We had a group of 8 with only 2 of us doing escape rooms in the past. We escaped from the Hangover room with a few clues to assist us. It was one of the more difficult ones I had done in the past, but very fun and unique. Definitely recommend! read more

We did the hangover themed room and although we escaped, we all left thinking the room could have been much better. The puzzles weren't very creative and most of the time it didn't flow or make logical sense how things were put together. The concept of a hangover themed room is fun, so the room just could have been better all around. When leaving we asked "how would we have known to do ___" and the game master told us that they have to tell most people that clue. That is a clue to the company that they probably should change something. read more

We were in the area for a vacation with my older daughter's high school soccer team and had plenty of down time to spend with her younger sibling. We did the VR escape room and horror experience and had the absolute best time! The quality of the game was awesome and the people who run the place were nothing short of spectacular... friendly and helpful they helped make the experience perfect. Such a great escape room! Affordable, clean, friendly and challenging. Staff is so nice. We did the murder mystery room and it was a blast! We had to get a lot of clues (there was only two of us) but they didn't make us feel bad for asking, which was nice. Also every room is private and you only pay per person which made it so affordable. We will be back! read more

We have done other rooms at other places before and love the experience. Although this room was cool and had some cool effects, had those effects worked properly it would have been much better. Had to Jimmy the drawer open to get to that clue. We could hear it clicking but it wasnt opening on it's own like its suppose to. The armoire was to slide over on it's on via the mechanism but they had to give us a clue and tell us to slide it over. Just wasnt as fun as other places we have been. read more

Booked a room for my daughter's bday party. First time doing it so had a little trepidation about the no refund policy with Covid going on. Person I spoke to suggested booking the room with just 2 people and, since it's a private room, to bring everyone on the day and pay for the rest of the guests then. Really appreciated this since he could have said nothing and it put my mind at ease. The staff was great, kids had a fun time, and they were able to solve the mystery. My daughter wants to do another room and I'd like to join in next time. read more

Rude to little kids! Escape Rooms themselves are fine, management is rude and impatient. I had brought my 8 year old kid in a couple times and they were cool and I think didn't charge him once. The third time, he got scared of a new room that was super loud and kept making noises that startled him so he wanted to leave 25 minutes in to the hour session. I simply asked if we could have a half credit for another room a future time and the lady said no and was super rude. I didn't even ask for money back . Like a very Harsh and loud voice with my kid there. I asked why and she said because it was reserved for the hour which I get , but then she said the reason is because we booked that time and others couldn't play. But she also claimed there were people 'waiting outside ' as walk ins who could go right in, as 'clean up ' would take 2 mins we opened a couple drawers. So she easily probably filled that time and put another 'walk in' group right in and was able to get money for that half hour , they didn't have to wait a half hour for the room! It's not like a hotel room that needs cleaning service . The bottom line is they should have just said ok we understand , escape rooms aren't meant for 8 year olds typically but we understand your son likes them so here's a 50% voucher for next time . Instead just cold and cold rude , owner guy was impatient previous times but was pretty nice to try to help us with clues . The correct thing to do in my mind is to say no worries we can give you a partial credit for next time which costs them nothing . I get their point of view but there's a way to handle it with a kid it's not like some teenagers messing around read more

My new favorite activity. Great family fun, if you have older children. Get to interact with each other and work together. My young adult children have been to 3 different escape rooms(Tempe and Scottsdale) and compared to the others it was on par, if not better. The staff was really great and seamed excited to be there. I did the western room and loved it. It was decorated greatly, and I did it with 5 people who had never done it before, so they really helped us with clues to get out. It was so great I wanted to bring my family back just two days later for the hangover one. My family has done near 20 escape rooms and have only not gotten out maybe 1 or 2 times. We started off strong in this hangover room, only had asked for 2 clues, and by the time we needed a 3rd clue we had 19 minutes left and were completely stuck. We repeatedly asked over and over for help since we were doing NOTHING, and half the group sat down and we all lost interest. Finally after 18 minutes they decide to give us a clue to help us but at that point we didn't have enough time to get out. It's extremely disappointing when the employees hinder you from getting out by with holding information till the very last second. We lost interest, and left disappointed, and discouraged to go back. read more

The "puzzle" my group took on was fun and creative with many interconnecting steps. My boyfriend and I escaped from the Cowboy Mobster room tonight. We have done almost 50 escape rooms throughout the valley, and this was by far one of our favorites! The puzzles were unique, engaging, fun, relevant, and the props and decor were some of the best we've seen. This room utilized many things that we have literally never used in an escape room before. The clue master gave us clues at exactly the right time and didn't give away too much info, but just nudged us along a few times when we needed it. We are both so excited to try the other rooms. This is our second experience at this location. I cannot recommend them more highly ! We did the Murder Mystery and had a blast. My 13 yr old granddaughter was amazing. It was one of the first times for our 22 yr old granddaughter and she's hooked! We SOLVED it! Such a pleasant experience, the management was very friendly and very clean rooms.
