My friends and I were running late and they were kind enough to work with us to reschedule our game. We had Jaylen as our clue master and he was incredibly kind and explained everything really well. A fun group experience with friends. We tried the james bond inspired room, which we were able to solve with about 4 minutes to spare, but it is not easy. If you feel like a game master, try this place out. We needed a number of clues, sadly, but we are not super experienced. Some of the clues seemed a bit un-intuitive (I don't want to spoil anything, but a few seemed impossible to get, which is my one criticism), but still, we had a good time. They had nice bond music playing and incorporated several different types of clues, including a video, an audio device, puzzles, secret codes, and the escape room classic - a hidden back room through a door that opens. The bond one has a clue featuring beer taps you pull in order to move on in the game, which we especially enjoyed. read more

Should preface this with saying that this was my first escape room, so I had/have no reference for how good it is compared to other ones. That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed my time going through "The Agency" room. The room was well decorated and contained moving parts like secret doors and a locking/unlocking vault. Our party of 2 did get stuck a few places but Stephanie gave awesome clues that still made you think but clear enough to to get us progressing again. We ultimately completed the room with less than a minute to go, and walking through some of the puzzles were some clues we would have never gotten to but ended up brute forcing our way through to complete the room. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience from how well the room was, to our awesome clue giver, and challenging but obtainable puzzles. Stephanie was also great and allowed us to move our time up to accommodate our availability. The price to entertainment value was great. Will definitely try other escape rooms in the future. read more

Our gamemaster Juwan was awesome! He was our game master for the dig and the agency. Saw us struggle and helped us nudge us in the right direction (which happened more often today). A group of five colleagues and I did the Agency room and had a blast trying to "track down the spy!" We really needed the full hour and unlimited clues. We escaped with just 30 seconds left. The entrance to this location is a little discreet because there's no big sign, you have to dial to get in, and then go downstairs, but it's not hard to find. They email you clear instructions. Some of my colleagues were asking about the waiver because there was a lot of language about ensuring you're physically able to participate but it was nothing to worry about if you have the ability to stand for an hour. We had a few minutes to get settled in and use the restroom and arrived about five minutes before our start time, though they do recommend arriving ten minutes prior. Most of my colleagues had never done an escape room before and had a really great time. I think it requires a lot of different types of minds to get it solved! There were a lot of surprises that kept us busy and it felt very satisfying at the end to finally escape. Cluemaster April was helpful in explaining everything and we got clues that displayed on a screen. She told us that some groups do not finish, and for some groups who come back, sometimes they can't solve the other room! I prefer a slightly smaller group because it gets hard to hear and see everything going on when you're in a relatively small room. l This is definitely a fun experience for staff or friend bonding! read more

I've become somewhat of an escape room junkie recently. I find it fun and fascinating to have to solve puzzles to 'escape' the room. I have been to a few throughout the country, some chains, some local spots, and overall have enjoyed every last minute I have spent in the room. First the pluses of this place: -Delightful staff that are amazing at informing you of the rooms and prep. -You can add people to your party, under certain circumstances. -Plenty of clues. -Accommodating. Then the minuses of this place: -It is hard to find. -The clues can sometimes be vague, or for something you already solved. -Pricing, it's a bit tricky to figure out the true price on the website. A little more in depth here. They do go over the rules of the room(s) you may be going into. The general 'you should know' rules that makes it relevant as to what you are doing. Other places have this pre-recorded and just plays on a screen. They way that you pay via online to reserve your spot is a bit tricky. The first time I came here, I paid via applePay and when we needed to split how it was paid, it all went on my payment and my friends had to then pay me. Even when I used my card the second visit, it was still a bit weird. Then there is tax and kind of a surge pay depending on the time you come. Kind of like going to the movies. These rooms, were some of the hardest rooms I have gone to. I think their scales are off. There clues, when given are really vague and/or may be for a puzzle that you already solved. But the first puzzle is trying to find this place. My friends and I walked by it three times before we realized where it was. There really wasn't a sign that big to pull you in. It is a small sign next to a call box. When you call the number, they buzz you in. Overall, it was great. If they ever switch over the games, I will return to check them out. read more

I was given passes for free tickets from an associated worker, Mike; when booking online, I didn't see a space to input said codes, and went through with the booking, hoping to talk to customer service to be able to use them for said booking. In talking with them, I was told I was unable to use said vouchers since I didn't input them online, and that I could only cancel my booking if I had purchased the cancellation policy, but that policy would only work if I had purchased tickets more than 48 hours prior to my booking (I booked for later the same day). I asked to communicate with someone higher who could help, and was told that wasn't an option. I've been to plenty of these rooms from this company in the state I'm from, and have never encountered this number of issues with booking and policies; I find it hard to believe that my only options are "deal with it" or "pay full price anyway and cancel". Very sad that a voucher given to incentivize me booking has now turned into an incentive to never book through this company again. read more

I'm going to preface this review with the fact that we did not escape. We died. I think if we had maybe 5 more minutes - or didn't get stuck on the first puzzle of the room for 20 minutes, we would've made it. Now onto the room - I booked for the 3 of us into The Dig a few days before. We were greeted upon arrive and they had us fill out waivers on our phones. Our game master was fantastic and really tried to help us out when we got stuck. You can tell they're really monitoring us because we were always given clues at the appropriate time or we were given clues almost immediately after we asked for help. I appreciated that they didn't dock time off when we asked for clues like some other places. But I also thought the room was hard. The very first clue was VERY difficult and we spent so much time on it. In addition, it wasn't immediately clear until our game master told us that we could do another clue at the same time as the first puzzle. That really ate a ton of our time. Without spoiling anything, I think this was perhaps the most frustrating part of the room. The clues are actually pretty fun and are different than other escape rooms that we've been to before. All in all, we had a good time even though we didn't escape. read more

It was kind of difficult to find the entrance which is located between pitagano gelato and oyamel. You have to enter the building and head to the bottom floor. Otherwise the escape room is fun but very challenging. I recommend going with a bigger group if possible. read more

This review is for the Jurassic themed escape room. We've done countless rooms in several states, and were truly impressed with the immersive theming here. We also encountered many new styles of clues. April started our experience off with great humor and personality, and Juwan ended our experience with sincere interest of our experience and past escape experiences.
