We did "The Estate" in which you're hired to prep a mansion for sale but end up unraveling a murder mystery. The set and lighting were well-designed, giving off early 20th century vibes of the creepy kind. Puzzles all made sense with fair difficulty and unlimited hints via walkie talkie. Our Game Master was capable & attentive. I love that the rooms are private no matter your party size. From experience, it's much harder to escape when working with people you don't know. The room could use some minor TLC though. The world globe no longer spins & the shift key on the laptop doesn't work. Small wrinkles like these can take you out of that space. Trapped in Tahoe was mostly a smooth experience cover to cover, with enough "aha" moments to make you feel smart and dumb at the same time.
