Had so much fun at this escape room - thanks Percy for exceptional hosting and did a great job giving clues

We did the Casino Heist and our game master Helen was epic. Perfect amount of clues and the room did not disappoint. We missed a few things and Helen was so funny walking us through it. Bravo. read more

We had a fantastic team building experience at EscapeWorks! Stephanie was a great host.

My colleagues and I went here today for a team building activity! We had an amazing time, and truly felt like our group of 13 equally contributed to solving the challenge. Stephanie, our facilitator, was hilarious and made the game even more fun. Next time I'm in Denver, I'll definitely be coming here! read more

TOBI killed it as game master. We aren't experienced at escape rooms by any means but TOBI let us try our best to work things out until it was absolutely clear we weren't getting anywhere for a while. Tobi is also hilarious btw. Give them a visit! read more

My friends and I were looking for something fun to do in Denver before a night on the town. Took in my group of 4 as a walk in. My friends had never done an escape room, and they thought it was a great experience! Clues and story were well done. Would recommend! read more

What a terrific time at EscapeWorks. Emilia, Taylor and the rest of the team set up a great Christmas Story Escape Room with a lot of fun puzzles to solve. Well designed. We know the team was just getting started with it, but they were great to work with and asked for lots of feedback as well. Conveniently located, too. This is well worth a try if escape rooms are your thing. Gonna go back for Casino Heist soon! read more

A group of four of us did the speakeasy room and had a great time. Tobi did a great job letting us figure things out and giving clues when we really needed them. We were looking to do another once we finished which I think says a lot. We look forward to going back! read more

Had a great time and Savannah was a great game master! Would recommend again. I am continuing to write this review because Yelp won't let me leave a short review and is forcing me to write more in order to leave the review period. Again great time highly recommend to anyone. read more

Great service from Helena! She was very patient and helpful. 7 of us escaped the Outbreak room with 9 minutes to spare. Even though we had a big group, we felt like we all had something to do at all times. read more

Wonderful time at EscapeWorks! It was my first attempt at an escape room and we made it out with 3 min left on the clock. Thanks so much for the help Sonny! read more

We had a great experience here! We did the casino room and it was a good balance of difficulty and discovery. Tobi was our game master and was great! read more

Jake J was was a very informative and helpful game master. The detail in the Egyptian tomb room was incredible. Overall great experience!

omg first escapee room ever and Cole & Austen were the BEST!! it was so much fun and I really enjoyed my time!!

Attempted the Casino Heist, it was a solid room, but not my favorite. A few of the puzzles were real tedious. It also felt like the staff was watching us and manually activating unlocks when they see us complete various steps, which feels a bit unsatisfying. read more

Phenomenal! Love this place! Having not done an escape room before, I was a bit skeptical but the two visits (within a few weeks apart mind you...) were fun and challenging enough. On our first visit, we had a group of 6 and did the casino room. Fantastic! Really makes you use the ol' noggin. We got out with 10 seconds to spare. On the follow up visit we did the Egyptian room and while not as challenging as the casino room, the decor and darkness added an element not present on the first visit. Got out of this one too but trust me, it's not because the rooms are easy, they do have you use some brainpower. So if you're looking for a fun, challenging thing to do or a great team building activity, check out EscapeWorks Denver. read more

Great experience for our team! Staff were ready and on time for us, very informative, and directed us so even those new to the experience felt prepared. Those who have been to other escape rooms said this was one of the hardest they've done....and really enjoyed the challenge. Highly recommend! read more

We did the Pirate themed escape room and really enjoyed it! There were 6 of us and we booked the entire room - definitely worth booking the whole room if your group is big enough. We finished in about 40 mins with two hints. They have lots of room options and the staff was very friendly. They also have lock boxes for your stuff. Definitely recommend and would go back! read more

My friends and I went for a birthday and we had a blast! Helen and Helena were great host. Next time I'm back in Denver, we will definitely come back! read more

We did the Egyptian room and while it was difficult I absolutely loved the challenge!! Steph was amazing!

