This was such a fun experience! We did the casino heist room and WHOA was it challenging. Selena was our host for the evening and they were a delight. Helpful but not too helpful lol. Definitely going back. read more

OMG so fun!!! We did the Outbreak room and it was tricky but doable! Alicia was super helpful and the rest of the staff was great too!

This was my second experience at an escape room and I had so much fun! We were introduced to the Egyptian Room by Alicia who was fun, and helpful. Five of us worked frantically to solve the puzzles and we had a great time! The concept was fabulous and I think we need to make this a tradition when we visit the area. read more

Went to EscapeWorks Denver, on Friday, January 17, to celebrate my friend's 65th birthday! Eight of us gals worked very hard, and did fairly well, but...unfortunately did not make it out of the "Outbreak" room in one piece! We did not find the cure in our one hour time limit, and we were blown to bits! We all truly enjoyed ourselves, and Julie said the escape room was a big part of her best birthday ever!! Special thanks to our "controller" Devan, for keeping an eye on our progress, and guiding us along a bit! read more

I am visiting Denver from California and I have been on a recent Escape Room kick. I attempted the Egyptian Tomb Room by myself. This was my 9th escape room and it was very good compared to the others that I have done. You feel totally submersed in the setting. The puzzles were tricky, and I did not escape in time, but I had a lot of fun. Thank you! read more

Great experience overall. We did this as an office team outing and had a ton of fun. We were worried we might have too many people but there were plenty of puzzles to work on so everyone had a chance to participate. It was challenging but not frustrating. Would definitely be back to try another room! read more

We had so much fun in the Egyptian room! Malika was a wonderful host and made an already enjoyable experience even better. We escaped with 3 minutes to spare, but we would still have loved it even if we'd "failed". We hope to go back again and do another room sometime. read more

We had so much fun here today! We are a family of 4 and paired with another family which seemed a bit intimidating at first. I mean, nobody wants to look like a weak link in front of strangers! Turned out to be a blast, the other family added so much to our experience. We died in the Egyptian Tomb but only by moments!!! We will definitely be back to conquer all the rooms and can't wait to see who we may meet. Very helpful and friendly staff, thank you for a great day. read more

This place is SO much fun! My now boyfriend and I went to EscapeWorks on our first date and had a blast. Jen was really funny checking us in and did a great job setting up the story for the room. We didn't solve it, but we were SO close (it was also a second level difficulty and it was both of our first times trying an escape room). We went back again for Valentine's Day and, again, Jen checked us in. We did the Egyptian Tomb room this time (level one) and had two other couples with us this time. We beat the room with under two minutes to spare! Definitely recommend starting with an easier room, or having more people with you if you go for the harder rooms first, but nonetheless, highly recommend EscapeWorks Denver! Also, use the parking garage off of 16th and Champa, only $6 for parking Mon-Fri. read more

We did the Christmas Story escape room and it was so much fun! Our game master, Rose, was so funny and helpful when necessary. I loved her sense of humor, it added to the great experience we had. I recommend escape rooms to any group of people to really work together and have some good laughs. read more

We had a great time. We did the Christmas story room and I was truly surprised at The detail put in to creating this room and also how challenging it was. Highly recommend it. read more

I want to give it a better review because I love escape rooms but NEVER have I been forced to be with another group. I had 7 people for a family fun evening night out but they ended up; without any warning ahead when booking the room, that there would be 13 people! 13 people!! Let me tell you it was INSANE! All those people in a small cramped room trying to find clues not knowing each other. It was like going on an unknown blind date. Lots of screaming and miscommunication. I almost paid $200 bucks for a hour in a room with people I had no idea who they were. If you're going to charge $27/person stop trying to ruin people's experience to cram as much money in a room as possible. Would not suggest this to any other group or would not go again. There are others that are cheaper and you probably can stay and work with your own group. read more

This was our first time at an a escape room. We would definitely do it again. We did the Speakeasy and didn't make it out but had a lot of fun with our group. Taylor and Sierra were great! read more

