Our game master Andy did a great job catering to our family of four's needs--our kids are 8 and almost 12, so he asked if we were looking to beat the high score or if we wanted hints if he saw we were stuck. I let him know we wanted to try to solve it ourselves, but we wanted to beat the room. He provided a great amount of help but always at the right times. We solved the room with five minutes to spare which felt great. We don't have beat it without his help, and it would've negatively impacted our experience. I appreciated the option where more competitive people would need or want fewer hints. He had great enthusiasm and a pleasant attitude.
