughing at someone for asking you to fix something when it was your fault on it looking bad. Third, at the end, I gave him a $12 tip, which I think is pretty reasonable based on the service I got. So I clicked on the touchpad screen that amount, and I turned away to walk out the door, but as I was walking out, I heard the guy mud under his breath, "That's all I get?" I was completely shocked. Who would actually say this out loud. Super rude and disrespectful and it wasn't even that good of a service that I got. NOW HERE IS THE KICKER, my nail put off after only 5 hours of getting them done. FIVE HOURS. mine index finger popped off and I am absolutely fuming. After paying all that money, the nail just came off. Especially if the money wasn't even appreciated, because the guy apparently thought the tip was "not enough." My nails looked beautiful, however ALL of my cuticles were cut and he made me bleed on my thumb. It also took over 2 hours for a fill. I was very happy with my nails but not with the amount of cuts I had walking out of there. read more

Wonderful full service Nail Salon! Newly renovated. Very clean. The staff if very nice and professional. Tim gave me a great manicure. He's a definite perfectionist which I like. They take walk-ins and are open 7 days a week. read more

Called on a Sunday around 12:30-12:45 asking if they had availability for a pedicure for that day. I like to call and ask ahead of time in case they are too busy. But they told me yes we have an available appointment at 2:15. I said sure thing I will be in. I arrived at 2:12 and checked in. I was waiting for 10 minutes at the front of the store then they put me in a pedicure seat and said just relax we will be right with you. I was waiting for 45 minutes to an hour to be serviced and nobody helped me. They just kept telling me in a few minutes they will be with me. All the nail techs were with customers that had been there an hour prior to me no one was available. I was in there until 3:05 and hadn't received any service or update on how long it was going to be. So I got up to leave because they never checked in with me or told me my wait time would be long even with an appointment. As I was leaving no one said anything to me or even apologized. Very rude, lack of communication and just unprofessional of the business owner/manager. read more
