Fabulous wind down from biz trip. Professional courteous staff. Jacqueline is the best

Makes an already delighful (relatively) airport that much better. Pleasant setting, nice views (relatively) and good food. Close to most of the gates, but check your flight. Spirit and some of the airlines could be a 5 -10 minute walk away. Not crowded the times I've been there. Makes getting to the airport early for TSA delays much less painful. And if you get there when Jacqueline is working, so much the better - she is wonderful. read more

A very nice surprise on my way to my flight today. A relaxed vibe, clean space and a good selection of hot and cold food options and complementary beverages. Jackie and Andy make you feel welcome and taken care of. read more

This is a great addition to Bradley, makes waiting for delayed flights almost a pleasure. Decent food, strong drink pours, good WiFi, quiet and pleasant atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. Hours accommodate nearly all flights out of BDL. Rarely overcrowded, in fact never when I've been here. Free access to all with AMEX Platinum. read more

Escape Lounge - Airport Lounges Near Me - Windsor Locks, Connecticut

Stopped by here for 10 mins before my flight. I'm SO impressed with this lounge, especially in a smaller airport such as BDL. The food in the buffet is delicious and has great presentation. Loved the beet salad and quinoa along with the hot food, including my favorite - pesto salmon. There's a cookie bar and Chex mix (yum) in the back and they provide small to-go bags. I took some for my flight :). Clean and great service. I just left the lounge and was so impressed, I had to write this review now! :) read more

This is the true example of what an airport lounge should be like! What a great experience! I'm an AMEX Biz Platinum Card holder. It was a pleasant surprise to have access! The lounge was clean, had amazing service and was just all around a great experience. I had the absolute best experience of being served by Andy (bartender - thanks so much!!), Jackie (Reception desk - congrats on buying your house!!!) and Alex (filled in for Andy! - nice watch!). Highly recommend any & everyone to visit. Nice atmosphere in BDL when hanging out before flight. I will definitely be back read more

This place is great. Johnathan and Andy were super friendly and accommodating. As a frequent business traveler this was a nice little oasis, much more attention and care than a normal airport lounge. read more

Great lounge for light food, snacks, and drinks. They allow American Express platinum members access.

My friend gifted me the day at escape lounge. Shockingly friendly staff including Alex, Andy and Joanna made my over two hour flight delay so much more pleasant. Make sure to check the hot pots. I almost skipped them read more

I used to fly into BDL frequently when this lounge was exclusively for Aer Lingus business/first class customers. Then fortunately Amex decided to incorporate it into their suite of benefits for Platinum card holders, which I own. What a treat to have a place to come for a drink and refreshment before boarding my flights. And this is a step above the national airline chains' lounges such as Delta, American Airlines, United. This sweet little lounge offers healthy (and decadent) food choices, usually amazing mac n cheese, salmon, beets/feta, short rib/polenta, plus a full bar. Always cookies. And the wonderful service provided by Andy who I met years ago at my first visit and he still works here. His tenure is proof of good management. Also Johanna is lovely, who started some months ago (or a year....time flies by). I always PLAN to arrive early for my flight so I can take full advantage of the benefit Escape Lounge provides. read more

I make a stop in this great little lounge weekly, the staff is simply great (especially Jackie), the food is great and the atmosphere is up beat. I highly recommend. read more

great service, excellent food, fast wifi, comfortable chairs. I'm not sure what else you could want in an airport lounge.

This is a great new alternative in airport lounges for Amex platinum members! No fee and all you need is your platinum card, boarding pass and ID. The food offering is varied , some hot and so tasty! Say hi to Andy or Jackie for great hospitality. The only charge is for liquor. They have tv and comfortable seating!!! Highly recommended!!! Hope they build one in West Palm! Thanks Escape lounge! read more

Friendly staff and always some interesting single serving food item. A great addition to BDL!

What an amazing little place! Headed out on family vacation and had a wonderful respite. Clean, good food and great, friendly staff!