This a super fun escape room company, 5 to choose from. We did the spook-easy room with friends and had a blast. Jake and Ron were fabulous hosts and we'll be back to try another room. Well worth it -- 5 stars! read more

Jake was awesome! He was a blast to talk to, and he made the experience even more enjoyable. Very funny and nice! Loved the Egyptian Tomb!

I have done two of their rooms: Outbreak (a group including people we did not know) & Casino Heist (just my friends). Both were awesome! Well thought out, fun, challenging, required team work (literally had some things you had to help each other do), and interesting. I had a discount code the second time that wouldn't work and they were very helpful and quick to reply to get things working. Part of the challenge is finding it, though...it's a small door near the Cheba Hut (hint for you). We will probably return for another! read more

Game master was very nice :). The lady with the brown hair was our game master. It was very challenging but she kept us going with clues

We love doing escape rooms as a family. EscapeWorks has awesome rooms with great puzzles/challenges and a great staff! Patrick was an awesome game master! Highly recommend! read more

The Pirate escape room was great and was tons of fun. Nick and Helen were awesome!! Thanks!

The guy at the front was very rude and did not give us enough time because we were locked out of the front door and they already started the timer on our room. Very poor customer service. read more

Emilia was awesome!!! Highly recommended! So fun so fun - we took a company trip here and it was awesome. Very helpful read more

Our group really enjoyed the scape room. It was super challenging and fun and Felix was an awesome Game Master. Highly recommend

Successfully completed the Egyptian Tomb. The complexity was excellent and the mental challenge was good. I would gladly attempt another one of their rooms. read more

Egyptian Tomb was a lot of fun--I got to relive my childhood dreams as a contestant on Legends of the Hidden Temple. This was my first escape room experience and it was way better than I could have imagined. Jen provided a great experience for us. Thanks, Jen (Jenn?)! read more

This was such a great spot! We can for a 22 bday party before we went to dinner as a group of 13 and got split into two rooms! Jake was awesome at making the experience challenging but fun!! We had such a fun time so thank you to escape works! read more

This was a fantastic experience! The rooms were large, full of great detail and extremely clean! Very organized experience with just the right amount of clues that lead us to the finale. We really had a great time and Ron made sure we were well taken care of. His game mastering help was just the appropriate amount. Thank you Ron and thank you Eacapeworks Denver! We will go back to escape more rooms. (Speakeasy room) read more

I came here with a group and had a great time. The staff was fun and helpful. The 1-star review is for the defaced American flag in the Christmas Story room. As a military family, I take great offence to this, and I hope the owner will dispose of the flag the proper way (if you need help with this I am willing to help). Until this is resolved, I will not be back and will not be recommending this business. read more

Thank you Jake for making our first time not as nerve wracking! We want to check out the other rooms next time we're in Denver.

My friends and I did the outbreak room. Some of the clues were broken and one clue was completely missing from the room. The room had very little flow, however, some of the clues were innovative. I am giving it two stars because I have definitely been to a more immersive room with a better storyline. Fix the broken clues and make sure all of the clues are present! We may try another room here for contrast. The hosts were very nice and we appreciated their positive attitude. read more

We did the War Games escape room last night as a group of 8 for my wife's birthday and had a blast preventing World War III! We escaped War Games with help from our game masters Mona & Trace although we needed far fewer clues than expected. Dana was also a terrific host and does a great job setting the stage and the mood for what you are about to do. This was our second trip to EscapeWorks, the first was for the Egyptian Tomb which was also really immersive and well done. They do a great job with the clues, puzzles and locking mechanisms here. While there were two of your typical combination locks in war games a lot of them are a lot more creative & fun. I highly recommend EscapeWorks not only for their creative, immersive, and fun escape rooms and friendly staff. But I also think the price is very reasonable at $25-$27 per person and it's in an excellent location in Downtown Denver for whatever you want to do before or after. If you like craft cocktails, I recommend going to Union Lodge No.1 next-door for a cocktail. read more