Looking for a great evening activity, check out EscapeWorks Denver. The outbreak room is very difficult but successfully exiting is a great feeling! Helena was the staff in charge of the evening and provided a very personalized and fun time! read more

I definitely recommend EscapeWorks for a fun and challenging experience! We completed the Outbreak room, it was difficult, but definitely satisfying when we saved the world. Thanks Tobi our game master who made our experience even more memorable! Will definitely come back and do another room. read more

Very disappointed. My fiancé and I have done many escape rooms across the country and love it. It's a staple on any vacation. Very excited to do this room from other puzzle enthusiasts. We booked the Casino Heist room. The 2 of us were 10 minutes into the room and 4 other participants arrived late - a mom and 3 boys. I have never been to an escape room that has allowed people to come in late? 6 was way too cramped We spent the next 50 minutes with the boys arguing over who's turn it was to open the next clue, being obnoxious and not allowing us to touch any of the clues. There should be an age minimum because one of the children was much too young to be playing and one was questionable. I would not recommend this experience. read more

We had a big group and split up between 2 rooms. Kyle was super helpful and we had a great time! We competed men vs the women and of course the ladies won! I'd definitely do this again read more

the casino heist was so great! Trace was very helpful! It was so much fun being able to do something safe in times like these

Awesome time amazing staff Fun for all always thinking Thanks escape works Best staff Fun Thrilling And always on your toes First time will be back again with a group read more

Awesome time! Trace is the best, would definitely recommend especially during quarantine! A nice safe activity

We had 10 people in our group, which was too many to be fun for everyone. They ought to limit group sizes or create a different for larger groups. Service was great and the puzzle was fun. read more

Came from out of town with my luggage excited to do an escape room in Denver. As I climbed up the long flight of stairs to the entrance we were apprehended by a bearded employee who asked us what we were doing? We told him we'd like to do an escape room and he told us rudely that you can only book online, as if we were suppose to know. We then asked if we did book a room if it would be private and he rudely replied "if you pay for private!" I don't understand why he was so rude and we did not feel our business was wanted at all. We left disappointed because that bearded employee represented that company horribly! I am a huge escape room fan and will NOT be doing any rooms with this company. read more

We had a blast, despite not having made it out! It is tons of fun, the crew and staff there are super fun and friendly, and very very clever/witty! We tried the Outbreak room on our first run....bad idea as it was pretty difficult! We had a ton of fun though and will be back to give the other rooms a run! These rooms are well thought out the "game" itself is fun and immersing! Jason read more

We are experienced escape artists. This room was tough but a great challenge. We barely escaped with just seconds left. Trace was excellent. Very welcoming. Highly recommend the casino heist to any experienced escape artist. read more

This place is seriously so fun. The amount of detail they put into their rooms is just amazing. The employees are all so nice and do a great job of setting up the story for you. We did war games and beyond the flower shop. I won't spoil anything but I have to say beyond the flower shop was one of the absolute best escape rooms I've ever done! Seriously so much fun and you really feel immersed in the story. Follow their facebook to see when they have promotions going on. They recently had a deal that was $15 a person. You can't beat that price! Highly highly recommend! read more

Clever room! Dana was a great host doling our out Just the right amount of guidance! We will be back! read more

EscapeWorks provided my first two escape rooms (Egyptian Tomb and Outbreak) and I have to say I had a blast. For the Tomb, I went with just myself and Girlfriend and we managed to make our way through the whole thing and escape with plenty of time to spare. I loved the immersion (low light level like you're exploring a tomb) and puzzles in the room and the way they flowed together. For Outbreak we added my sister to the party since it was a way harder room. We failed but only barely. The room and puzzles were very different and way harder from the Tomb and it lived up to its 15% success rate. Even in failure, I felt like it was a fun experience. The only complaint I have is in Outbreak, one of the late game clues was unlocked and available from the beginning which sent us down a rabbit hole until the host paused the game for a minute to "fix" the lock. This probably caused us to fail because we spent a good 5-7 minutes before on that. If we had gotten those 5 minutes back for the end, we probably would have found what we needed to escaped. The Host did commend us for coming that close for a room built for 8-12 people with only 3. We still have a few more rooms to try but I'd highly recommend checking them out. EscapeWorks put a lot of effort into building compelling and fun rooms from what I've seen. read more

