We did the Casino Room for a company team building exercise yesterday, and it was so fun! Additionally, we escaped the room with 1.5 minutes to spare, which felt like a huge accomplishment! I would definitely come do this again. read more

We just came back from OutbreakRoom, it was a great experience, clues were given when necessary just need to fix one of the locks to work perfectly and faster. I totally recommend this experience for the whole family, it teaches how teamwork is so necessary not only on the games but in real life. I will definitely come back read more

We love Escape Works! We've done 3 out of the 5 rooms and have already made plans to do the next 2. We've tried other escape rooms but this place really is our favorite-we highly recommend this to anyone interested! read more

Had a great time, really well done, hard to solve but you make enough progress the entire time to keep it interesting. Really surprisingly good time. read more

Very fun escape room, interesting rooms to choose from! Emilia was amazing and so nice and only gave us hints when we were desperate. Definitely would love to come again! read more

Had a great time and the room was just hard enough. We did the Egyptian Tomb. Emilia and Selena were great! I would definitely recommend.

Chloe was super great, everyone working was very nice, it was a fun atmosphere. If you're looking for a fun night out either with friends or for a date it's a really good spot. The price for the experience is well worth it. read more

I was here 2x in a week. Once with my work mates and again with my family. The rooms are challenging and fun. The people are friendly and helpful. Matt helped us out this last time. He was great. read more

EscapeWorks is the best spot in Denver for escape rooms! Each room is very well designed, challenging, and fun. They staff are very friendly. I've done two rooms and will definitely be back again! read more

We did the escape room A Christmas Story. Definitely a must do. They did such a great job making you feel you're in the movie. But they don't make you put soap in your mouth. Amelia was a fantastic host, she was helpful when needed and made us feel comfortable. Selena was also great! It was more of an interactive game room than I'm used to but that made it even more fun. read more

We had at great time at Escape Works Denver today. A special shout out to Samantha, our game master, who made our event extra special!!

I've been here twice and completed nine escape rooms total - this place does not disappoint! War Games and the updated Egyptian Tomb room were fantastic and we look forward to coming back to complete the others. read more

We loved the Beyond the Flower Shop room! Our game master Sierra was great. We'd definitely recommend Escapeworks and are excited to try their other rooms. read more

This was a blast! The challenge is tough and even though we were unable to solve it was so fun it made me want to do another room. I can't wait to come back! read more

Egyptian escape was a lot of fun. Everybody had a great time. The room was really immervise.

So much fun! Dana was an awesome escape room guide! We did this as a birthday activity for my dad, and what a fun memory this created! Thanks Guys! read more

Had a great time! Everyone is really friendly. We did the Egyptian tomb room and it was fun and challenging. The performance based hints are extremely helpful. Most places give hints as requested by the players but we liked this system better. Would return. read more

Very well thought out but our group was not smart enough to escape. I'm actually writing this review from the grave. Trace was very helpful.

So much fun! We had a blast during the Casino heist! The two of us with a handful of strangers, all heading into the puzzle confident that we could crack it..well..it beat us in the end but it was a great experience. The clues were much more challenging than we had imagined, giving us such a thrill when we actually figured one out. Really clever set up that keeps you thinking outside the box for the entire hour. We had a great group, and though 'We got caught'..it was an exciting, unique, very fun way to spend a Saturday night. I want to do all the rooms now! read more

This place is great! I've now gone to 2 different rooms and they were both really fun. The people are very nice and helpful. This 2nd time, my group was caught on the highway due to several accidents and we were running late. They were accommodating in our situation, allowing us to still go thru the room. It absolutely was great and was the highlight of our team activity day!! Thank you!! read more

Went in with our friends and family into the Casino Heist we had a blast, we didn't escape but in the end it was a great time, the staff was amazing. This was our first escape adventure but wont be our last. read more

We had so much fun doing this on a Monday afternoon. Did the Egyptian tomb which was hard but we made it out in the nick of time. Game master Kenny was helpful and fun. read more

My husband and I have done approximately 28 rooms from NC, OK and now CO. This was, by far, the least welcoming environment we've been in. The game masters were not paying attention to our progress, as a result they gave us a clue that didn't actually help, as it was to utilize something we hadn't even found yet. While the room was well decorated and the theme was satisfactory (casino heist) their use of puzzles was very pedestrian. I've never been not excited to escape a room successfuly, but in this case I was. If you're looking for a high quality escape room run by welcoming and enthusiastic individuals, I suggest you look elsewhere. read more

Great host, Trace did everything to make the experience more fun than I thought I'd have. Granted he made sure to tell us that no amount of pleading or begging would get us more clues. We did solve the room. read more

Loved it (Prohibition theme). I've done similar events in three states and this was the best !!

