We only had time to complete Episode One, but we all thoroughly enjoyed it and are already planning to come back for Episode Two. And yes--we escaped! We didn't beat the best time, but that just gives us something to aim for next time. What really stood out was how well the clues were designed. They guided you through solving the mystery without leaving you feeling stuck or confused. Some escape rooms can make you wonder, "Okay... what's next?"--but not here. The rage room was 10x12 or so, it was extreeeeeeemely small. We couldn't be in the room together and the room was already filled with a bunch of beaten up stuff. They gave us tiny glass bottles that were impossible to break unless you smashed them with a hammer. They wouldn't even break after throwing them hard against the wall. Also, I tried on a jumpsuit they made you wear that had 2 zippers on it, not sure why but they were both broken so I had to take it off and put a whole new one on. Overall, this was not a good experience. The staff that worked there didn't seem to care. She told us we had 30 minutes and she said "you can do, 5 or 10 minutes I really don't care." Then at 11:58am we ask if we can get started in the room and the girl working there just stares at us and tells that we are at the wrong location and we have to walk to the other side of the outlet mall. She then states that they have a 15 minute late policy so we only have five minutes to get there. We were with my elderly grandmother who can't walk very well. She got too tired on the walk over and couldn't make it to the escape room. So we paid for a spot that we couldn't do.