This is the coolest place ever Alexus is the best. The atmosphere is superb and the customer service is off the charts. If you are anywhere near here you should stop by and see Alexus. An amazing experience read more

The crew here is fantastic. I routinely fly between Washington, DC and Hartford for work, and everyone is friendly, energetic, and really seems to enjoy their job and interaction with travelers. I hesitated to write this review because I really wanted to keep the place all to myself, but my experiences have been consistently great. The food is consistently amazing and in good supply; even during the holiday rush, and I have never seen a table not be cleaned almost immediately. Even when the dishwasher was broken on one of my visits, they persevered. The bathrooms are spotless, and private; which is nice. I base this review on approximately 25 visits in the last 2 years. It is a relaxing and pleasant place to be before your flight. There must be a reason why the Admiral's Club at Bradley closed, and this place is thriving... read more

Such a terrific experience!! We were delayed from 5:40 PM to 8PM and were initially bummed about it, but it turned out to be a perfect interim hang out experience. Quiet ambiance which was perfect for productivity and unlimited delicious bites and cocktails. Shout out to Marie, Jackie, and Andy for excellent service and truly amazing hospitality! read more

Josh, Andy and John were great. Very attentive and engaging. It was crowded when I arrived and john found me a spot to sit until a spot at the bar opened up. Very clean, great food and drinks. Thank you for the hospitality. read more

I sent in my elderly parents to try the Escape Lounge at the Hartford airport. I called ahead and spoke with Jackie who was terrific! She was the reason I decided to try the Escape lounge. The day of the trip I called again to see if Jackie was working, and I spoke to Alex who was also wonderful. I gave them my parents names and they welcomed them and treated them like family. I am thrilled with the friendliness of the staff and I will continue to use the Escape Lounge any time my parents fly out of BDL. read more

My wife and I were kicked out of the lounge for having a pet in the carrier that is allowed throughout the rest of the airport and in-cabin on planes. Just after we had gotten our food and drink, an employee asked us to leave openly in the busy lounge, because he noticed the bag move and thought there was a pet in it. read more

By far, the best lounge. Great (hot) food selection. Staff is amazing. I definitely recommend. We were able to use a Groupon to get in too.

Excellent service! Very, very friendly. We had a very good experience, made especially perfect by Alexis at the bar. Keep up the good work!

Ok , one word : Awesome. The rarified air in the Escape Lounge is not for everyone , but if you make the cut you will not be disappointed. Great food (free) Great beer (free) Spotless private bathrooms Great service. read more

Andy is awesome. Checked me in as a first time guest and has been non-stop treating people like gold. Great place and hope to see more of these during my travels. read more

The receptionist was very friendly as she welcomed me. There was a shortage of bowls, plates and utensils. Baked goods were stale (at least 3-4 days old). The oatmeal had a gooey-oily texture. Tables and floors were dirty (covered in crumbs) after only being open a couple hours before we arrived. Cookie and candy glass containers were very dirty, as if they just get refilled each day. I travel quite a bit and find this lounge to be sub-standard in comparison to Delta and Centurion lounges. I do not plan to visit this lounge location again unless changes are made. read more

This lounge is great. American Admirals club is permanently closed now and this is a great alternative. Jackie was very nice and accommodating. Great complementary food & drink selection read more

Jackie made my day today. I was in a rush to complete a work deliverable, eat, and be on my way. Jackie answered all of my lounge/airport questions with a smile and sense of humor and sent me on my way stress-free. Food is A+ and staff are friendly. Will stop by again on my return flight. read more

I used to love this place, as the staff was super nice and they were always accommodating to myself and my service dog. I go to escape lounges all over the US and have always enjoyed spending my layover times there, and have never had an issue with the dog. Today was a nightmare though, I arrived to the airport early to grab some food at escape, only to be grilled as soon as I entered about the dogs functions. I had no idea this was an interview to enter the lounge, as I had come to this locations and other ones without any questions asked. When the answer I gave was not adequate enough, Joanna and Alex the managed continued to test me about the dogs "functions". I have had 8 tumors, 6 in my breasts and 2 in my stomach and have undergone extensive treatment for this and my dog is not only a medical alert and service dog, but also my companion through all the medical stress. I continued to try to offer to show her his certification and paperwork yet they would not let me show them to prove that he is a support/ service dog. Regardless to say, I was denied entry after having to disclose my personal medical details to everyone in the lounge. I am so disgusted with this company and the treatment i received, I may even do a story on it. read more

Jacqueline is great and deserves a huge raise. The atmosphere and food/drinks were wonderful.

Jacqueline was such a wonderful hostess at the Escape lounge at Bradley airport. She was so pleasant and very helpful!