We did the beyond the flower shop room and it was so fun! challenging but not too challenging, just the perfect amount. The lady who helped us, Malika was super great and nice! Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend. Wish i could give it like a 4.9 star rating but my only criticism was that the last clue in the room didn't have super clear audio but other than that, loved it! read more

I had never done an escape room before, but we came here with my wife's family as part of a group Christmas present. Had a great time figuring out the Egyptian tomb escape room with Dana as our game master/host. Would love to do this again next time I am back in town! read more

Our family group of three had a great time! We would definitely do this again. It was my daughter's birthday and her idea. We really needed all three of us to make it...which we did by 1 second! The clues were very clever and challenging. We talked about the experience all day. Thanks Escape Works! read more

We had a great time in the Egyptian tomb. Just barely made it with 43 seconds left! For our first time we had a blast and it was great team bonding. Jen at the front was very entertaining. Highly recommend, next time I want to do the Outbreak room! read more

My wife and I had attempted our first escape room on Sunday. The experience was definitely fun and different. The room itself was impressively decorated and well thought out. We highly recommend this for a date night idea or team building event. We'll be back for sure! read more

We are a family of four, two teen daughters, who chose to spend Mother's Day afternoon in the Egyptian Tomb @ Escapeworks Denver. What a total blast!!!! Staff is super friendly, helpful, fun and enthusiastic. Though we were so close to solving the mystery within the hour, it was a great experience. We can't wait to try a new room!!! read more

Worst experience I've had at an escape room. I've done many other escape rooms in the Denver area, and this was such a low quality room. We did Casino Heist. When we arrived the employees were not welcoming, and they stated that they needed to to reset the room. It took them over 20 minutes to reset, but throughout that time, the employees seemed unknowledgeable of what they were doing. They'd often peek out the room looking distressed, which was unsettling. When we started the room, the employee asked "Have you done escape rooms before?" We stated we had, and he said "Okay cool, good luck." And that was the extent of any explanation we received. When we started the room, we could tell something was off. Everything we did was purely guesswork. The poker chips were misplaced, causing part of the room to not be solved properly. We didn't get a clue until over 30 minutes in, which raised concerns that the employee wasn't watching. One lock didn't work properly. When the clues were given, there were several typos, which were not apart of the puzzle. After he gave us the first clue, the clues were non-stop and gave us no chance to solve things on our own. Once into the vault, the "lasers" were constantly going off, even when we were clearly not in their path. Once we were finally out of the room, the employee admitted to messing around and not treating the room with integrity. He specifically said that he was messing with the alarm from the lasers via remote in the lobby, causing us to lose time. He was very unprofessional and ruined the story immersion. Overall, the room was unorganized, clues given out of order, and we were very unsatisfied and frustrated with our experience here. read more

Me and a few friends went here for my birthday a few days ago. It was their first time doing an escape room and my second. For the price, it was worth it. My only complaint is that they should tell you the difficulty level of each room online before you book. I may have chosen a different one than the one we played, (outbreak) due to the difficulty level and our inexperience. read more

The room had 12 people in it which was way too crowded. There were 2 black lights which both didn't work and had to be adjusted from the staff during our game. There were also 2 items which were suppose to be plugged into outlets which were not which also caused disturbance from the staff. In addition to this, the room wasn't as interesting as other puzzles - mostly just basic locks with number combinations. I really wish I would have gotten a refund for so many things that weren't properly set up. read more

This is a great escape room! The rooms are incredibly fun and hard. Our game master, Trace, was great! Highly recommend this escape room.

Went there last nite for the first time so we had no idea how it worked. The person giving the initial instructions talked so fast (kind of like they recite this 20 times a day) we had no idea what we were supposed to do. Once in the room, we stood there for 5 minutes waiting for some clue to come on the TV???? Some really basic instructions for first timers would have been really easy to do. We were also not sure what our goal was so we kind of were at a loss. Eventually we started looking at items and figured out what to do. Unfortunately one of our TV clues had a typo which made solving that clue impossible. Really, a typo in a short sentence? Now that we've been there we'd know what to do the 2nd time but I'm sure we won't be back. Overall it was fun but just not worth it for us. read more

Went here for my wife's birthday. The employees were very helpful as it was our first time. We did the big game. While it was relatively difficult we did get out with a few minutes to go. Needless to say we had a blast and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Honest people running the place! read more

Great experience! We thought it would be cake but it was anything but. Although we had a great time, we didn't make it. It's made us want to try again and see what the other rooms have in store for us. Trace and the rest of the staff were awesome and did a great job setting us up. Next time we'll bring more friends to increase our odds. read more

Really fun did the war games escape room and had Trace help us out super nice people and super fun and challenging room!

Very nice staff - dealt with Mona. I was visiting on business and appreciated that they let me do a room by myself (did the Egyptian-themed room--very clever). So many escape rooms do not let just one person do a room. read more
