We were offered water and wine! Next time, I'll do wine. I misplaced the business card of my manicurist but she did an amazing job on my toes, but my nails are the most beautiful I have ever seen. She understood when I said "glitter ombré", was clear about the cost upgrade, and knocked it out of the park. At the end, she gave me all of the information about my colors, and the policy regarding no-chip. I can't stop looking at my nails 4 days later. The salon was impeccably clean, the lighting and decor was very pleasing, and all in all I loved the experience. I will be back!

I made an appointment and showed up on time, and I got seated right away. I waited for about 15-20 minutes before someone started on my nails since the person I signed up for was running behind. They did communicate that with me, but I would've appreciated quicker service, especially since I had an appointment. As for my nails, I loved the color and the service I got. My nail tech was friendly and took her time. That said, my nails started chipping at about a week and a half, which was very disappointing. Now after 2 weeks, they are chipping significantly. Overall I am not happy that my nails didn't last at least 2 weeks.

A few days later, I noticed the nail tech had cut my nails in a way that caused them to curve in, leading to infections in both my big toes within a week. I've been in pain since and now need to see a doctor because the infection hasn't subsided. I called the salon to inform them and requested to speak to the manager. The man who answered said the manager was not there and insisted I come in so they could see my toes before I went to the doctor. I explained that I just wanted to inform the manager about what happened to prevent it from happening to others, whether due to poor training or dirty tools, and that I did not want anything in return. I asked him to take my information and have the manager contact me when available. He then said, "OKAY BYE," without taking my info and hung up. I'm writing this review because I'm not sure my concern was or will be conveyed to the business owner, who I hope would want to know about this issue to rectify the problem for future patrons. This is not to be malicious but to warn others that this could happen to you, and you might want to consider a different salon. I've been getting my nails done regularly for years and wanted to find a new salon near my new home. This was my experience. Please don't go here this has gotten so bad. My toes are now bruised underneath my nail and all growing weird. Ps:Edited to show proof I went there and date because they keep deleting my review. (I also got my nails done but that was the a different tech. The one who did my pedicure was a male) Update from DR: it is Paronychia in the medial nail in both toes. This is confirmed to be due to poor practice of the tech. Have to be on antibiotics for 7 days before next check in. Save yourself a DRs visit. Do NOT go here.

I had a couple of inspiration pictures, but ended up having to not do the ones with cat eye or pearl polish since they couldn't do it like the photo. Got a blooming gel instead with french tips! My only complaint is that some of the french tips are different thicknesses and could've been a bit more detail oriented. The total was $68 plus tip, with the base gel being $45 plus $25 art and $2 cash discount. They gave out complimentary $5 coupon and hand cream as a holiday gift!

After that my male nail tech basically waved the pedicure "stone" over my foot, didn't even scrub at all. It was so obvious and bad it was almost comical. Then for the scrub completely skipped my foot and went so high on my knee (I was wearing a skirt) that he left some of the scrub all over my knees after not properly washing it off. I had a towel over my lap because of modesty but of all the people getting pedicures in our group I had the only skirt and they gave me the only male nail tech which made me uncomfortable. Finally, I had a very small rub spot that was sore from wearing the same sandals on the top of my foot. They guy POKED it hard with his finger. I told him to stop and that hurt. It made me wonder if he was even licensed, I've had a lot of pedicures and that has never happened. All of this for polish that chipped the next day despite wearing flipflops around the house. The two stars is because the other two people I was with had a perfectly fine experience and their polish hasn't chipped yet.