So good! Our team of 12 found this place through a basic online search and couldn't be more pleased. The room was engaging, creative, interactive, challenging, but also attainable. AND it was ideal for a larger group. It can be hard to find an escape room that can manage more than about 6 folks. Excellent team-building experience. We also met the owner and co-creator of the rooms who was super friendly; he was there the whole time! Highly recommend. (We did Outbreak... and beat it!) read more

This place was F****** Sick! Would recommend and will be going there again! Also, you need a brain to have fun or else you'll be a sorry loser stuck in a room! read more

On vacation and had some time to kill before taking someone to the airport. Decided to try Escape Works. I am glad we did. We were able to have all 11 of us in one room I've been to 2 different Escape Rooms and had mixed experiences. Escape works was definitely better than the previous 2. Our game master, Dana, was exceptional. She guided us through the game without giving it to us. We had an absolute blast and couldn't stop talking about how much fun it was. Definitely recommend this escape room. read more

My friends and I had a blast! Sunny was awesome and made our experience unforgettable! We will definitely go back when we are in Denver again! read more

I played the Egyptian Tomb escape room yesterday and it was a lot of fun. The puzzles were tricky and challenging. Savannah was super nice and helpful. I definitely plan on returning to Escape Works the next time I'm in Denver. read more

What a great experience!! I was in charge of providing a bit of entertainment for our crowd existing of 4 adults and 4 youngsters (12, 10, 9, & 6). I looked at, contacted and asked questions of ALL the Escape Rooms in the Denver Metro area for the best option. More than once I got less than enthusiastic responses from other Escape Rooms and a strict "no child under... " allowed. BUT then I contacted Escape Works Denver! They were helpful, friendly and willing to answer my questions. (First time for all involved) We chose the Egyptian room. We didn't quite make it. Dana (our host) gave us clues periodically that excited the little ones. Word of caution: My 6 year old is a fairly brave kid and occasionally he needed reassuring that the walls wouldn't begin closing in! But, in the end, a great time was had by all! read more

Great time escaping from the Egyptian tomb! Would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back and tackle the other 3! Jared was an awesome game master, he gave us a few clues to help us along our adventure. Get signed up for this one asap. read more

This is our favorite Escape Room place in Denver. We've been to three others. Trace was great. Just the right amount of nudging to keep us on the right path. We did the Christmas Story. It was nice to be able to do something with a private group of 5 and not worry about Covid! Thank you! read more

This was my first escape room. I went for a bachelorette party! Sooooo fun. I loved the room and the clues we were given. I can't wait to go back read more

We originally schedule this for early October, but due to some family emergencies we had to reschedule not once, not twice but three times. Each time the employees were beyond amazing and helpful if getting me taken care of. We got to finally enjoy the escape room this evening and had a really good time. Sunny was our helper and he was such a friendly and outgoing person. We loved working with him. He made the experience one to remember! Thank you Sunny we are working on scheduling our next adventure in your Christmas room! read more

We had an awesome time tonight. We have done several escape rooms but have been here twice (Casino Heist and Wargames) (I recommend both) and enjoyed the two with a larger group. (5-8) The puzzles are fun and a great mix of technology and brain power! Dana was great to work with. :) read more

Going to EscapeWorks was part of our Company Christmas gathering. Everyone had a really really good time. Probably more fun then they thought they were going to have. The rooms are pretty challenging! WE conquered the room with about 5 minutes to spare. I highly recommend it! read more

Did the Casino Heist with 3 friends. I was a little skeptical going in as I had never done an escape room. That was the most fun. One hour of pure intensity. Jared, our host, was great - giving us just enough clues to keep us from stalling but not so much to make it easy. We didn't escape but we got to the last code - the door code to escape. Well worth the cost. I would definitely do it again! read more
